Guest Reviews
- Stephen (1/5): Total disappointment. - The only good thing I can honestly say about this place is that it's in a great neighborhood. This property pre-charges a 150 pound breakage fee that suggests a well kept, elegant place. Instead we were met with an apartment in obvious disrepair. Broken door handles, Towel hooks ripped off the wall, paint peeling in various places, filthy drinking glasses. The WiFI didn't work at all despite rebooting it. We checked out after one night rather than the two booked after I woke up with bite marks on my back after sleeping in the bed. It was in every way a disappointment. Incidentally, they also wanted to charge 84 pounds for one hour early check-in, an amenity usually granted freely when available. FYI, you can check your luggage at Euston station, a 10 minute walk away, for 10 pounds for 3 hours. Much better deal.
- Peggy (8/5): Nice location - The location is excellent. Near underground stops, theaters, restaurants and shops. No early check in without paying a substantial fee. Key needs to be collected at a convenience store.
- Esmailem (10/5): - Flat with a lot of kitchen's items There isn't that I don't like.
- Valentina Montin (8/5): -
- Matias (8/5): - Tenía todas las comodidades que se puedan necesitar. No le faltaba nada.

- VeronikaM05 (9/5): - Ruhige Lage, sehr zentral. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung groß und gemütlich. Die Tür im Bad ging sehr schwer auf
- Goodhew (10/5): - Location and amenities in apartment was great
- Michael (10/5): Brilliant location - Everything Nothing
- Andrea (10/5): -
- Frances (8/5): Great stay. We are a couple and for a week in London it was perfect. - Great location near Warren st tube station. All the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay in London. Nothing

No repetiría… me esperaba otra cosa.
- Lior (8/5): Still very much reccomend - Amazing location
Pleasant host
Very clean Curtain in the bedroom dont fullty close.
Too much light in the early evening and morning (not fit for a baby).
When opening the crib no room in the bedroom
- Erkan (10/5): Exceptional - The house has a point walkable for every needs.Close point for all transportaions.Cleanning was good. There is enough utilities for living. Thanks Mr. Emerson for kindness and easy reaching.
- Fiona (8/5): Property is basic and small but well fitted and v clean. Brilliant location. - I hadn't realised the pick up point was a shop a few blocks away from property - not far but a pain with various bags and suitcase. Otherwise collection was easy. SO good to see basics in the cupboards (oil, salt, coffee, sugar.....), I didn't need them but these make a massive difference if you want to use the kitchen! The bed wasn't bad but the quilt and pillows were very basic and meant not a great sleep.
I had no hot water in morning on day 1 which was obv annoying, but the host was extremely responsive and fixed it that day.
- Julie (9/5): Superb - Cosy little apartment, 5 minute walk to train station. Shower over bath. The step into bath was high and a little difficult for older people. Bath was also slippery even with aid of a mat. A few more utensils in kitchen would have been useful (mixing bowl) and instructions for the cooktop (I was unable to get it to work).
- Marcia (10/5): Comfortable and complete apartment, very well located. - Great location, away from the crowds, even though it is close to the university campus and warren street.
Very close to the underground system and the train station (and supermarkets too).
Small apartment with everything you need; very comfortable, clean and with an awesome view :D
Super nice and helpful host too. Nothing. It was great :)
- Julie (8/5): Good value for a very centrally located flat - clean and well equipped. - Well equipped and very central. Good soundproofing re other flats. Bathroom was adequate but could do with a bit of an upgrade. Though clean and water hot and shower good.
- Janice (6/5): Things were okay, but it took me awhile to get comfortable. - The kitchen was fully stocked, there was a hair dryer and the wash we/dryer was so helpful. It took a bit to figure the w/d out. There is also an elevator so you don’t have to walk up the stairs. The property is 5 minutes from the Warren Tube; very convenient. Also, the cost for staying for the week was reasonable. The area it is in is a little sketchy and I was very nervous when the taxi driver dropped us off. It did look a little better in the daylight. The bed was low to the ground and my 6’ plus husband had a horrible time getting in and out of bed. If you are a larger person the shower is a bit small and we only saw a small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom and the apartment was advertised with full toiletries. The picture in the bathroom is different. I felt like someone was watching me all the time I was in there. The advertised sofa bed was not what I refer to as a sofa bed. It was actually a fold out lounger. This apartment would only sleep 3 people.
We returned one evening and couldn’t get in the front door of the apartment building. We had been there 3 nights without any issues. We discovered that on our key chain had a security device that would let you in, but I was unaware of this at arrival. It was a little unsettling that anyone could have accessed the front entry by just walking in and I was actually glad this security measure was put back in place. My husband figure this out by playing with the keys and things attached to the key chain.
- Yaoyao (9/5): Very good experience! - All parts are good. Good location, very convenient, so quiet, great facilities. Just the place to pick up the key, where is a little bit far away.
- Wenyan (10/5): My parents are very happy with the apartment and hope to stay again next time! - The location is really great in centre London. The kitchen is well equipped and all the electrical equipment works very well. The room was beautifully decorated and the experience was pleasant. Nothing.
- James (7/5): Good - It was easy to contact Emerson and he was prompt and helpful with replies. Place was clean and washing needs were supplied. Bed was comfy. Bathroom is quite adequate and there were supplies. It is a peaceful, quiet flat. The sitting room furnishing needs sorting. The fold out bed would be most uncomfortable. I would remove it and the desk and the TV console. TV can go on the wall and a bigger comfy couch would be a decent extra bed. It is a small flat and a bit crowded. Desk is unnecessary. Also needs a kitchen bin.
- Swee (8/5): Well appointed flat, strategically located, amazing and helpful host - Strategically located, close to major transportation links, shopping locale and all amenities. Amazing n hospitable host, went above and beyond Kitchen was fairly well equipped, more cooking utensils would be helpful
- Hannah (9/5): Superb - The space and location of the apartment are great with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There wasnt anything I didn't like. I didn't get the code and details of how to collect the key the first time around but this was resolved very quickly thanks to the helpful owner.
