• Carolina (9/5): Amazing location with very friendly host - Amazing location, super friendly host. Very well equipped apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Second bathroom doesn't have a very user-friendly shower.
• Raluca (10/5): - It felt just like home, it was fully equipped with everything we needed, the location was great and it was quiet. Our stay was amazing! It was a little hard to find the apartment at first and to open the doors, but the location is great.
• Ralph (10/5): Zentrale Ruheoase mit allem in der Nähe - Exzellente Lage: zentral, dennoch ruhig, malerisch schön, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte unmittelbar in der Nähe, Supermarkt und Bäckerei um die Ecke, Jazz Club (empfehlenswert!) 30 Sekunden entfernt Schöne Wohnung: sehr bequeme Betten, Küche und Bad mit allem drin inklusive Spüli, Waschmaschinen- und Spülmaschinentabs, alle Betten mit Nachttischen mit Lampen (auch für Handys zum Aufladen ohne Kabel) Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Möglichkeit alles digital zu klären

• Linda (10/5): Venice was wonderful. - Location was excellent. Close to vaporetto stop and close to Ponte Accademia for a great view of the Grand Canal. Facilities were excellent and while we never met our host in person, she communicated throughly through WhatsApp during our stay. Surprised to find 2 bathrooms. I have nothing to suggest.

La casa es muy cómoda, limpia y tiene una ubicación perfecta para ver todo lo que ofrece Venecia, situada en una zona maravillosa de restauración y ocio. Viajé con mi marido y mis tres hijas y volveríamos a elegir este alojamiento sin dudarlo. Las camas son muy cómodas y la casa tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Muchas gracias.

• Dana (10/5): we loved it! - Pretty much everything! So clean! Very comfortable beds... We never slept anywhere outside our home where our backs didn't hurt after we woke up. It was pretty easy to find. Very helpful and friendly host. Very nice location. The fruit and veggie boat right near the bridge has such tasty stuff! There is only one thing, but it is not the fault of the host, and I was thinking very hard if I should write or not, because I don't really think it should be a very decisive point for choosing to stay here or not, but maybe it is important for families with small children that don't sleep very easily: The ceilings of the building seem to be made out of wood. Which in one way - very pretty very nice feeling. But above the main bedroom it was always very noisy in the evening, even until late night: 1-2 AM. I don't know if these people with obviously very young kids live there, or they were also just renting. They were very loud in running, throwing things and screaming, like kids usually do, and even with the white noise it was hard to (fall a)sleep sometimes. But my kids were so tired from all the walking and activities that for them it was nothing :)

Owner was very responsive and available when asking questions Front door key! Without the key, you couldn’t exit. Solved that issue by leaving the key in the lock! That solved the problem.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - I liked so much about this apartment. It's close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Alessandro was wonderful. He gave us so much information and spend a lot of time with us when we checked in. The communication about check-in is excellent and he was the way there to meet us when we arrived. He was always available if there was any type of question. Everything is new and sparkly. The location is excellent! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is new and well equipped. The Smart TV gave us access to Netflix and Prime. It looks like there was a real effort made to keep the apartment energy efficient! A lot of really charming details. I thought this place was a great value. I hope to return there again. There wasn't anything about this apartment that I did not like.
• Stefan (10/5): Great - Cozy apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Even if we have been in May it was a bit cold and rainy outside, it was warm inside (well working heating). Placed in a few steps from two squares San Margherita and San Barnaba where you can find plenty of restaurants, but also grocery, patisserie, etc. It is in 15 min walking distance from one of the main squares, San Marco. We enjoyed a lot. Especially Thanks to the host, Alessandro. He was very reactive to any of our demands 🙏

He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and even shared great information about the surroundings in Venice, which really enhanced our trip. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Had everything that you could wish for (washing machine, dishwasher, caffee machine). Even though it had central heating, it was a bit cold, as the radiators were quite small.

The host is very friendly and super helpful. :) We really liked the location! :) It's in a less touristy, more relaxed area. Campo Santa Margherita with a lot of nice restaurants and bars is just a two-minute walk away. And if you do want the squeeze-through-narrow-alleys-with-a-lot-of-other-tourists experience, the center is just a 20-minute walk away. Heating regulation is a bit tricky in winter. It can be very warm upstairs in the big room while being quite cool in the small room at the same time.
