• BOURMA (4/5): Séjour pas comme les autres, un peu décevant! - La propreté et l'amabilité du personnel toujours top! Chambre différente de celle qui a été réservée. Plus petite chambre que prévue alors que le prix rehaussé. Salle d'eau trop exiguë. Le confort du lit n'y est plus.

• Lydia (6/5): Pleasant - The level of cleanliness of the rooms was so encouraging. No cent from the toilets as is the case with some hotels. Interesting tv channels, constant electricity supply. The Internet issue is catastrophic. Normally it was my second time lodging there and that was due to aspects like the level of cleanliness, electricity and the availability of the Internet. But this time around the Internet was fatal.

• Fatai (4/5): Disappointing - The manager wasn't considerate, I had to pay for the day I didn't use, just because I'm 1hour check out late, i came back from my conference late just 1hour late, and i had to pay for complete whole day which i didn't use, bad experience , wouldn't advise anyone to use that hotel in any of their visit to douala cameroon
