• Katarzyna (6/5): - Decently clean and furnished. Close to the airport. Lots of small considerable gestures like toiletries in the bathroom. Charging 20€ more for late check in when there is no one to meet, just picking up keys yourself, is basically a scam, so watch out for that hidden cost. Kettle wasn't working, coffe machine tripped breakers when tried to turn on. Bathroom could be cleaner.

The very short check in time (16-19:00)… The owner wrote before, that check in later than this period is ,,late check in,, and will cost 20 eur for us, what is ok if somebody is waiting us there, but what is strange, that we got just a pin code for the opening a box where we found the keys… so I don’t understand the ,,concept,, of ,,late check in,, in this case…
• Nicola (1/5): Extra 30 euro scam - Near to the airport The host tried to scam me asking for more money, 30 euro cash, for late check in and local taxes. In the end it was a self check in through a key locker with password. They didn't even showed up. The room is very tiny and narrow and the bed is next to the ceiling.

• Delia (10/5): Cazare drăguță! - Mi-a plăcut faptul că am fost cazare undeva la periferie dar super aproape de oraș totuși. A fost liniște, am avut snack-uri la cazare în caz că voiam să luăm ceva. Frigiderul a fost dotat cu apă. Camerele și baia erau foarte curate!! Nu cred că există ceva ce nu mi-a plăcut.

Pobierana opłata za „późny” Check in 20€. Darmowy Check in tylko od 16 do 17.30… pokój w którym byliśmy to była antresola z jednym metrem przestrzeni na dole na bagaż. Bardzo bardzo ciasny pokój, ale do przespania na jedną noc okej. Łazienka średnia - ślady grzyba w starym prysznicu.

Petit déjeuner une catastrophe biscottes croissants sous vide. Harcèlement pour la taxe de séjour des 9 e. Salle de bain commune et douche qui donne pas envie de s’y laver 😬 Si vous demandez une arrivée avant 16h, on vous demande 15 e ! Hallucinant ! Car c’est une boîte de clefs ! A fuir!!!!!!
• Hugo (1/5): Très très décevant ! Publicité mensongère - La proximité avec l’aéroport uniquement ! La propreté des lieux, le fait que l’on doive partager le logement avec d’autres personnes alors que ce n’est pas spécifié. Le fait que la chambre qui nous était allouée fasse 8 m2 et que la climatisation fuit et donc goûte dans une poubelle durant toute la nuit. Le fait que le petit-déjeuner sensé être inclu précisait qu’il fallait payer un supplément pour l’eau, la bière et toutes autres boissons dans le réfrigérateur.

• Guest (5/5): Niestety, więcej minusów niż plusów. - Działająca klimatyzacja, wifi, czysty pokój oraz kontakt z właścicielem z którym nie było problemu się kontaktować, odpisywał wręcz od razu nawet po 24. Strach nocą iść prosto z lotniska do tego obiektu, troszkę straszne uliczki. Niewspomniane wcześniej o wspólnej łazience dzielone z pokojem obok. Dodatkowo dostałam pokój z zepsutym zamkiem w drzwiach, na początku gdy chciałam otworzyć drzwi, ten wypadł. Kiedy chciałam pójść się umyć to nie udało mi się ich zamknąć przez ten niedziałający zamek, trochę strach zostawiać swoje wszystkie rzeczy z niedziałającym zamkiem. Wewnątrz chociaż nie było problemu się zamknąć. Na wybitne śniadanie też nie ma co liczyć, wszystko na słodko i nic porządnego.

Insa doar pentru o noapte Mirosul din casa este unul stătut, mai ales cel din camere, chiar insuportabil.Curatenia de asemenea... Per total e ok, dar nu daca trebuie sa iti petreci toata şederea in Napoli acolo. Nu sunt magazine sau restaurante in zona, si e destul de infricosator cartierul.

The place is clean and well kept by the owner with modern equipment There is sewage smell in the corridor and near the bathroom downstairs. In the room though if you use the aircon it disappears. The entrance of the building is off putting but the entrance to the property is good with an anti theft door.

About 16-17 minutes from the square by car Not too accessible to taxis. A mini bus comes by like every 2 hours and takes you to the square for.about 1..50 euros

È stata richiesta una maggiorazione da 9 € a 20 € per il check-in effettuato dopo le 19:00, nonostante l’accesso alla struttura sia avvenuto in modo del tutto autonomo, senza alcun servizio aggiuntivo né la presenza del proprietario. La zona esterna della struttura appare in condizioni fatiscenti.

