• Israel (2/5): No es apto para niños menores ni para personas con movilidad reducida. - La terraza exterior era amplia y cómoda. Nos pusimos en contacto con la anfitriona del alojamiento, Silvia, mediante WhatsApp a fin de confirmar la dirección, check-in, etc...dado que ella anteriormente no se había puesto en contacto conmigo (realicé la reserva con varias semanas de antelación). Según ella, ha intentado contactar conmigo vía telefónica sin éxito con prefijo de China (y es muy extraño ya que nosotros en la App de Booking figura únicamente nuestra dirección de e-mail de contacto). Mi pregunta es, por qué no se puso en contacto con nosotros vía e-mail ya que no recibimos nada (según ella, sí). Aprovechando que me puse en contacto con Silvia, me avisó que la piscina permanecía cerrada por motivos de mantenimiento y, teniendo en cuenta esa poca premura por su parte, que tenemos 3 niños y sin darnos otras opciones, le indicamos que no pasaba nada ya que, a esas alturas, no nos daba tiempo de buscar otro alojamiento y menos, con los niños. En su lugar, debió de indicarnos, moralmente, en esos momentos que nos facilitaba otro alojamiento con piscina, realizarnos parte del reembolso, etc... Todo ello, me lo comentó Silvia justo después de la salida aprovechando que ya estábamos fuera del alojamiento 😅. Por otro lado, le solicité dos veces el envío de la ubicación exacta del inmueble tras pedirme que fuésemos puntuales ya que Silvia se iba a trabajar. Justo 20 minutos antes de la hora de llegada y mientras yo iba conduciendo, me envía la ubicación exacta mientras nosotros utilizábamos la dirección facilitada por Booking. Llegamos puntuales, descargamos el equipaje, los tres niños, etc...y cuando miro el móvil para avisarla de que estábamos delante del alojamiento, me doy cuenta que me había enviado la otra dirección exacta y eso que nuestro trayecto desde Santa Cruz hasta el alojamiento duraba 47 minutos según el GPS. Es decir, que a raíz de ello, nos retrasamos 15 minutos de una dirección a otra...

Home from home. Lots of steps up to the apartment and needs some attention in the area reaching the apartment . Pool is out of use.

Para el que le guste esta zona el apartamento está bien situado y tiene un equipamiento correcto La propietaria nos dejó unos detalles (Leche, platanos, café) los cuales son de agradecer Las dos terrazas son muy agradables La cocina es muy pequeña - Para acceder a la habitación superior se accede por una escalera de caracol bastante estrecha Había como hormigas por diferentes puntos de la casa
• Beata (10/5): Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen - Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin – wir konnten sogar schon vor dem offiziellen Check‑in einziehen. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Auch die gepflegte Poolanlage mit drei Pools hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zum Appartement führen viele Treppen, und die Wendeltreppe zum zweiten Schlafzimmer ist recht eng, was uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört hat. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants sowie vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gefallen. Besonders schön ist auch der Spazierweg entlang der Küste.

