• Kees (9/5): Fantastisch - De inrichting van het appartement, het terras met hottub en zeezicht. We hadden geen warm water maar door de snelle service van Natalia (hostess) was dit probleem snel opgelost.
• Rosalien (7/5): Fijn appartement met groot balkon - Het uitzicht vanaf het dakterras met de jacuzzi was super. Jacuzzi was erg schoon en werd elke 3 dagen gereinigd door het personeel. Ook kon je deze zelf naar wens instellen. Voldoende privacy. Snelle reactie van het bijbehorende hotel en vanuit het hotel ook service in het appartement. E.e.a. was niet in orde, maar werd dezelfde dag nog vervangen. Ondanks dat het een appartement is lag er ruim voldoende beddengoed en handdoeken (ook badlakens). Leuke attentie ter verwelkoming. In de beschrijving staat dat het publieke zwembad gesloten is in het laagseizoen. Deze was wel open, maar sloot iets eerder. Vers brood is te balen bij een klein supermarktje 5minuten verderop. Helaas bijna 24uur geen warm water waarvoor wel een vervangende hotelkamer werd aangeboden in het bovenliggende hotel, maar geen andere compensatie. Wel deden ze erg hun best het snel te maken. De zon gaat aan de andere kant van het appartement onder, dus helaas geen late middagzon/avondzon op het balkon boven, maar wel ochtendzon op het terras. Wel kan je bij het publieke zwembad nog in de zon zitten. Het rietendak op het bovenste balkon is kapot gewaaid, waardoor daar geen schaduw meer is. De spullen in de keuken zijn schaars en toe aan vervanging.

The hot tub was lush, on the balcony and the apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean Having to collect and drop the keys in a totally separate place

• Katie (8/5): Beautiful Apartment in lovely location. - Lovely modern apartment , close to beach and beautiful roof. Very comfortable and had everything you would need in kitchen. Check in and check out process was very difficult and quite far away from apartment. 30 minute walk up a really steep hill or taxi. Not easy with kids and cases. No instructions on how to use oven, hob and air con (these weren’t your usual straightforward ones unfortunately). Or where to take rubbish .
• Berkay (5/5): Not good as you see from the pictures. - The location was nice, it is just in front of the beach, you can walk 2 min and enjoy walking on the beach. The views were amazing. Parking outside is easy. Collecting the keys was a pain: you either have to go to the hotel to pick them up or send your passports in advance. Even though the hotel is only a five-minute drive away, the process could be much smoother. • The apartment was not clean, as evidenced by the condition of the sunbeds. • The cooling system and hot water share one control terminal, but there were no instructions. It didn’t work properly, and we had to call the rental manager—who only came back the next day—due to a lack of communication. • The jacuzzi, one of the main reasons we chose this apartment, was dirty and had insects in it, so we couldn’t use it. • The remote control for the parking garage didn’t work. • There is very little privacy on the terrace, as you can see directly into your neighbors’ balconies. • The dryer was out of order and had not been cleaned. • The common pool area in the building looked nothing like the pictures.
• Liisaxy (4/5): Disappointing - really liked the upper terrace The apartment was meant for 4 people but there was only one bathroom. The pictures were better than the reality. They knew that there will be 4 quests but gave us only 2 sunbathing towels. The stay was for 4 nights and 4 people and they gave us 2 dishwashing tablets, there was 3 glasses. There was no seasonings for food or nothing even no cleaning stuff- the vacuum was but the battery was low and there was NO CHARGER. The other guest apartments always have at least SOMETHING. The apartment deposit was 500 euros!!!! They told that they will let go the money as soon as we check out. The money was returned NINE days after I checked out and was taken back for some reason two days later without any explanation, now i don't know how long i have to wait to get the deposit back again !!! So it is really depressing and disappointing if you pay so much money to have really good experience but you have disappointing after disappointing. The parking also was outside of the building and you only got in the same door where cars were driving!
