• Maria (10/5): - Está ubicado a pasos de la estación central de tren y la zona está bastante bien. Son habitaciones en un departamento, el baño en mi caso fue compartido con otra habitación pero no hubo ningún problema, los dueños nos dejaron toallas y hasta alfombras separadas. Los dueños fueron realmente muy atentos, ademas el departamento está bien equipado, tiene una cocina que se puede con todo lo necesario. La zona en dónde está ubicado puede resultar ruidosa ya que hay tráfico y en Nápoles todos tocan la bocina, sin embargo la ventanas son de doble vidrio así que si se mantienen cerradas el ruido apenas pasa, el problema surge si se prefiere tener las ventanas abiertas.
• Stephanie (10/5): Superb - Excellent location walking less than 5 minutes to central train station and metro lines. get anywhere in Naples from the train station. bus from airport stops at station and only 5 minutes to room. Rooms are all new and there is a kitchen with refrigerator and you can cook.
• Izabela (10/5): Comfy apartment next to the main station - The location of the flat is amazing - directly at the main station but thanks to the pass through the parking lot, I could walk less than 2 min to be at the main station, meaning that I could avoid busy streets and wondering in the dark for too long. The apartment is fully equipped and the host provided also good coffee capsules so I could start my day at any time I wanted with a nice coffee. It felt more like Airbnb flat with only 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. I traveled as solo female traveller and I felt safe and also reassured about my safety by the host. The light in the corridor is visible from the rooms so if other people come back late in the night, sometimes I was slightly awaken by the light. However, it was a minor thing and after ca. 11pm there was always silence and peace.

Sehr großzügige Ausstattung mit Verpflegung ( Kaffee Tee Snack…) Picobello sauber, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig 3-5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Wohnung ist in der 4.Etage.

The kitchen was well stocked with various pans and utensils for light cooking, which was very helpful. Area did not feel the safest at night but that has nothing to do with the room.

• anna (10/5): - Czystość i komfort.Bardzo miła i domowa atmosfera panujaca w obiekcie. Bardzo pomocna i uczynna obsługa. To nie był mój pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech ,jednak pierwszy raz spotkałam się z taką dbałością o czystość, detale i komfort podróżnych.

• Beate (9/5): Bright comfortable room in apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen close to train station. - Bright comfortable room on quiet main street with desk and ample cupboard space in apartment with shared bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Ample hot water supply. Nice supply of snacks. Family run, very accommodating. During the Christmas season every room was equipped with beautiful nativity scenes carved by the host. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the Central Station and Metro, Lots of restaurants and bars. Walking distance to main attraction in the historic centre. No space to hang your towel. For two people plus luggage the room may have been a bit tight.

• Mariko (7/5): Great location, very clean room and bathroom, amazing staffs except for one staff - I had a good stay here. The room and the bathroom were very clean, the owner Luigi and his grandson (?) Andrea were very accommodating and kind to me. The AC wasn’t working even though I set it on heat mode and the radiators couldn’t be turned on, so I asked them to come and fix them at night, which they did. After that, the stay was very comfortable. The elevator needs 20 cents but the coins are always there at the entrance so it’s not a problem. The door was very hard to unlock…I was locked out because I couldn’t figure out how to unlock it. Also, when the two staffs came to fix the AC and radiator, I didn’t appreciate the way one of the guys (I forgot his name - maybe the uncle?) handled the situation. He was mad and constantly yelling loudly while fixing the AC, it was very concerning, especially coming from a much bigger older man…and once the radiator was on, he told me to touch it. Knowing that it could be hot, I hesitated but he forcibly grabbed my hand and made me touch it, and yes it was super HOT…and he laughed at me. Andrea was saying something to him in Italian, maybe like “why would you do that, don’t do that” based on his tone and facial expression. I don’t understand how that could be funny or a joke. He seemed like a man-child. The bathroom and my room were in different rooms so I didn’t like the fact that I had to lock my doors every single time I used it. I wasn’t informed when booking, and when I asked to be relocated to a different room, he said “it’s just you three girls, you don’t need to lock the doors” but that’s not the point…idk these women. There were concerning things about this place like the uncle and the bathroom but the location is nice and the rooms are very clean.