• Tamara (10/5): Excelente - Silvia es un encanto. Siempre disponible ante cualquier duda. Las llaves se recogen en un cajetín con un código. El piso esta dentro de una urbanizacion. Es precioso y perfecto para pasar unos dias en pareja o familia. Está TOTALMENTE equipado. Tiene absolutamente de todo: gel, champú, papel higiénico, servilletas, pasta de dientes, crema hidratante, ... Nos ha dejado tambien la nevera llena de comida y una garrafa de agua enorme. Fruta, café... El espacio esta muy bien aprovechado y tiene estancias muy bien diferenciadas y muy agradables. También nos ayudó para gestionar un masaje relajante... en fin! Todo excelente. Gracias Silvia, regresaremos sin dudarlo! Esperamos verte pronto.
• GISELE (5/5): Appartement plaisant,mais plusieurs désagréments - Appartement confortable sur 2 niveaux,au calme,tout près de l'aéroport. 2 belles chambres,un salon cosy, 2 terrasses,une pour les repas,une pour bronzer Cuisine bien fournie avec aussi des aliments frais. Plusieurs soucis,en premier 3 négligences dans le ménage,Nous avons trouvé la brosse à dents et le dentifrice du précédent locataire ,la machine à café n'était pas vidée et sale,la poubelle de cuisine sans sac et les sacs trouvés pas à la bonne taille Ensuite,l'intitulé était "maison de vacances".Mensongé et à rectifier,c'est un appartement dans un très grand ensemble.Accès compliqué,pas moins de 4 portails en fer à dévérrouiller et 68 marches(J'ai compté!) pour enfin accéder . 2 niveaux reliés par un escalier en colimaçon très raide.Salle de bain et cuisine petites.parking aléatoire dans la rue. Le pire a été la communication..Instructions reçues à 14h30 pour une arrivée à 15h Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver,car le nom heart and soul n'existait pas sur Waze,et nous avons donc tapé l'adresse ,mais comme le nom du complexe Golf Park dans lequel se trouve l'appart n'était pas mentionné sur la description nous avons tourné en rond un bon moment ,.aucun commercant ne connaissait de maison Heart and soul..Nous avions reçu une vidéo 38MO,échec téléchargement. Après contact téléphonique,,nous avons répété plusieurs fois que sa vidéo ne s'ouvrait pas,, elle nous l'a renvoyée 3 fois sans succès.Il Il aura fallu 30 minutes de dialogues de sourds pour qu'on nous dise enfin quelle était la bonne boite à clé sur toutes celles existantes. et que nous recevions la vidéo en 19M0 qui s'est ouverte sans problème. Conclusion,notre dernière après midi de vacances a été sous le signe de l'énervement, instructions tardives, perte de temps,mauvaise description du logis,( une maison de vacances,ce n'est pas un appart dans un grand ensemble,et à quoi sert de donner un nom à son logis s'il n'apparait nulle part),et propriétaire obstinée,et peu aimable et qui ne veut pas comprendre.ce qu'on dit. Quartier constitué essentiellement d'immenses immeubles hotels. pas agréable pour les piétons.

• Virginie (6/5): Agréable appartement super bien tenu par Silvia, mais malheureusement situé dans un endroit qui manqu d’âme. - L’accueil très sympathique et flexible de Silvia, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse. La décoration de l’appartement, la qualité de la literie. Il n’y avait pas trop de monde dans les piscines. La proximité avec l’aéroport, pratique pour une nuit de transit. L’emplacement de l’appartement : gros complexe hôtelier. Beaucoup de bruits (climatiseurs des autres grands hôtels, soufflerie,…), les lumières qui restent constamment allumées même la nuit, la proximité avec les autres appartements,… Tout a été construit pour le tourisme de masse. Je n’avais pas saisi cela en lisant l’annonce mais je m’étais probablement mal renseignée. Ce n’est pas ce que je préfère mais c’est une question de goût.

L'accès est tres facile et pratique avec la boîte à clé. On est arrivé à 2h du mat mais nous avions reçu un.message nous souhaitant la bienvenue et pour savoir si tout allait bien. Plusieurs messages durant notre séjour de 3 jours et pour notre départ nous avons pu nous arranger facilement. C'était vraiment Le top! Ras

With a toddler a bit challenging to keep him safe (stairs, balcony) and prevent him from knocking down stuff. Access to the apartment counts some distance and amount of stairs. Parking in the area is challenging but the host helps you with holding the place for you.
• Alba (5/5): - Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue la amabilidad del personal, la zona tranquila y el buen clima que acompañó durante los días que estuvimos allí. La zona es agradable y tiene potencial para ser un lugar muy bonito de descanso. Dicha la parte positiva, encontramos varios aspectos que deberían mejorarse para que la experiencia sea más satisfactoria. Al llegar, notamos algunos problemas de limpieza, ya que en la ducha había pelos de los huéspedes anteriores. Además, solo había dos rollos de papel higiénico ya empezados, lo cual es muy poco para seis personas, y uno de ellos estaba colocado en el palo de la escobilla del váter, algo que consideramos poco higiénico. La cocina es extremadamente pequeña, y la nevera también es pequeña, por lo que no resulta práctica para un grupo. La bolsa de hielo, por ejemplo, no cabía en el pequeño congelador. Además, faltaban utensilios básicos como tijeras, pinzas o espátula, lo que dificultó cocinar con comodidad. Las instalaciones no se corresponden del todo con las fotos publicadas. El complejo se nota descuidado desde hace tiempo, especialmente la zona de la piscina, donde el agua no estaba limpia, los plásticos estaban ennegrecidos, las tumbonas viejas y los suelos levantados, lo que no invitaba a usarla. Uno de los motivos principales por los que reservamos fue la barbacoa, que se anuncia aún a día de hoy, pero al preguntar nos informaron de que no estaba disponible. Ofrecimos llevar una portátil, pero no tuvimos permiso de la propietaria. En definitiva, no pudimos disfrutar ni de la piscina ni de la barbacoa, que eran los dos criterios principales por los que elegimos este alojamiento. El acceso a la casa es incómodo por la cantidad de escaleras, algo a tener en cuenta. En resumen, valoramos el trato recibido y el entorno, pero creemos que el alojamiento necesita mejoras en limpieza, mantenimiento y equipamiento para estar a la altura del precio y de las expectativas creadas por las fotos y la descripción.
• Natalia (8/5): Apartamento amplio y completo, muy bien - El apartamento duplex, es muy cómodo, tiene de todo y es amplio. La anfitriona fue muy acogedora y amable. Las instalaciones comunes del complejo están en reforma, los jardines y la piscina aunque tiene agua y te puedes bañar, la zona de piscina es vieja, suelo y hamacas en regular estado. Hay que subir muchas escaleras para acceder al apartamento, y ya dentro tiene una escalera de caracol para la habitación del segundo piso, sin baño en la segunda planta, por lo que hay que tener cuidado sin van personas mayores o niños.

