• Michelle (10/5): - Upon arrival, I was greeted with a huge smile, Staff were excellent, comfortable and value for stay, absolutely loved it.
• Zachary (7/5): Clean and comfy, worth it for the money, would stay again - Clean, aircon was good and bed was comfortable. Good value for money. Location near main road was loud, aircon light and outside lights made room bright at night.
• Trish (8/5): The reception staff were very friendly upon my arrival. The room met my requirements for one night and the location was - The room was comfortable and parking was easily accessible. The shower screen had been broken and while there was a shower curtain to stop the water from splashing out it didn’t stop it all making the floor a slip hazard. While this is the case on my stay the shower screen may have been in the process of being replaced.

Room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t ask for more. If we ever visit Mackay again we’d stay there.

Good sized coffee cups and dishwashing detergent for provided plates etc. Bed were comfortable, though pillows not very thick. On the whole good value for money. Fridge was old and the freezer not cold. Shower curtain on shower allowed water onto bathroom floor.

The rooms need ceiling fans, that’s the only thing I disliked that there was no ceiling fan and the bed my son was sleeping on was straight under the air condition and the a/c was leaking so my son woke up soaked and wet from the a/c. But other than that it was a comfortable 1 night stay.