• Zsuzsanna (9/5): - Tiszta, kellemes környezet, tágas szoba, kényelmes ágy. A fürdőszoba nem a szobához tartozott, de ezt tudtam előre. Sajnos az utolsó napon egy fura figura volt a másik szobában, aki többször is benyitott az én szobámba, ez kellemetlen volt, de nem a szállás hibája.
• Monica (10/5): - Location is phenomenal; it is across the street from Napoli Centrale, where you can access HSR, slow trains, metro, buses, and the Circumvesuviana line (access to Pompeii and Sorrento, among other things). The station also has some good food options. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom (shared) was clean and functional. Luis, one of the hosts, was incredibly kind and helpful. The value is very good. Grazie mille, Luis e Salvatore! Not the owners' fault, but be aware that the guest house is on the fourth floor and the elevator is very small and costs 20 cents per use.
• Bernhard (10/5): Ich habe mich in Neapel in Luigis hübscher Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt. - Ich habe mich bei Luigi und seiner Familie in der hübschen Wohnung seiner verstorbenen Eltern wie zu Hause gefühlt. Luigi ist sehr herzlich und immer bemüht, es jedem so angenehm wie nur möglich zu machen. So hat er mich zum Abschied zum Bahnhof bis in den Zug begleitet. Auch die gemeinsame Badbenutzung war völlig problemlos. Luigis Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock einer Seitenstraße etwa 5 Fußminuten vom Hauptbahnhof Neapels Napoli Centrale entfernt. Bei Ausflügen in die schöne Umgebung Neapels kann man so bequem den Zug oder die Metro nutzen. Auch zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt und sogar am Hafen. Mich hat diese lebendige Stadt voller herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Menschen begeistert !! Ich würde mich glücklich schätzen, wenn ich bei einem weiteren Besuch in Neapel zu Gast bei Luigis Familie sein dürfte !! Ti ringrazio di cuore del tutto, Luigi, mi sono sentito come a casa !! Sarebbe un grande piacere per me essere di nuovo il Vostro ospite - forse l'anno prossimo !! Es gab nichts, das mir nicht gefallen hätte. Es fehlte an nichts !!
• Máté (9/5): Can be a peak Italian experience. You can meet awesome people and try out the local experience. - Awesome people I met here. The property is clean, safe and close to Garibaldi station, from where everything can be reached. Even Pompeii Sorrento and other out of the city things. Also some good cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes by foot. The bathrooms aren’t open from the room directly so plan with that.
• Jaqueline (9/5): Good - I had a nice stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is also convenient. The only downside was that there were two power cuts during my stay. Unfortunately, one happened while I was having an important meeting, which was quite frustrating. I understand this issue was not the host’s fault, but it did affect my experience a little. Otherwise, everything else was good, and I appreciated how responsive and kind the staff were.

• Lucas (10/5): Really good quality/price ratio, kind owners - It's better than on the pictures ! As my room was already available when I arrived, they handed me the keys earlier than the check-in time. That shows how conciliant they are. Good communication too, they were really eager to help me scheduling city-sightseeing in Napoli and around. Facilities were kinda brand new, the location is perfect.

• TOMASZ (10/5): Neapol is the best. - Podobało mi się wszystko. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta, tuż przy głównym dworcu kolejowym. Wszędzie było bardzo blisko, więc można było zwiedzać Neapol pieszo. W kilka minut można było dotrzeć również na dworzec kolei Circumvesuviana, skąd można dojechać do Pompejów, Herkulanum i w inne miejsca. Było też blisko nad Zatokę, skąd można było popłynąć na wybrzeże Amalfi. W mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto, a nowocześnie wyposażone pokój i łazienka były codziennie sprzątane przez obsługę. Czyste ręczniki i świeża pościel to w tym miejscu standard. Klimatyzacja w pokoju działała bez zarzutu. Można było korzystać z wyposażonej we wszystko kuchni, była lodówka kuchenka, czajnik i ekspress do kawy, możliwość przygotowania posiłków. Bardzo miłe było też, że właściciel czekał na moje przybycie, a przy tym okazał się bardzo sympatyczną osobą. Równie miłe było też to, że na gości czekają przekąski, a w lodówce - woda lub soki. Można było skorzystać z map Napoli i Pompejów i nawet pożyczyć parasol, kiedy padało. Był to mój najlepszy pobyt. Będę polecać swoim znajomym nocleg w tym obiekcie, bo w pełni na to zasługuje. Jeszcze raz dziękuję za wszystko. Pozdrawiam z Krakowa. T.P. Nie mam uwag.
• Ingrid (8/5): Per tornar-hi - El pis està equipat amb tot lo necessari per passar-hi uns bons dies. Et donen tovalloles, sabó, llençols, etc. Hi ha cafè, tes, oli, etc. El propietari és molt simpàtic. Potser he trobat a faltar una torradora, però és l'únic. La resta ja estat molt bé. Són tres habitacions, i dos wc i cuina a compartir. Repetiré segur perquè el punt negatiu no pesa tant com els positius. Napols és una ciutat que es desperta d'hora. Des de l'habitació s'escolta una mica el soroll exterior. Sí que potser el pis li faltaria una mica més d'insonorització.

Though he didn't speak English, there was no communication problem with him (thanks to google translate :) ) He did everything to make my stay the most comfortable one. The property is in a very good location, near the Napoli Centrale station. A very clean room.

