• Chrissie (8/5): Lovely flat and lovely host who goes above-and-beyond for you to enjoy your stay. - Cleanliness, bed and bedding (great pillows), toiletries, kitchen facilities, huge verandah, bottle of wine waiting for you, ice in freezer, coffee etc LOTS OF THINGS! Immediate location is a bit rough around the edges but has everything you need - a supermarket, coffee shop, launderette etc AND super-convenient and easy to walk into town.

• BeatrizNovak (10/5): - La casa fue estupenda, nos encanto y por un precio muy bueno, nos hemos quedado 3 noches y super bien las tres , muy facil la entrada y bien explicado todo de como hacer el check in. Zona muy centrica, a pocos minutos del.metro Omonia, eso si una chica sola no iria por la noche por esa zona. Esta bien pero si que ves alguna cosilla pero no pasa nada. Por otro lado el apartamento tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar, super bien y el anfitrion muy atento en todo y respondia con rapidez a los mensajes. También nos ha dejado Cafe, te, botellas de aguas, y hasta una botella de Vino 🍷 😄 Todo perfecto Volveriamos sin duda ! Saludos Bea Algunos ruidos por la mañana pero eso no se puede controlar :)

• Ellen (9/5): Kurz Trip nach Athen - Schöne Wohnung mit sehr schön großer Terrasse. Der Ausblick ist leider nur auf die anderen Häuser, aber dennoch war es schön, abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Ich empfand das Bett als zu hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Für zwei Personen, die Platz brauchen, könnte das Bett etwas schmal sein. Die Gegend ist etwas "rauh" und ich kann die vorhergehenden Kommentare in Bezug auf das sich sicher fühlen als Alleinreisende gut nachvollziehen. Ansonsten ist man überall schnell zu Fuß. In der Küche erwartete mich bei der Ankunft eine Flasche Wein, was ich eine schöne Geste fand. Leider habe ich sie nicht öffnen können, da der Öffner nichts taugte... Aber auch das nur als Anekdote nebenbei. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung genau so wie beschrieben. Die Umgebung, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nix... ich habe mich nur unwohl gefühlt, wenn ich aus der Tür kam und dort jemand rumgehangen hat. Aber ich wurde nicht belästigt oder der gleichen.

Close enough to town to see stuff but further enough out to escape tourist prices. Eat with the locals and enjoy the amazing balcony. Outstanding. Nothing

• Goran (10/5): Exceptional - The metro station is just a 5 minute walk from the accommodation, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Just loved the huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or food. The apartment has 2 ACs which is great fully equipped kitchen. Also what I liked were 2 toilets. Well the neighborhood is a bit sketchy with a lot of homeless hobos or drug users. It's like that neighborhood is their territory. But I felt safe during the night and day. They don't bother you.

• Robert (9/5): Spacious Top floor getaway close to Omonoia Square and metro - Spotless and clean , 2 bathrooms one with a shower. Very nice balcony area. Close a few blocks walk to Ominoia square and metro station. The location seemed a bit unsavoury . however across the street was a hotel and the desk clerk said while things looked dirty and unsafe it was very safe. The hotel was busy with large groups, so ? It just too a bit to get used to Athens being a bit tired looking in many neighbourhoods.

• Duygu (9/5): This house and apartment itself deserve more than 9.8 ranking in Booking.com - Property was exactly the same on its advertisement. All house appliances,furnitures and functions of the house were working. House is renovated and looks quite enough for maximum two people stay. Balcony is my favourite part of the flat. Unfortunately, at Exharcheia and Omonia area, there are many weird people, mostly drunk and drug users, around the flat and it scared me while i was going back my house. Every time when i walk down the street, it smells pee and streets are full of dirt and trash. It doesn't look like a safe area, if you are travelling solo.
• Daniel (10/5): Great place to stay for a week long visit in Athens. - Alex, the manager, was incredibly helpful. We liked having a kitchen, a washer and having 2 bathrooms was very handy. And we really enjoyed the huge terrace. It wasn't in the nicest area of town, but we didn't have any problems.

The apartment has everything you need and more. It’s walking distance to all main attractions. The apartment was lovely and clean on arrival and we were treated to a lovely bottle of wine and biscuits:) On departure day Alex was very kind and let us leave later as our flight was not until 4 pm. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would use them again for sure. Thank you Alex and your team for looking after us for our 6 nights in Athens. Natalia

• Kaizel (10/5): Comfortable and Quiet place to stay - The apartment is very clean and has everything we needed. We are family with baby and having a well equipped kitchen made it easier for us to make him home cooked meals. Washing machine is a plus. A terrace you can enjoy dinner or yoga in the morning. Comfortable queen bed. Alex, the manager is very responsive and accommodated all our requests in the entire stay, even assisted us in booking a taxi from-to airport. Checking in was smooth and easy. Yes the location as what others reviewed here is correct. Most streets in Athens close to the historic centre have all these kinds of people anyway. We walked even at night back to the apartment and nothing happened. You can easily take Uber costing more or less €5 between the historic centre and the apartment if you feel insecure. Our overall stay was superb. We could have stayed longer if we were able to rebook our flight. We'll book this apartment again next time we come back to Athens. Nothing about the apartment.
• Tali (8/5): Very good - The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, the kitchen is very well equipped. It could have been cleaner and it is important to mention the location is right by Omonoia square, which is central but can be very unpleasant to walk alone, there are drug users and right under the building. Be aware, especially if you are traveling alone - this is a scary neighbourhood to be at after dark.
• Rachael (10/5): A hidden gem! - A hidden gem. The property was spacious for 2, and had all the amenities you need. Host was very friendly and offered great advice for local things to do! The area where the property is, is a little rough. However most areas around the main centre of Athens are like this. I still felt safe inside the property but wouldn’t want to leave the property alone as a single woman. Saying this, the location is great as we were just a 15 minute walk from the Acropolis & 5 minute walk from the nearest metro line!

• Sebastian (10/5): Outstanding stay right outside the busy city center - The Terrace Kiss is an excellent place to stay! You can tell that it's been recently refurbished, it's kept clean, and the owner has equipped it with everything you'd need: from kitchenware to facemasks, from balcony furniture to board games. It's located close to the Omonoia subway station, so just off the busy city center, but not that far that you couldn't walk to all the main sights in the city. I also liked the small touches: welcome gifts, cozy decoration for the balcony and check-in messages and fast responses from the owner. Great value for your money. The neighborhood is less clean and appealing than the old city, but you can still find some very good restaurants in the area. As for the apartment, the only minor inconvenience was the window in the toilet not being well-insulated, which allowed the slight smell of smoke to enter from the common vent even when it was closed.
