• Fran (9/5): Lovely little apartment in the heart of Florence. - We really loved our short break here. Great communication from the owner (in both Italian and English!), and a lovely quiet little flat, despite being so close to the Ponte Vecchio. It had everything we needed for a short break, and I loved being able to sit out on the terrace in the mornings, enjoying the church bells and the birds! The air conditioning was powerfully effective when we needed it, and though the bathroom and kitchen were small, the space was used really well. It was perfect for a relaxing break, and we would definitely go back if we returned to Florence. It was pretty much perfect for us, but worth bearing in mind the kitchen space is very small, if you are wanting to cook - we didn't, so there was no problem. Also the WiFi seemed a little sketchy, but I thought this was probably just down to the location, and for basic internet usage it was fine, it didn't negatively impact our holiday in any way!
• Decesare (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great apartments near Ponte Vecchio — a perfect spot if you want to stay right in the heart of Florence. The location is amazing: you step outside and you’re immediately in charming narrow streets, surrounded by cafés and that authentic city vibe. Florence Cathedral is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and has a beautiful view over the rooftops. Mornings come with soft light, and evenings feel especially atmospheric. Despite being in a busy area, it’s quiet inside. A great choice if you want to truly experience Florence, not just visit it.

• Ellen (7/5): Great location for exploring the tourist areas of Florence. - The location was good for visiting all the top spots. We were permitted to drop off our bags early. No one greeted us. There wasn't any handy information from the owner about their favorite eateries. The apartment had all modern conveniences, but because of space constraints, not all were used with ease. For instance, the refrigerator barely held food or a bottle of wine. The shower floor was easily flooded.

It’s amazingly quiet as it’s right on the same street as the Ponte Vecchio If you’re a tall person, it would be challenging as there are a lot of low beams

• Kelly (9/5): Cozy romantic apartment overlooking Florence - Amazing central location, great apartment with a wonderful balcony and view. Tina was responsive and very helpful, a great host! The wifi did not work regularly but it sounds like that is characteristic of the city!
• Tommaso (9/5): Bel mini appartamento stiloso nel cuore di Firenze, perfetto per una visita liberi dalla macchina. - Miniappartamento in casa antica in pieno centro a Firenze. Scendi e sei praticamente in piazza del Porcellino pronto per visitare le meraviglie di Firenze e/o un bel panino al Lampredotto. L’appartamento è una piccola caramella ben ristrutturato, senza snaturare la sua storia. L’arredamento è serio e ben pensato. Il balconcino coperto con lavatrice ed asciugatrice aiuta molto. L’impianto di condizionamento è ben dimensionato e pur essendo un sottotetto, si sta bene anche quando fuori ci sono 36 gradi. Il gestore è sempre online, attivo, e risponde molto velocemente ad ogni domanda. Non c’è niente di veramente negativo da segnalare ma penso sia utile essere preparati su un paio di punti/limitazioni. Se siete degli expat che tornate in Italia per la nostalgia del bidet, sarete inizialmente un po’ scioccati ma il doccino dedicato aiuta molto. L’ascensore e la piccola rampa di scale da fare da ultimo sono molto stretti e possono essere un problema se avete bagagli ingombranti. Il mini bagno potrebbe mettervi un po’ in difficoltà anche se voi siete ingombranti. Come nota di folklore, c’è una inquilina psicopatica che cercherà di far rispettare le sue regole minacciando denunce alla polizia locale: ignoratela, è inoffensiva !

Very convenient for tourists without a car. Comfortable and well-equipped. Only the bathroom is inconvenient because it is small and very close to the bed in the bedroom. It is inconvenient when there are more than two guests, the third one has to go through the bedroom to use it. Overall, the apartment is good for a short time. I was unpleasantly impressed by the attitude of the hostess. We forgot a car key in the apartment. We asked her to send it to us at our expense to our country, because it was original and very special, but she did not answer us again. She did not want to cause herself this inconvenience. • Kristina (7/5): Great location with some quirks but a nice apartment experience - Great location and had all the amenities within this cozy apartment. Aircon was great and appreciated the lounge space and the washer dryer. Host was honest with the entrance instructions to make the arrival streamlined and warns you about the ‘crazy neighbour’. The first extra 3 sets of stairs to enter the apartment was a surprise and we struggled to get our bags up these after a long trip. The bed wasn’t great but the sofa is far more comfortable. Also the crazy neighbour who films you be warned. She doesn’t like people using the lift and will harp on but you can just ignore her and walk past her.
• Limei (8/5): We are satifisfied with this aparment as the location is quite good. - The location is quite good. We can go every famous sight very smoothly. The Uffizie museum is so close, we can go there to buy early bird ticket very convenient. I think the check in is not very friendly to us. There are three steps to entering into the room. There is small and narrow ladder to the main room. It is not easy to carry our luggage up to the living room. The elevator is so small and can only suit for two persons. we are not getting used such narrow elevator just like put a person in a cage.

Just 15 minutes walk from the train station Lovely apartment with everything you need including a terrace that's nice on a hot day. Must be able to cope with steep stairs up into the apartment. Building has an elevator to the apartment door but further steps into the apartment Lots of shops in the street and lovely churches. The apartment description should be clear about the location as there are 2 number 6 addresses on the street. Had to walk up and down Looking for the right location. Would have liked more communication with owner but she didn't speak a lot of English and I speak little italian.
• Robert (7/5): great location, beware of the clothes dryer - the location is very good. the bed/sheets smelled sour. after using the clothes dryer it was obvious why. when my clothes came out of the washer they were fine. after they came out of the dryer they had the same sour smell the bed sheet had. i apologize for not submitting this review earlier. hopefully no one has had the occasion to use the dryer since my misfortune.

• Ashley (8/5): Location is amazing! - Location! Is great. Everything we need was there. Very clean and well equipped. It is small but good for 2 people. The balcony was great! It is a cute place. The front door lock was a little tricky. The elevator is convenient, but it does turn off after a certain time at night due to noise, I guess. If you can't climb stairs, it is no go or come in before 7 or 8pm. Caution of the ledge above the toilet. I am short and hit my head a few times. See comments above.
• Helene (8/5): Amazing location, well styled! ❤️ - If you only have days to explore Florence, this is the apartment for you! Small but perfectly formed, it’s a stones throw from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. The lounge is comfortable, the kitchen well equipped but small. Great washing machine and tumble dryer on the balcony. Staying here you feel like you are part of something wonderful. The bed and bathroom won’t suit those who are very tall…as this is all set in the eaves. Plus there is a lift up the main staircase but some steep steps up from the door of the apartment. If you have big or heavy luggage it may be a struggle.

Apartment was decorated beautifully. We arrived early into Firenze, check in was 3pm but Tina took our bags into the apartment at 1pm so we could be free to have lunch. More amenities maybe....more coffee pods and toiletries

Very quiet considering the central location The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but ok for a few nights:) watch out- we were asked to pay tourist tax for our child (this was a booking.com error) and the host kindly gave it back☺️

• Stephanie (9/5): Small but perfectly formed charming apartment - This small but perfectly formed charming apartment was a lovely place to explore Florence's historic centre from. Right near the Pointe Vecchio, it's in a busy spot but the apartment itself is relatively quiet! All the things you need and more including a big TV and small balcony with views of Palazzo Vecchio. Has a small lift which is great as its on the 4th floor. Good communication from the host. Nothing, it was great. 😊 Just be aware though that the address may send you to the wrong spot as there are two number 6 buildings on the street. It's beside Champion.