• Luis (9/5): A very clean and comfortable stay near the train station - The warm welcoming of the owners and their quick responsiveness, the cleanliness, the modern furniture, the bed comfort, a well equipped kitchen. Free snacks and drinks. No microwave, have to pay for using the elevator. The location is good near the train station but the district may not be the best. Shared bathroom.
• Nuša (10/5): Thank you Luigi for such a warm welcome and understanding due to our canceled flight :) - Very near the train station which was convenient, because we travelled by public transport. The building was clean and secure, we felt safe. The communication with the owners was easy. I don't have difficulties sleeping, the noise from the street traffic can be heard till late night hours, but for some this could be unpleasant.
• Marcin (10/5): Well-located, impeccably clean, and wonderfully hosted - Exceptional staff welcomes you to the place and makes you feel at home. It's relatively easy to find, and its location makes it a perfect spot if you want to either visit the city of Naples, or take a train to the nearby Pompeii or Herculaneum. Surprisingly, despite being in such a central location, the apartment is very quiet. The place is well-equipped and very clean, and the guests are provided with free snacks in the kitchen. The rooms are air-conditioned. All in all, I would highly recommend! I have not found anything I didn't like. [Note that the lift (elevator) costs €0.20, but there is always some change available for the guests in the corridor.]

The overall service and check in procedure was very friendly and easy. The team did everything so my check-in and check-out experience is the best. One of the hosts gave me a warm welcome and introduced me to my room and the accomodation. The room was very cozy and clean - perfect for my stay to explore the city of Naples. The same goes for the bathroom and the kitchen, extras like coffee, water and snacks to use were also a nice suprise. Especially the location near to Napoli Centrale was a big plus. I would totally recommend the Guest House for everybody who appreciates good service, nice rooms and facilities and a central location in Naples. Thanks for the nice stay! In my opinion, there is no room for improvement. It was interesting that you have to throw in 20 cents to use the elevator, but the hosts provided us with enough change so this was no problem, just an interesting experience :)
• Subas (9/5): Highly Recommended - It was very clean and the communication was efficient! Luigi was incredibly kind and helpful. The house has everything one can need. I really enjoyed my stay. The subway was also very close and accessible. The general location is not the best area of Naples, according to my local friends. At night, I would recommend caution, but that can be said for many areas in big cities.

This can be an issue if you run out of coins and have to go up 4 floors. The House cleaning could be more often (as in common areas and bathroom).

• Hayley (7/5): Pleasant - - I was late arriving because of issues with my train and the host was very understanding and allowed me to check-in later than planned, relieving some of the stress I was experiencing! - The apartment was extremely clean throughout - The bedroom was very spacious, with lots of furniture - Free snacks, drinks, face masks, cleansing wipes etc. were a very nice touch - Use of the kitchen - all equipment you could possibly need is available - Free use of towels - Very close to the train station (took me less than 2 minutes to walk to the property - My biggest concern was the front door. There were 2 other people in the apartment and one of them did not lock the door once. This meant, in theory, anyone could just walk in during the night. This made me feel very unsafe. When checking out, you also have to just leave the keys on the side, meaning you have no choice but to leave the property unlocked and unattended, which is very poor - The door to my bedroom was also a bi-fold door, which had a glass panel and was very flimsy. One kick and it would probably open, even when locked. This didn’t make me feel any safer considering my previous point. The glass panel also let in light from the hallway whenever someone would arrive back in the early hours. This door should be replaced for something more substantial - The host’s son met me on arrival and was very friendly. I met the host the following day and needed to ask a couple of questions but she didn’t speak English. This wasn’t a problem, but the property/host listing states she does, so this is inaccurate - No bins in the bedrooms or bathrooms - these are needed, especially for us ladies!
• Johannes (8/5): Very good - Very clean and very good location if you want to visit the area surrounding Naples. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Could be a bit noise for very sensitive people due to traffic.
• Kiyanova (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment, you have everything you need. Free drinks and snacks are included in price. Very clean place. Not soundproof at all. If you have noisy neighbors - it will be a disaster. The door room has glass in it, so if neighbors are coming in the night and put on the lights in the corridor - you would be awaken by the light in your room.
• Sara (10/5): Extremely pleasant and relaxing stay - The Guesthouse is really comfy and nice, it is clear that it has been recently renovated and it is extremely tidy, including the shared kitchen. The Deluxe room is big and well-designed, I particularly appreciated the fact that the whole bedroom has its own style and the furniture is new, tidy and successfully matches the linen instead of having odd sheets, cushions, and so on. It gives this guesthouse something more, and this should not be taken for granted. The private bathroom is awesome and it has a large shower. I sincerely appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks (and face masks) in the kitchen, which included gluten free options, to my surprise. Since I am allergic to gluten, I felt really at home! I will stay here again next time I will be in Naples.