• David (1/5): ARNAQUE - La localisation par rapport à l’aéroport Odeur de cave Beaucoup de bruits extérieurs dont le portail d’entrée. Mur en plâtre entre les 2 chambres ce qui provoque aussi du bruit. Petit déjeuner honteux (1 croissant industriel pour 3 / 1 échantillon de Nutella pour 3 / fourmis dans le chocolat en poudre) Très petite chambre ne laissant pas la place pour ouvrir une valise. 20€ à payer pour une arrivée n’étant pas entre 16h30 et 19h00 sachant que nous parlons d’une boîte à clefs et que personne n’est jamais venu nous voir. La seule chose que vous aurez sera un échange par WhatsApp. Idem pour le départ. Ces montants sont à régler évidemment en cash et à laisser dans la chambre lors du départ. Bref NE PAS Y ALLER / Pour nous cela est une arnaque alors que nous voyageons dans le monde entier depuis des années.
• Violaine (1/5): Merdique, médiocre, déplorable ! - Rien! Aucune correction dans les rapport avec le loueur. Très disponible pour dire qu’il veut les taxes mais pas pour le reste. La chambre ne fermait pas, la serrure était bidouillée et surtout dysfonctionnelle. Impossible de dormir dans ces conditions avec mes deux filles… Le loueur vous demande à de trop nombreuses reprises de payer la taxe mais ne répond pas à la problématique de la porte. Seulement l’argent compte!!! Ill a fallu de nombreux échanges pour connaître les horaires à ne pas dépasser pour la fameuse taxe de 20 euros pour Check in tardif ayant lu les commentaires de précédents occupants… ce n’était jamais clair! Réponse évasive… bref nous sommes arrivées au plus vite à 16h20 pour ne pas risquer la surtaxe illégale mais risquée. Je doute de l’honnêteté du loueur. Je suis certaine aussi de ne pas avoir choisi un logement avec salle de bain commune… je ne le fais jamais… bref la salle de bain était commune…

• Carlos (3/5): Mala experiencia - La cercanía al aeropuerto. El señor te exige entrar de 15-17, y si no entras en ese horario te comunica que estás entrando de forma tardía y te cobra 20€, cuando el señor no hace nada. Simplemente te da las instrucciones para llegar y que cojas la llave. Me pareció abusivo que te cobre eso por entrada tardía. Estuve en 12 apartamentos por Italia y nunca me pasó esto. Escogí este apartamento por la cercanía al aeropuerto, pero si llego a saber esto antes.. y parece que Booking lo permite.. Te cobraba las aguas, y todo esto se lo tenías que dejar en efectivo en el apartamento, muy extraño! Nos tocó una habitación donde dormíamos en una litera, bastante incómoda para subir y bajar. y el baño es compartido en este apartamento. Menos mal que solo pasamos unas horas porque teníamos un vuelo que salía a las 6 de la mañana.

The well stocked fridge was a great touch. - It was clean, plenty of breakfast options, the beer was very welcome after a hot day’s travelling! Fridge was well-stocked. There was air conditioning and a small balcony which was nice. Good value for money, near the airport- 17 Minute walk. Not too keen on the black and red decor. The outside area could do with a bit of TLC, painting etc. we didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom, but that’s our fault for not reading by the blurb properly before booking. The key to the bedroom was held together by a piece of wire and took us a while to get the door open.
• Florence (6/5): Average accommodation - The bedroom and shared bathroom were clean, and the room was spacious enough for the price. The host was responsive and replied quickly via WhatsApp. It was also easy to reach the hotel by bus from the city center (around €2) with the help of Google Maps. The rooms are not well soundproofed, and guests in the adjacent room were very loud until 1 a.m. There are no restaurants within walking distance. The hotel tried to charge us €20 for a “late check-in” even though our arrival was self check-in. When we refused, they eventually dropped the demand. The host called us at 10:45 p.m. while we were trying to sleep to ask for our passports. The main door was also locked upon our arrival and no information was provided. There were, however, information on how to get in with the key and a useful video. Overall, the check-in process felt unprofessional and scammy. Don’t expect the host to provide helpful local information or advice on getting around. A taxi to the airport costs about €20. Personally, I would recommend staying in the city center near the train station instead, and taking the Alibus from there. There’s really no need to stay this close to the airport.

• Ina (8/5): Giod accommodation for early flight - Great accomodation for one night before your flight, 15 min walk to the airport. The triple room is comfortable, very clean. The kitchen is well equipped to make dinner, some food is privided for breakfast. The bathroom is clean and has everything you need. The area is a bit dirty but proximity to the airport compensates it.

• Veronika (1/5): - Zimmer ist ok für eine Nacht. Allerdings haben wir uns Badezimmer und Küche mit anderen Gästen teilen müssen, was wir davor nicht wussten. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr hellhörig. In der gesamten Wohnung riecht es komisch und vor allem wenn man die Klima einschaltet, kommt ein komischer Geruch entgegen. Was aber die größte Frechheit ist, ist dass man 20 Euro Aufpreis für late check-in zahlen muss (was wir davor auch nicht wussten), obwohl der Vermieter sowieso einen Schlüssel hinterlegen muss und es somit null Mehraufwand für ihn bedeutet, dass man später anreist. In meinen Augen ist das Abzocke. Wir werden hier definitiv nicht mehr übernachten.

