• charly.fuma (5/5): silenzioso, ma stressante la gestione . - l'appartamento ha due camere separate ed un bagno unico. la cucina è bella grande, ma manca un kit di benvenuto (si potrebbe lasciare un minimo di essenziale tipo sale pepe olio scottex...) dista circa 2 km e mezzo da le varie cose da visitare a Siviglia. la lavatrice presente , ma poi non sai dove stendere la roba perché lo stendino è minuscolo e non c'è il balcone. l'insonorizzazione è molto buona. la comunicazione è pessima, ti mandano mille mail ma non rispondono al telefono quando hai bisogno. il sistema elettronico di ingresso fa schifo, perché non puoi entrare uscire di casa se non hai il telefono con te. le chiavi del box quando esci devi continuare a fare su e giù perché sennò non puoi uscire dal box, però non devi chiuderti fuori di casa perché dopo l'ora del checkout non po' più entrare. il sistema di aria condizionata è centralizzato per tutte le stanze ed è veramente scomodo. lo stendino non ha le mollette. dovrebbero mettere due tipi di cuscini perché quelli alti sono impossibili da utilizzare.

• alain (10/5): - Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons séjourné à 4, 2 couples, et profité des 2 chambres séparées. Grande pièce de vie (un coin salon avec canapé et une table de dejeuner), et cuisine bien équipée. Très calme, bien insonorisé. Parking en sous-sol, très appréciable à Séville. A 10-15 mn à pied de l'hyper centre. Enfin, personnel à l'écoute ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

• Sandra (10/5): - El apartamento está muy bien equipado y es cómodo. Las camas geniales. Buena ubicación, zona tranquila para poder descansar. Se valora mucho que tenga párking. Que a la llegada no tuviéramos la llave del párking porque los clientes anteriores se la habían llevado. No nos avisaron y tuve que llamar yo para preguntar dónde estaba. Nos tuvieron dos horas esperando hasta que nos llevaron una llave porque por la zona era imposible aparcar. Tampoco me gustó que a las 10:55 del día de salida se canceló el acceso al apartamento. No pude dejar la llave del párking dentro y no la gustó que la dejara en el buzón, pero... Digo yo que si la salida es a las 11:00 esperen un poco para cancelar la llave.
• Mon Maya (9/5): Casa espaciosa y con parking propio. Zona tranquila aunque alejada del centro - Ubicacion en calle tranquilísima, muy silenciosa todo el día y noche. Parking en el mismo edificio con ascensor directo, de acceso muy amplio y plaza también muy amplia. Apartamento bastante bien equipado. Habitaciones y camas amplias. Espacioso en general. El anfitrión estuvo en contacto fácilmente. La ubicacion tranquila implica que estas 20 minutos andando alejado del centro y zonas turísticas a visitar. El equipamiento era bastante completo pero la calidad del mismo era media (como la media de pisos turísticos). El sofá (sofá-cama) era especialmente incomodo.

• N (10/5): A great stay with free parking - The apartment is located in a very beautiful, modern, and well-maintained complex. A big advantage is the private, free parking with direct elevator access – an amazing detail, especially considering how difficult it is to find a free parking spot in Seville. The apartment is welcoming and the bedding was comfortable. It was also very quiet, perhaps because we stayed around Christmas, which made the experience even more relaxing. The value for money is excellent, and if you take into account that parking in Seville can cost at least €24 per day, you end up with a really great overall price. Everything was wonderful and we would happily return!

• Rene Pierre (8/5): - Bel appartement , on allait à pieds faire nos visites , c'était une bonne marche quand même mais ça va ..la literie est confortable et le quartier est calme . La bouilloire à eau très petite pour quatre , l'absence de cafetière la visite d'un cafard dans la salle de bain un soir et une ampoule au plafond de la salle à manger qui clignotait , elle est peut changée depuis car nous l'avons signalé mais nous n'avons vu personne ..

