• Tami (5/5): Disappointed - That it had an airport shuttle and an on-site restaurant Waited nearly 30 min for a front desk person to show up to check us in. No staff in the restaurant even tho hours said open. Carpet in the room felt damp. Tv kept turning off after a few minutes. Power went off shutting off my cpap and waking me up. No usb outlets had to call maintenance to replace the alarm clock because the usb ports were nonexistent

They wouldn’t let you use utensils.

Otherwise looks like place designed and run by clowns 1) rude and arrogant/absent reception stuff, not taking phone call from the room 3 times in a row 2) clownish parking system - most airport hotels provide free pkng, i am ok with paying but not through using some app and paying extra fees 3) weak shower pressure and slow warming of water 4) bfast: a lot of pseudoglamour but cheapest tea bags... Overall: a lot of stuff not needed at airport hotel, and absence of necessary one

• MARIA MAGDALENA (8/5): Buen hotel, buena estancia y buena relación calidad -precio. - Buen desayuno; buena atención, tanto en el comedor como en la recepción; habitación amplia y cómoda y el servicio de lanzadera es excelente. Los conductores son amables y la rotación del servicio es frecuente. El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto por lo que se va y se viene con rapidez. Como el aeropuerto es tan grande, los conductores te orientan para poder integrarse al transporte público que te lleva al downtown. Volvería a horpedarme en el Regency. Muchas gracias. Aunque el baño es amplio, no tienes donde colocar tus cosas de cuidado personal (crema dental, cepillo de dientes, maquillaje); la tapa del tanque del sanitario está saturado con los productos que el hotel dispone para el uso como el gel para las manos, la crema hidratante para las manos, etc; sería ideal que ubicaran repisas o anaqueles para tal propósito. De resto todo muy bien. Mil gracias de nuevo!
• Chu'En (10/5): The stay was convenient and pleasant. - It was in a great location not to far from the airport, it was clean, and smelled really fresh!!! Thank you! The bed was comfortable and I have no complaints. Check in took a little longer than expected, but it was moreso due to another guest and not the employee. When I went to purchase an item, he brought me to the front of the line and I didn’t have to wait, so it balanced out. 😊

We requested them twice at reception but were ignored. I only stayed 13 hours at the hotel, but it was enough to cause a lot of disappointment. Terrible cleanliness, disgusting bathroom, expensive parking, and I paid for breakfast which I was forbidden from enjoying because I could only enter the restaurant after a "tour agency group" finished their breakfast. As I couldn't wait because of my flight, I left. And I'm sure I paid way more than they did for the stay and breakfast.

There's a fantastic restaurant really close by, along with a few others to choose from within walking distance. Additionally, they provide free shuttle service to and from the airport. No complaints with such a short stay.

• Judy (5/5): Not the best for the price - The drinks and bar food were very good. The bartender was also the waiter, busboy, and cashier...way too much for one person. It was very difficult for him to take care of everyone. Thank goodness we weren't in a hurry. Poor guy did get it all handled! Bathroom fan did not shut off all night, coffee maker couldn't work where located as there was no outlet to plug into and the hair dryer did not work. Morning clerk wasn't interested in helping. Ilsa in housekeeping did as much as she could and did find a handheld hairdryer for me to use. Ilsa was the highlight of our stay.

Departure in the morning on time. the shuttle, did not stop or stop for few seconds at a crowded stop where couldn't stand out and then at arrival said the only stop, so I got out and I have to walk on the street to reach my hotel (which was the second stop)

• Robert (10/5): Excellent overall hotel convenient to Miami Airport - We arrived very early well before check in time, but they were able to get our rooms available after only about an hour. Rooms were extremely clean and upkept. You can tell the property is older, but Sonesta did a great job of thoroughly renovating all areas of the hotel to look completely clean and modern. Excellent Airport shuttle service One of the properties adjacent to the hotel was playing loud music until about 1AM. Clearly not Sonesta's fault or anything they can control, but a downside of the property none the less.

• Richard (8/5): Well positioned for the airport at an affordable rate. - A well positioned hotel to get easy access to the airport. There's a free shuttle that is provided if need be. We had a hire car though. Rooms are spacious and there's a nice foyer area, making this hotel quite inviting. Unfortunately my room was near the roof of an area where the outdoor ACs were and they were running late into the night and even with my window closed, I could hear them humming. Not so annoying but for a light sleeper this could have been the difference of a good night's sleep or not. Apart from that, and my travelling buddies didn't have the same, so it mustn't be all rooms, all is fine and a great hotel.