La douche est vieillotte et les couverts dans la cuisine sales Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure mais il a fallu payer 10€ La taxe de séjour à régler sur place de 5€ par personne et par jour

A taxa turística é bastante cara - 4.5€ por pessoa e caso façam o check-in depois das 17.30h o alojamento cobra uma taxa de 20€ sendo que o check in é self service... Fica a 20 minutos do aeroporto a pé mas o caminho até lá não inspira muita confiança. O apartamento estava limpo e tinha disponível varios artigos de higiene e limpeza. O apartamento dispõe de um pequeno bar onde podemos adquirir alguns alimentos como água, pizzas, cerveja, etc. O pequeno almoço é self service e era bastante básico. As escadas que davam acesso à cama são um bocado perigosas. O quarto também é pequeno.

• Alberto (2/5): - Lo único bueno es la cercanía al aeropuerto, si llegas antes del horario del chek in pretende cobrarte un extra de 5 euros y si llegas después pretende cobrar 20 euros, mala experiencia, la cama esta en un entrepiso,estás contra el techo
• Claudette (1/5): Un logeur malhonnête - Gérant invisible qui a demandé de laisser la caution en prenant en photo l'endroit où on la laissait.Déjà curieux car s'il ne fait pas confiance aux locataires il faut qu'il vienne la chercher lui-même . Mais le clou de ce passage ,c'est qu'il ́nous a harcelés toute la soirée avec sa photo de taxe et le lendemain il ́nous a accusés d'avoir sali son couvre-lit( photo à l'appui) avec des excréments. Il a suggéré qu'on le rembourse. Nous n'avons aucunement fait une pareille chose. Nous pensons qu'il s'agit d'un loueur malhonnête et cupide car dès ́notre arrivée il nous a demandé une taxe de 15 euros au lieu des 9 inscrits sur la réservation de Booking. Ńous avons refusé et il s'est rangé dans ce qui était indiqué sur notre réservation. Par pitié enlevez cette personne de vos propositions.Il n'est pas honnête . Bien cordialement Claudette

• Mª Ángeles (10/5): - El desayuno, había de todo. Además coincidió que de dos habitaciones sólo estábamos nosotras por lo que el baño fue privado. Nos quedamos un poco más para el chek out con poco coste y sin ningún problema. Olía un poco a tuberías y el barrio es un polígono con poca cosa. Pero sí es para estar cerca del aeropuerto compensa mucho calidad precio.
• Guest (6/5): Endroit moyen pour une nuit seulement (transit) - De quoi cuisiner et se restaurer au petit déjeuner (oeufs, lait, café, brioche, gâteaux...) Il y avait des cheveux dans les draps du lit. L'hôte n'a pas été très aimable. 20 euros à donner pour arrivée tardive (après 19h30) c'est abusé alors qu'il y a une boite à clef. Nous ne les avons pas payé car arrivées avant mais il faut quand même le savoir.

• Monika (6/5): It could be better. - The apartament is really close to airport and you can reach it by foot. There are only 2 rooms, so the bathroom is not a problem. The room was stinky, the breakfast was very poor. If you accomodate after 5:30 p.m. you have to pay extra 20€, even though it self check-in, no one has to come and welcome you. So for what?

• Ilona (1/5): Nicht wieder - Die Unterkunft liegt relativ nahe am Flughafen von Neapel (ca. 15 bis max. 20 Minuten zu Fuß). Wir sind spät abends angereist und der Weg war kein Problem. Das war’s allerdings auch schon mit den positiven Dingen. Für die „Spätanreise“ nach 17:30 Uhr wurde eine Gebühr von 20 EUR für den Late-Checkin fällig, welche zuvor nie erwähnt wurde. Der Gastgeber hatte durch die Anreise null Zusatzaufwand, da der Schlüssel im Schlüsselkästchen deponiert wurde. Generell darf man sich nicht von dem Namen der Unterkunft täuschen lassen. Mit Luxus hat das hier nichts zu tun: Kleines, hellhöriges Zimmerchen (jedenfalls in Zimmer 2) ohne richtige Fenster zum Lüften mit mini Treppen und komisch riechenden Bettlaken, Gemeinschaftsbad, dessen Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt, „Frühstück“ bestehend aus ein paar Keksen und trockenem Zwieback, etc. Der Preis hierfür ist deutlich zu hoch! Die positiven Rezensionen der anderen Gäste können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

• Olivier (5/5): Tout est bien... mais annonce trompeuse - Tout... sauf ci-dessous. Message du propriétaire demandant d'arriver avant 17h30 , sous peine d'une surcharge de 20€, alors que c'est écrit 19h dans l'annonce (message en photo)... on a courru pour arriver avant 17h30... Le montant de la taxe de séjour est de 4,5€ au lieu de 3€. il faut mettre à jour votre annonce, sinon, les gens se sentent arnaqués.