Équipe reactive (les problèmes ont été gérés après remontée, mais nous n’aurions jamais du les rencontrer si un suivi avait été fait). Les - : nettoyage de l’appartement car moisissures et saletés retrouvées dans salle de bain. De plus la climatisation n’a pas fonctionné pendant la 1ere journee car filtres totalement encrassés. Ils n’ont jamais du être nettoyés ou il y a longtemps. C’est dommage en pleine période de Canicule à Seville

Apartment a little too small for 5 people., front door kept on jamming, no one of my family were able to open it ( I did notice that host struggled too, it needs fixing)

There are also a lot of supermarket nearby Both twin beds have various amount of stains and moles. The host did responded promptly but consider we were only staying there for two nights, it became a hassle to have a third party cleaning team to change the sheet.

• E.d.r (10/5): Beautiful Place to Stay in Beautiful Seville! - Seville is a city you will fall in love with. And this accommodation is the same! The cleanliness of the apartment, and the use of space was well thought out. Kitchen was equipped with everything one would need. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Washing Machine worked well. Had enough space for our family of 5 to sleep comfortably. We also had a safe underground parking space, which we were grateful for. We came right at the beginning of Semana Santa - which mean a LOT OF PEOPLE, and major crowds! Otherwise, this place is perfect for a family to stay.

• Kelly (8/5): Perfect if you are driving - I was driving, and the apt provided parking on its premises. The folks were friendly and got in touch a few days before the trip. We were a couple, but the apt could easily fit a family of 4. A bit of a trek to the main areas. Having to wait for the host to turn up, though she was very friendly and helpful.

• Matthew (10/5): Excellent apartment with parking space so you can forget about the car and discover the delights of Seville - This is a well equipped and spacious property with very good air conditioning, good Wi-Fi and an underground parking space. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and the lift is directly opposite it. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for the washing facilities. The apartment is approximately 30 mins walk from the centre of Seville which can be comfortably walked avoiding the busier streets. A few hooks to hang the hand and bath towels in the bathroom would be useful. In addition the distance between the end of the bed and the chest of drawers in the main bedroom is quite narrow. Not game changers but worth being aware of.

The bed was really comfortable and the host left extras such as dishwasher tablets and tablets for the washing machine. The shower was excellent and there was shower gel. Everything was good.

• Ruth (10/5): Fabulous apartment in nice part of town. - Very clean and comfortable in a lovely quiet part of town. Parking space was extra bonus. No complaints. If we gad stayed longer, maybe more kitchen equipment would have been good. But for a short break if was perfect.

The place was very clean and the host spend time explaining a lot of attractions and ways around the city.

• Romar1 (9/5): Spacious, modern, and well-equipped - Modern and spacious place, run by helpful hosts, in a quiet area of town. It has a parking space in the building itself, which is convenient if you are driving. It's a good 20 minute walk from the main areas you'd want to visit, but that's the price you pay if you want to go to Seville with a car.
• Julia (6/5): Pleasant - Location is perfect. Great neighborhood where you can find everything at walking distance. Also the fact that it includes a parking place in a city where parking is a nightmare. The apartment is after a general renovation. First we found someone's underwear in one of the bedrooms. Later the bathroom was flooded because the shower was blocked. The owner sent someone to fix it but it wasn't perfect, because the shower is poorly installed. They don't leave you the most basic stuff to cook, not even a bottle opener, no napkins, not a bottle of water or coffee to make.
• Evita (10/5): I would come again to this super comodo apartment - The heating system was great. There was everything we needed for cooking and washing clothes. Apartment is nice and spacious. Its in nice bario not far from the centre. If you dont wanna walk you can take also a punlic bus- its super easy. The drain in the shower needs deep cleaning. It happened to us twice that after shower there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor. Also smart tv with Netflix would be great.
• Kamaljeet (9/5): nice apartment in a good location - clean and modern apartment on a really good location. having a parking spot is a massive bonus in Seville. wondering pastry store next door is a must try the water in the shower drained slowly and I wish there were a few more kitchen utensils such as a spatula
