• Maggie (5/5): Cheap and easy, could be cleaner but good enough to sleep and shower in after a long day out - 10 minute walk to the train, safe quiet neighbourhood, Lawson is just next door and Family mart is a 2 minute walk away. lots of grocery stores in the area (8-10 mins walk) The in house washing machine was actually really nice to have too. bathroom had mildew staining which felt a little gross, corners of the room and around the sink were a little not as clean as we would like.

• Jose (6/5): Good location - I liked the privacy of the place. It wasn't that clean under the bed and we needed to buy our own hangers in order to get the clothes hanged. We bought our own small trash basket.
• Alexandra (1/5): worst place you can spend your money on - zero positive things to say the accommodation was so bad i’m having trouble picking what to start with… - The apartment was tiny even by Tokyo standards - instead of decor the walls were completely covered in posters with warnings about things you’re not allowed to do if you don’t want to get fined (jumping on the bed, making a mistake while sorting your trash etc) - the apartment is extremely cold and moist and the aircon barely provides any heat - the walls look like someone wiped off their boogers everywhere - there’s literal mold in some of the corners - everything is extremely dirty, like they never cleaned it (which makes the 10000 yen fine for walking in with shoes on even more ridiculous — oh and of course they don’t provide slippers so you have to walk on the dirty cold floor barefoot) - the carpet smells like piss - the drain in the shower barely works so you have to stand in the water if your shower takes longer than 30 seconds - there’s dust in any and every corner - no storage space for luggage (the only storage spot is almost fully taken up by cleaning supplies) - very annoying instructions and procedures for getting inside the apt and check-in and check-out processes - the location is ok
• Nathalia (7/5): Good - The room was smaller than it looked in the photos and very bright. There was an uncovered door directly in front of the bed, letting in too much light and making it hard to sleep. The towels provided were extremely small, and during our entire 8-day stay, we never received a replacement. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The nearest metro station was a 9-minute walk away, while another one, on a different and useful line, was 14 minutes away. There were multiple signs all over the room warning about mandatory recycling, fines for not doing it, fines for leaving trash inside the room, and even fines for walking inside with shoes. It felt a bit excessive and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
• Zi (3/5): Poor - Wash machine okk.. This was the WORST stay I’ve ever had. First, the check-in guide was completely unclear. It mentioned a PDF with an app link or something to get the password for the key, but I couldn’t even find the link! I tried calling every single phone number they provided—including the so-called "urgent" contact on the room’s door—and guess what? NO RESPONSE. Not a single one. Finally, I got into the room, and it was on the 5th floor. Annoying, but fine, I thought—just unlucky. But then I actually stepped inside. The place was FILTHY. Ash, cookie crumbs, and even HAIR on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. And to top it off, there was no hot water. The guide said NOTHING about how to turn it on. I tried calling the manager—AGAIN, no response. Turns out, after wasting my time, I found a switch on the wall I had to turn on myself........Dannnmmm there no any English label how can we know??????? This place is a joke. Unclear instructions, nonexistent customer service, and dirty rooms. Re-evaluate your ability to handle problems independently and carefully reconsider whether you want to live in this place.
• Mihai (10/5): Enjoyable experience. Great for a couple to have a stay in Tokyo. We got everywhere very fast from the location and also - It was in a very quiet area and close to metro stations -
• Amit (7/5): Good - I stayed here for 42 nights in the winter (Jan-Feb). Overall a nice place that's worth the value. I particularly liked the washing machine + dryer that was inside the room. The heating was very good and there was always hot water. The closest metro station is Ryogoku, ~10 minute walk, with Toei Oedo as the (only) line that connects to you the center of the city. It was a bit challenging to get the keys and check in, but the host was available through messaging to help. The room is very small, even in Japanese standards, especially the bathroom. I'm not that tall (5'11) and the bath was challenging. It didn't have a curtain either which I would've appreciated.

• Esther (5/5): Passable - Customer service was friendly and helpful. The house was located in a quiet neighbourhood. Conveniently close to 2 convinience stores and a "Hello Cycling" station. The washing machine includes a dryer function which is very useful to wash towels and linen when you stay several weeks and only have one set of bed linen. The room was rather dirty and dusty. The towels were fully synthethic. Luckily I brought my own set.

• Megan (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was comfy. It was so small, suitcase had to be closed & left upright. The shower wasn’t good & didn’t drain the water.
• Pitsinee (7/5): A comfortable and affordable stay. - It is a handy location next to a Lawson store. A 10 min walk to the closest station. The room is small per standard and clean and tidy. The washing machine was convenient as it is also a dryer. The bed is very comfy too and there is a small kitchenette with cutlery. The bathroom and toilet are very very small. You will need to bend down if you are over 6 foot. You need to be comfortable using the toilet when your companion can hear you. Our room was on the fourth floor and there is no elevator so we had to carry all our bags up these tiny narrow staircase.

