• Tanase (8/5): - Locația este undeva la periferie cumva, și totuși aproape de Vatican(4 stații de autobuz). Cazarea a fost ok(nu pot spune superbă). Terasa este senzațională. Din păcate nu are aer condiționat, și mirosul este un pic închis. Chiar dacă aerisești, persista un miros de bătrân.

• lorena (8/5): Ugodno, udobno i opustajuce. - Uredenje, lokacija i opremljenost stana te prekrasna terasa na kojoj smo uzivali u jutarnjoj kavi i dorucku. Takoder komunikacija s vlasnicom je bila brza i jednostavna, naime imali smo mali problem s ulaskom u stan (ulazak je na pin no zbog slabe baterije vrata nam se nisu otvorila te smo nekih sat i pol cekali da se problem rijesi, na kraju je sve zavrsilo dobro jer je u najkracem periodu dosla osoba koja je uspjela popraviti navedeno). • jasmine (4/5): ATTENTION, appartement partagé ! - Il est bien dommage qu'il ne soit pas explicitement dit dans la description du logement qu'il s’agit non pas d'un appartement mais bien d’une chambre simple dans un logement partagé. En soit l’appartement est plutôt bien placé mais si nous avions voulu ce type d’hébergement, nous serions allés dans une auberge de jeunesse. Absolument tous les espaces sont en communs! Les toilettes ne sont meme pas séparés de la salle de bain. Il faut, en plus de partager les WC, attendre que la salle de bain soit libre pour y avoir accès! Le parquet grince affreusement et le tapis en guise de cache misère ne dupe personne sur l’état du parquet sous jascent! Nous sommes resté 1 semaine et nous avons eu 3 colocataires différents. Les arrivées tardives (la premiere à 00h00, la deuxième à quasiment 1h du matin) avec la porte qui s’ouvre, la sonnerie de l'interphone ainsi que l’incivilité (les gens parlent comme s’il étaient seuls, le frigo plutôt sale, les restes alimentaires des précédentes locations qui s’accumulent) on eu raison de notre patience. Et pour couronner le tout, pas de machine à café, des équipements vieillissants, une salle de bain avec une hygiène et une propreté difficile à maintenir quand il y a jusqu'à 5 personnes en meme temps! Pour le prix demandé, les prestations ne sont pas là. (Nous passerons sur la femme de ménage présenté à 9h00 sans nous avoir prevenus en amont, qui lance le lave linge, passe l’aspirateur et chante à tue-tête). Nous avons été tres deçus. Mais comme il faut quand meme souligner les points positifs, l’hôte est tres réactif, les transports en commun permettent d'avoir accès au centre ville rapidement, des commodités sont accessibles facilement à pied et la litterie est plutôt bonne. Pour tous ces points nous ne recommandons pas ce logement A moins que vous ne restiez qu’une nuit, eventuellement.

• Hanna (9/5): Perfect base in Rome - This is a shared flat: usually you share the bathroom and kitchen with guests from the second bedroom which is no problem as the flat is spacious. Luckily we could use the flat on our own most of the time, because there were no other guests. The quarter is very quiet and the bus stop and metro stop are not far away. The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to all of our questions! Also in the flat there is everything you need for cooking and so on. If you plan to spend some time in the flat during the day, it's quite dark because it's located on the ground floor, but on sunny days you can use the terrace. Also the mattress was a bit too soft for our taste.
• Ct (7/5): Please change to a full 2 bedroom apartment to rent. The rent a double bedroom with a shared bathroom does NOT work in t - The location was amazing as we needed to be close to the Vatican, which was 5 minutes away on the mopeds. The balcony was lovely. The extra amenities in the bathroom like hair drier, tampons etc was a great touch. I truly believe this apartment should be rented out in full rather than renting out a single room and putting strangers in the room next to you. We had some good neighbour, some were awful and the one shared bathroom had a lot to do with it. It’s not really a suitable place to put strangers together as it is just a simple 2 bedroom apartment. It’s very easy to get in each others way.
