• Rafael (6/5): No es lo que esperaba por el precio alto que se pagó. - Siendo lo más objetivo posible la mayor queja del apartamento es su ubicación, ya que NO es un barrio inseguro, es un barrio POPULAR, no es el típico barrio turístico por lo cual, es un sitio donde se puede encontrar mucha variedad de tiendas, idiomas, culturas, en fin, es un gran punto a favor si no te molesta un barrio popular. La ubicación es buena ya que queda ubicado cerca a dos estaciones de metro, tiene transporte incluso a media cuadra en bus, a un kilómetro caminando queda el Camp nou, es una buena zona para salir a caminar, hay que tener cuidado como en todo Barcelona ya que incluso en zonas de alto costo nos decían que había que tener cuidado. El apartamento está muy bien equipado en su cocina y sala, cuenta con comedor, barra, buena vajilla, ollas, cafetera, en fin, si quieres cocinar es una buen espacio. Tiene muchas tiendas cercanas, panaderías y supermercados. Creo que lo que más disgustó fueron dos cosas puntuales, el olor causa de las cañerías y el tapizado del baño que guarda toda la humedad. En la habitación principal tenía una lámpara de noche que no se podía usar por qué se apagaba la luz y se cortaba toda la energía de la habitación, otra cosa mal diseñada, no hay televisión en las habitaciones, el piso de la ducha es SÚPER resbaloso, si van con niños o adultos mayores hay que tener muchísimo cuidado, el aseo es cuestionable, si estaba bien hecho en general pero el aseo del baño es bastante deficiente, varias partes oxidadas, incluso la manija de la puerta del baño tenía una parte oxidada, habían hormigas en el baño, y el tapizado del baño guardaba mucha humedad y el olor al usar la ducha era horrible. Ah y en todo lado le dicen a uno que es un apartamento con todo “totalmente nuevo” lo cual está lejos de eso, todo ya tiene muy buen tiempo de uso hay cosas desgastadas, que no está mal, pero no digan que todo está totalmente nuevo. No es un buen calidad/precio ya que considero que se pagó un costo alto para tanto problemita.

When we enter the apartment, smells a little bit, not a bad small but not good also. The worst is that it’s really really noisy in the morning. There is no sound proof at all.

Une petite cadeau nous attendais à notre arrivée ce qui fait toujours plaisir . Le bruit de la rue dans une des chambres malgre le double vitrage ,conversation à 6h du matin , passage du camion poubelle . Après nous ne sommes pas habitué au bruit vivant dans un hameau isolé .

• Chiara (7/5): Posizione comoda - Sono stata con la famiglia e per noi quattro la casa era spaziosa e pulita. I letti erano comodi e l'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve. Anche due pesci rossi. Ben collegata con due linee della metro, rossa e blu che portano al centro e la gialla che porta all'aeroporto. Vicino ci sono molti bar per fare colazione, supermercati e farmacie. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare un cestino di benvenuto con cialde del caffè, cioccolata e una bottiglia di cidro di mele. La casa è un po' rumorosa, soprattutto la stanza che affaccia sulla strada. Il mio appartamento era al primo piano, impossibile aprire le tende. Il quartiere non è bellissimo ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Ci hanno dato solo una chiave e una placca, sono dovuta uscire senza chiavi per non lasciare chi era in casa senza corrente.

• Theresa (10/5): Super Wohnung - absolut zufrieden - Wohnung sehr sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen perfekte Größe. Alles was man braucht (Handtücher, Duschgel, Fön, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, sogar Zucker/Öl/Salz) vorhanden. Sehr gastfreundlich: Flasche Wein, Süßigkeiten und Kaffeekapseln standen am Tisch als Willkommensgeschenk. Zugang zur Wohnung mit Code hat super funktioniert. Zur Lage: 2 U-Bahnen in der Nähe und somit nicht weit zum Flughafen bzw. in die Innenstadt. Wir waren mit Baby unterwegs und der Straßenlärm war nicht laut und Wohnung war gut geheizt. Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen und würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Es war alles bestens.

• DOMINIQUE (8/5): Séjour Barcelone visite touristique - La propreté et l'espace.l'acces facile avec les codes et la clé.l'ascenseur. Rien de grave mais il manquait des petites cuillères et des torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle. Il n'y avait pas de code wifi pour l'accès internet. Par contre gros point noir le stationnement qui est impossible aux alentours parcmètre limité à 2h. Nous avons finalement trouvé un parking public situé à 15 minute à pied pour 9.5euros la journée. Si dans l'annonce cela pouvait être indiqué ça éviterait de galérer

Mieszkanie znajduje się w dzielnicy poza Barceloną, ale niedaleko jest stacja metra i dojazd do centrum trwa 20 minut. Na przeciwko sklep spożywczy. I co dla mnie najważniejsze - cicho i spokojnie.

• Alberto Carlino (7/5): 7 de 10 es una puntuación apropiada - El apartamento en general está bastante bien, aunque el baño huele mucho a humedad. La ubicación es ideal para movilizarse en metro. La señora que limpia fue muy puntual y amable. La zona donde está ubicado no es ideal para turistas, por no decir que es un barrio inseguro (no nos pasó nada a nosotros pero siempre tuvimos la sensación de que nos podía pasar). Nunca respondieron nuestras preguntas sobre donde aparcar y duré alrededor de una hora y media dando vueltas, a las 10:00pm hasta que logré hallar una plaza. Después me enteré que hay un parking a unos 15 minutos caminando, hubiese sido bueno saberlo con antelación.

• Danijela (9/5): Sehr gut! - Das Apartment ist sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum, dafür aber in einem ruhigen Viertel, in dem man wunderbar schlafen kann. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Persönlich habe ich einen Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer vermisst. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Wasserkocher und der Sandwichmaker waren stark verschmutzt und leider nicht benutzbar. Das hat den ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt.

The owner of the place was also lovely and super helpful. I forgot an item and she kindly shipped it to me. The location. It is a bit far from main attractions and the apartment is above a type of bar, that was quite noisy through the night.
• Elwin (9/5): Great place to stay - Host was exceptional in resolving a small problem. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Clean. Bedrooms are at the rear, so street talking is not heard at night. Location was an easy walk to transit. Bedrooms is at the rear, so neighbours talking is heard at night. As we found out too late, we should have messaged host during the night and they would contact the neighbour. Excellent responsive host.