• Rasheeda (5/5): Passable - The Ryogoku train station is less than 10 min by walking. bus stops are also nearby. many convenient stores (FamilyMart, 7/11, Lawson), laundry, restaurants, and vending machines around the property. The area is quiet and peaceful. Very safe to walk even at night. I filled in the guest check-in link and the host immediately provided me with the password of the keybox. However, when I arrived, the key box was not hung at the door knob (as informed in the guest check-in document). I managed to dig into the mailbox and reach for the spare key box but the password was incorrect. I contacted the host via the Booking.com chat and after around 15 minutes, the host replied with the wrong password, so we had to wait for 30 minutes before entering in the hot and humid building. The carpet was dusty and full of hair. I had to sweep the hair myself and my partner had to clean the drain in the toilet as the net was filled with hair of the previous guests. The floor was dusty too. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. I hope the host would pay more attention to the cleanliness aspect of the property.
• Daveed (8/5): Very good - We could fit ourselves with four big suitcases. Bed was comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed and washing machine witch dryer was useful. Air conditioner works good and there was a shop just half minute of walk. Easy check in procedure. In some places there was dust, like vent in bathroom, power cable to air conditioner. Sometimes there was bad smell in bathroom. Bed could be higher with some storage space under it. It would be great to think about more storage shelves.
• Cindy (7/5): Good location & distance to metro. The bed was comfortable and nice hot shower. - The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The lock was difficult to unlock. It took us 15 minutes each time to unlock the door and after the second time we decided to keep the door unlocked when we left. Fortunately, we were in Japan and knew the front door outside the apartment had CCTV, so we weren’t too phased when we went out and left the door unlocked. We advised the agent of our issues. I wouldn’t classify this as an Apartment, it’s definitely meant for one person and not for a couple. It’s tiny and you feel confined. Our small cabin suitcases were perfect, as big bulky suitcases would have taken up additional space as well. Furthermore, the iron we only found on the day of check out, as it was hidden behind the pillows on the top shelf. They could have provided tea bags and coffee and slippers too. Luckily we brought our own. They should specify what the shower gel was, as we thought it was mouth wash and my husband had a proper gargle 🙈😁The location and distance isn’t too bad from the train and metro station. It’s a nice quiet area too and there’s a convenient store opposite the “apartment “. Overall, it was pleasant..however, the key situation, especially when having a boozy night, wasn’t ideal.

• Maria (10/5): Peaceful and comfortable - The studio was lovely, a good amount of room for Tokyo and clean. I loved the location since it was opposite a store and had a few nice restaurants a couple minutes walk away. The closest metro station was about a 10 min walk away but the walkways are great so even with two large suitcases it wasn’t a problem for me. Lastly the room was prepared with everything you need so other than laundry pods I didn’t buy anything extra. N/a

• Alex (8/5): Overall it was a nice month long stay, room itself was nice. - The room was very clean and relatively modern. It was relatively noise proof, had good temperature control especially during the coldest nights in Tokyo. Bed was comfortable. It was very close to several convenience stores. Relatively easy check in and collection of keys. It's far... it's easily a 10min walk to Ryogoku Oedo line, and 15mins to the JR Chuo Line. It's a LOOOOOOOONG way from Kinshicho, which is where most of the shopping and restaurants are in the area. The closest supers are about 10-15mins away walking. The other thing is the plumbing, they use these nets to conveniently catch particles/hair in the main sink and the shower. The problem is they didn't provide extra nets for replacement, so the plumbing backed up often and you have to manage it.

All appliances were labelled in Japanese only so I was not able to operate most of them till I get WiFi password cracked. Not knowing how to contact host was another major drawback in case if I wanted any help or emergency. Having no lift was a major concern to carry a total of 55 60 kg luggage alone to 4rth floor in such a narrow starecase. Looked very expensive for my allowance

• Chloe (10/5): Great stay in Tokyo! Nice quiet neighborhood, clean and modern unit. Felt very comfortable here. - Modern facility, kitchen, private bathroom and WASHING MACHINE!!! Everything you need. Even had a balcony. Really liked this unit!! It was small but we're not big people so didn't bother us that much. If you are over 6ft and have a lot of luggage this may not be for you. We had two suitcases and two backpacks are it fit our items just fine.
