Etrafında çok sayıda otel olmasına rağmen, personelin ilgisi, davranışları, güler yüzlülükleri, odaların ferahlığı ve temizliği, konum itibariyle ulaşım probleminin olmaması sebebiyle her zaman bu oteli tercih ediyorum. Odalarda su ısıtıcısı, çay, şeker, su ve mini buzdolabı olması gerçekten büyük avantaj. Yine gelirsem, kesinlikle burada kalırım.

Odalara gelince, çok rahat ve geniş, dolaplar ve havlu vb. gibi şeyler pırıl pırıl tertemiz. Personel gerçekten çok güleryüzlü, kibar ve yardımseverler. Tekrar gelirsem tek tercihim olacaktır. Olumsuz bir şey göremedim.

Целият хотел миришеше лошо. Стаите не изглеждат като на снимките. Много по-мрачни и мръсни са. Сапуна миришеше на лекарства. А най-потресаващото беше, че в едното легло имаше забравени чорапи от предишни гости, което ни говори, че чаршафите изобщо не са били сменяни. Бяхме за две нощувки и никой не почисти стаята през това време.

Angel (2/5): Worst experience ever in Istanbul! - Maybe the location was kind of okay The bed was very inconfortable - it was old memory foam mattress which there is a "hole" when you body lies. The room was very dirty. When checked in the room I told receptionist that it is dirty a have to clean the carpet and to bring toilet paper. I had to remind 3 times for the toilet paper as there was not any and I bought it from the store. The parking - this is not parking this is muddy lake where you park and when you go out of the car (or come to the car) you are all dirty. Going in this muddy lake and going out you have to ask the reception every time. There is camera and no one is looking at it. Don't look at the photos - these photos are when they open the hotel. The carpets are so dirty. I am sure they have never seen a vacuum cleaner. Our carpet in the room has not only hair.

MEHMET AKİF (10/5): Herşey mükemmel - Çok sıklıkla kalıyorum ve bundan sonraki seyahatlerimde de tek tercih edeceğim otel. Konum mükemmel, metrobüs durağına 70 metre uzaklıkta. Hemen yanında çok sayıda kafe, restoran ve alışveriş marketleri var. Çalışanlar son derece kibar, güleryüzlü ve yardımseverler. Hizmet kalitesi/fiyat dengesi çok iyi. Tavsiye ettiğim tüm arkadaşlarım kaldılar ve bana teşekkür ettiler.
Tetiana (7/5): - Good polite staff. A good hotel room. A very convenient transport interchange, you can reach anywhere in Istanbul. I didn't like the fact that the reservation didn't specify that the room chosen was half underground and ground-level windows overlooking the covered summer playground. The room lacked sunlight. If I had known this at the booking stage, I would have chosen a different option. Also, the smell of cigarettes could be heard from the hallway, I don't smoke, and the smell seemed very sharp to me. Maybe we're unlucky with the neighbors, I don't think the smell of cigarettes there is always there. I lived for 2 days and realized that I was sorely lacking sunlight and the smell of cigarettes only added stress. I talked to a hotel employee, he showed me the available rooms and our family moved into a nice bright room, it was lovely. I never heard cigarette smoke again. The room I chose was a class above, and I paid extra for it. But I'd rather know this in advance, as we had to significantly cut the travel budget because of it.

Elbise dolabının inde kötü bi koku vardı. Ayrıca eşyalar kötü kullanılmış ve yenilenmemiş. Banyodaki sabunluk bile sabun püskürtürken kırılmış ucu kendini bırakıverdi Bakımsızdı. Keşke daha çok foto çekseydim bu anlattıklarımın ama önemli bir sınavım vardı 1 gece kalmak için gelmiştim ve başka bir konuyla ilgilenebilecek lüksüm yoktu

El personal de recepción es muy amable como también lo es el personal que te acompaña a tu habitación para ayudar con las maletas y enseñarte todo. Es un hotel pequeño pero muy confortable. La cama me pareció comodísima y el edredón super acogedor. Todo estaba muy limpio. Falta de tazas en el desayuno. Los vasos de usar y tirar generan muchos residuos. Pero he visto que esto es común en los cafés de Estambul.

İlk gün sabaha kadar yan oda dan aşırı derecede müzik sesleri geldi. 4 defa bildirmeme rağmen ses sabah 6da kesildi. Bana resepsiyon da ki eleman, bizim yan odamızdakilerin alkollü ve sarhoş olduklarını söyledi. Asla burada ailenizle kalmayın. Rezil olduk paramızla. Ben böyle birşey ömrümde görmedim. Resmen karaoke yaptılar saat gece 1 den 6 ya kadar!!!!!!!!!!! Olay çıkmasın diye kendimi zor tuttum.

Noémi (10/5): Un sejur excelent - Este un hotel extrem de curat într-o zonă liniștită a Istanbulului. Camerele sunt spațioase. Patul a fost confortabil. Cel mai mult a contact amabilitatea și profesionalismul personalului. Acesta ne-a ajutat cu transferatul până la port și au păstrat mașina noastră în siguranță în parcarea hotelului timp de o săptămână. Este o locație excelentă pentru cei care doresc să descopere Istanbulul. Prețul a fost corect pentru serviciile oferite. Totul a fost perfect. Chiar dacă nu este foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice majore, este foarte bine conectat prin transportul in comun. Accesul este rapid la transportul în comun. Este o locație excelentă.

Iasmin (7/5): Overall we were very disappointed. - They tried to compensate somehow the inconveniences. The room was dirty, dusty, unclean and very cold because the windows didn’t work well and is not ok when you are with small kids with you. The size of the room was not like they said 80m2, about everything is not like in the description. The breakfast was very poor, nothing you can eat or kids in the morning.

The team is respectful toward all customers and consistently provides excellent service. They respond promptly to requests and complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. There was nothing in particular that I disliked, as everything met my expectations. The cleanliness of the facility was good, and the housekeeping service was consistently performed on time and to a high standard.

Gabrijela (10/5): Super Hotel und super freundliches Personal - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.
