• Noah (8/5): Great staff and location. Nice view of park. - The staff was great and my favorite part I loved the location I liked having a balcony and outdoor furniture. The room felt small and I only moved because the larger room was fully booked. But hated leaving after a week. Shower water pressure felt weak.

But if you wanted to wake up and have coffee in that lovely balcony they charge you for the pods if you want more. They should include that every time the cleaning staff comes in

• David (9/5): The place is perfect for a visit. I think that what helps is the convince of the restaurant’s at the hotel. The food was - Friendly staff, property location was excellent. The star wants helpful with transportation. We have stay in multiple hotels in Medellin and the staff always were able to help out calling taxis for us. I did have a charge for al towels that got damaged after washing my hair. I colored my hair before I went to this trip and because is a red color it bleed after . I recommend, having an alternative to the white towel. It wasn’t my intention and even when I stop drying my hair immediately is still damaged the towel.

• Tina (8/5): Interesting boutique hotel in a nice area of Medellin - The hotel is situated in a nice residential area with a LOT of restaurants. Very modern hotel with great (a la carte) breakfast. Staff is very helpful. Hotel room facing the inside of the building is very quiet and with a nice and modern design. Room was quite small rendering very little space for two big suitcases and limited wardrobe space. The kitchenette includes glasses, cups, plates and cutlery, but you will need to bring your own pots and pans if you want to use the stove. The fridge is minimal (a minibar). Not enough wardrobe space for two guests.

• Marvin (10/5): Loved our stay! - We walked everywhere and felt very safe. Staff were great. Bed was super comfortable! Had a great dinner at the Peruvian restaurant, wonderful staff! Coffee pods for each day would have been nice. Breakfast was overly fancy and a bit slow.

• Grant (9/5): Love the hotel, not so much the adjoining breakfast restaurant. - The hotel could not be in a more convenient location in the Laureles neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, the room decent sized and the ample plant-filled balcony overlooking the park filled with trees make the room constantly fresh. Parking is somewhat unique with its elevator-compartment system; no cramped or dark parking garage. The breakfast is unnecessarily complicated. Provided by an independant restaurant, the limited choices are extravagant and the coffee service is stingy. Little artistic touches (a mini marshmallow ferris wheel together with a dish of toasted coffee beans) that seem cute the first time are more of a bother after the 2nd day. For the breakfast, stay here one, maybe 2 nights, after that, you will be longing for something different.

• Brian (9/5): Superb - Location and room size is perfect for a long weekend stay. Modern facilities with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ubers come right to the door of the hotel. It's a popular plaza for late night eating and can be a little loud with music from the restaurants and bars. Just bring noise cancelers / ear plugs if you are an early to bed kind of person. This is not really a complaint at all , but just to be aware of.

The room is simply perfect. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The service simply cannot be faulted. The breakfast is an unforgettable experience every day, and the food is also of the highest quality. Our expectations were exceeded in every respect. Highly recommended. ---

• Theglobalcitizen (5/5): Dont stay if your noise sensitive, stay if you will be a partier and dont mind. - Nice minimalist look, well positioned. As a hotel or apartment its got very good features and characteristic. Bathroom was artistic and location primal. I mentioned I had a personal emergency to amend the booking they said they cant which is quite unpleasant considering I literally wanted to change / amend the order within an hour. Furthermore they tried to charge me twice which was stupid. The complimentary dish/drinks is from the crappier of the two restaurants the one above is better. FINALLY the cutlery was dirty upon my arrival.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful and attentive. The doors close loudly (slamming noise) if you aren't careful. We received a text message saying that the hotel restaurants would close on a holiday at 18:00 but they were all closing by 17:15.

The female parking attendant was rude, very short to us. the male guard was polite and outstanding but the female parking attendant was very very rude.
• Luis (9/5): Overall I would definitely recommend this place and this neighborhood. - The hotel is in an excellent location. Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. My room 301 had a balcony that overlooks the park across the street. You do have to put up with some noise. There 2 restaurants on the property. They aren’t late night places but you can hear patrons and some music at times.

• Anthony (10/5): The Best Staff &Location in Laureles - The staff was phenomenal!!! Paola kept my room immaculate. Suray, Daniella, and Salazar made sure we all stayed safe and provided great recommendations for dinner. All of the staff were always extremely pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile. The elevator went out on the last day, but Suray and Paola made sure we were properly informed.

• Diana (9/5): Warm, relaxing stay in Laureles - As a solo female traveller, I spent 6 nights here and felt incredibly at ease in this property in the bucolic Laureles neighborhood. I arrived after midnight and security was there to greet me and welcome me. Among many things, this boutique hotel was cozy, modern, warm and homey. It’s property close to the action and everything you need, without being the center of Medellin; instead it’s your retreat from the hum of the city center. Everything I needed was within a 20 min walk away from grocery stores, a braiding salon (AFRIK Hair), parks, spa (IVY Wellness Spa), excellent restaurants (Jamaiquita, JhoJan, and Las Veganas) and the Estadio metro station. Being there reminded me of Coyoacán, Mexico City. What I loved the most were the helpful staff, spacious room, the decor, the kitchenette, blackout curtains, comfortable bed, aromatherapy spray, and having Laureles at my doorstep. I will be back! One downside is that the rooftop is on the 5th floor. So if you’re staying on level 4 as I was, you’ll hear the noise from there. It only bugged me on Saturday evening, when the DJ was playing. Aside from that, the noise was minimal and I had the best sleep of my life at Living by Armoniko.

The noise was quite disturbing coming from above. - The location There is a restaurant above the rooms and they would begin dragging tables and chairs at 8 AM 10 PM impossible to stay asleep or fall sleep. The noise was like nails on a chalkboard.

Loved that the 5th fllor had an amazing Peruvian restaurant and bar, the 3rd floor has a trendy beer garden, and I myst go back to try the Chinese restaurant on first floor! More coffeee!
