- Essa (2/5): Mouse-inhabited apartment Everything is negative، - I didn't like anything The apartment is located in the basement.

- Beatrice (5/5): Disappointing Stay with Major Issues Despite Good Location - We stayed in this 2-bedroom apartment from November 8th to November 13th with 8 members of my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal.
The first shock came upon arrival when we discovered that the apartment was located in the basement something we hadn’t been informed about. The second, and more troubling issue, was that the heating for the entire apartment wasn’t working, leaving us freezing on our first night. Despite contacting the host multiple times, we were repeatedly told that the central heater was operational. We insisted on an additional portable heater since there was already one in the apartment, and thankfully, they provided another the next day.
However, things got worse. The second day, the toilet, shower, and sink in the main bedroom stopped working due to a major drainage problem. It was a nightmare trying to manage with just one bathroom for all eight of us. To make matters worse, we had to remove water manually ourselves. Despite reporting the issue to the host through WhatsApp (since phone contact wasn’t possible), the drainage problem wasn’t resolved until a day before we left.
The apartment’s location is nice, but the interior is disappointing. The furniture, including the beds and wardrobes, is very old and worn out. The only positive thing I can mention is that the host allowed us a late check-out until 12:00.
Overall, our stay was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
- Amy (6/5): Nice neighborhood, sketchy apartment. - The property was in a great location in London, lovely, safe neighborhood. The sofa bed didn’t work, one of the bathroom showers didn’t work. The freezer had frozen over and caused the door to remain open. When issues were brought up the owner said she would take care of them but didn’t. The furniture was worn, there was a very scary mold in the shower that did work. It felt a little like we were camping in the middle of London. There were no towels for cleaning in the kitchen, nor were there paper towels. We had to get our own.
- Sarah (8/5): Very good - Very good location. Basic facilities. Description of apartment is accurate. 2 bedroom and 1 sofabed, 2 bathrooms. Contact person of apartment replies quickly to any questions or requests.
- Jay (7/5): Our stay was comfortable and all in all we enjoyed our short time in a very convenient part of London - Close proximity to the venue for our conference. Close to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to coffee shops. We hugely appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out times. An extra set of keys would have been helpful.
- Liis (1/5): Be very careful - strong drainage/sewage smell and not keeping their promises - Be very careful when dealing with that property - 27 Queens Gate apartment. This apartment is located on lower ground floor. We arrived to apartment and after an hour the apartment had a strong smell which was coming from the drainage/sewage. The smell was so strong that our kids started to get sick. Somebody from company came and confirmed the smell and the urgent need for plumber. He said "oh that happens when it rains in London".
We agreed that we (family with 3 kids) have to find a new place and they promised they will refund us (ca 1100 euros for 4 nights, we have it in written also). We moved out next day.
Since then we have not received any refund. 6 days have passed and they are only giving vague answers and changing the story, talking about voucher.
I still really hope that we will get that refund and everything ends well.
- Ummihan (9/5): Superb -
- Sally (10/5): We will be back.❤️ - Everything , great location, spacious, very comfortable, very responsive and helpful host would highly recommend and would definitely return, thank you.
- Warisara (10/5): superb! - First of all, the staff is very nice and helpful during the stay. Check-in was very smooth and flexible (I requested an hour early check-in and the staff allowed me to do that). The most important thing, is the price is very reasonable here, the place is perfect, the room is just as shown in the picture, It's spacious! Not “didn’t like it” but it takes around 10 minutes to walk to the tube station so not that close but it’s really fine. The area around is nice!
- Engineerdevas (8/5): Nice host and a good layout of basement apartment - Even though we never met with Host , they helped us.
One day before check-in, he asked when we would check in by WA .
They permitted us to check in early at
11.30 am to put luggage.
Due to Jumat praying time, it is helpful for us.
Even with met problems with electricity socket , they supported by video call.
In the kitchen appliances, all standard kitchen appliances are provided.
There is a lift to make it easy to move each floor.
This apartment has a good room layout.
Totally, we enjoyed 😉 They put us on the basement floor.
To remove the smelling rooms, the windows shall be opened for air circulation.
The sitting toilets are old type.
We have to flush it 2 to 3 times. each flush waiting for the toilet water tank to be full. you have to flush it 2 to 3 times. each flush waiting for the toilet water tank to be full.
some equipment that is not used is placed outside the room and cupboard, looks unattractive
Some sockets of electricity on the bottom wall are not active, specifically in the living room
I hope that some of this information can be taken into consideration for future customer satisfaction
