Paul Soares (1/5): Very uncomfortable stay. Would not return - Central location close to shopping and easy rideshare access. The fitness center looked well maintained, and the elevators were fast and reliable. The host was unprofessional and dishonest about visitor rules. While parties were prohibited, visitors were never mentioned in the listing. The host falsely claimed building administration was unavailable, which security staff confirmed was untrue. After being confronted, the host became hostile. Despite paying a cleaning fee and leaving the apartment clean (documented by video), we were falsely accused of leaving it dirty. The pool was also mostly closed and shut at 5:00 p.m., making it unusable.