Las terrazas de la vivienda amplias y cómodas Hace mucho sol en la zona. No dispone de aire acondicionado y en ocasiones se hubiera agradecido. La piscina necesita una reforma urgente y más mantenimiento. La linea de flotación muy amarilla, las rejillas sucias y algunas rotas El gresite desconchado, las niñas se entretenían recogiéndolas del fondo de la piscina; llegando a recoger más de 200 piezas Está junto al aeropuerto y es constante la llegada de aviones.

• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - This was a great apartment to stay in for a couple of days before our flight! The host was great at communicating, the apartment was lovely and spacious and the terrace upstairs had the sun all afternoon which was such a bonus. The kitchen was stocked for breakfast/lunch so we didn't need to go out and eat too often. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
• Christopher (10/5): Very comfortable stay. - Super location, 15 minute drive from the airport. Nice and roomy, with 2 balconies and 2 dining areas. Beds and sofas were really comfortable, 2 large bedrooms with large beds - we had just come back from hiking in the mountains so this was especially nice for a good night's sleep. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom (fully stocked fridge, well equipped with utilities, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste). Shops and restaurants within 2 minute walk. Very clean throughout & nicely decorated too. Host was very friendly and helpful. Many thanks and hope to be back next year!
• Emily (7/5): Convenient location for the airport - The apartment was extremely clean and we really enjoyed having 2 terraces (one for sun bathing and one for dining). The master bedroom was comfortable and we were able to leave the windows open all night. Communication was not ideal and when there was a change to the agreed check-in time of 13:00 this was not communicated to us prior to arrival. The facilities in the kitchen were also quite limited with no tea towels or sharp knives available making preparing food challenging.
• Esther (9/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment - Nice and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. It had everything I needed and even was the refrigerator was stocked with food for breakfast. Spacious balcony where I enjoyed breakfast each morning. The beds are comfortable. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with through whatsapp. The public swimming pool is cold, I guess this is normal as they refresh the water constantly.

• Lolita (10/5): Great, convenient apartment in a beautiful, silent neighborhood. - Absolutely great apartment near the ocean. Calm, silent neighbourhood, restaurants and food markets are in a walking distance. 2 floore flat with 2 terraces (1 on the roof and sunbathing oportunities). You can enjoy the view to the Teide or beautiful view to the inner courtyard with 3 swimming pools (1 of wich is appropriate also for small children). Pools are available only for residents of house, so it was allways peacfully. Very nice, hospitable and responsive hostess. Clean, modern and lovely apartment with all the necessery amenities. Easy, fast access with a car to the main express road arround Tenerife. -

Sylvia (owner) is super kind person. She waited for us, gave us local advice about restaurants and shops and greeted us so nicely and that made experience so much better. We had full refrigerator, and everything just like at home-including washer There are plenty of restaurants around, market is minute away, swimming pool is big and area is quite calm. Will definitely return to Tenerife soon and in very same apartment! Thank you!
