It was easy to get a grab and the apartment was very safe. Malik the host is simply the best. I will definitely return here on my next visit.

Можно даже не идти отдельно на смотровую площадку где-то ещё, так как с крыши открывается прекрасный вид на город. Есть 2 бассейна, на 6 этаже и на 42. Сами апартаменты в интересном оживлённом районе, как туристам нам очень понравилось гулять вечером. -

• Judith (7/5): It was a clean and comfortable apartment and good value for the money. - The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host always available and very helpful via What'sApp. The pool was huge, and not crowded. The security was excellent with a key pass required to access all areas, and security personnel manning the gates. There were two small supermarkets and several restaurants just outside the complex. The apartment was on the 6th floor and felt isolated. There were no hand towels or tea towels provided, or complimentary tea or coffee or toiletries. I had to request a toaster. The wifi in the apartment was good but was not available in the pool area. The location seemed to be out of the way, on a busy freeway, and there was no hotel lobby or reception to call a taxi. I did not have the Grab App but would have had to download it if I wanted a taxi. (The host kindly called me a taxi to the airport). I did not leave the apartment to explore the city, so I cannot comment on how accessible anything was by foot or public transport.

Había algunos juguetes que disfrutó nuestra hija. La piscina grande está en la sexta planta. En la azotea en la última hay otra pequeña. En la cama para taparse solo había mantas (no sábanas para cubrirse), olían demasiado a suavizante. El soporte para colgar la ducha estaba roto. La limpieza podría mejorarse un poco.

• mborgiel (8/5): Dobry apartament w centrum Kuala Lumpur – świetna cena i dobra baza do zwiedzania miasta. - Spędziliśmy tu 4 noce podczas pobytu w Kuala Lumpur. To raczej apartament w wieżowcu niż klasyczny hotel – nasze mieszkanie znajdowało się na 33. piętrze. Sam apartament jest przestronny i dobrze sprawdził się dla trzech osób. Na początku musieliśmy trochę przetrzeć blaty i lustra, bo wyglądało na to, że sprzątanie było wykonane w pośpiechu, ale poza tym nie mieliśmy większych zastrzeżeń. Łazienka jest dość skromna, jednak posiada wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy podczas pobytu. Jest klimatyzacja oraz kuchnia, choć jej wyposażenie jest raczej podstawowe. W budynku znajduje się basen na 6. piętrze – my z niego nie korzystaliśmy, ponieważ więcej czasu spędzaliśmy na zwiedzaniu Kuala Lumpur. Nasza młodzież korzystała natomiast z siłowni i była z niej bardzo zadowolona. Kontakt z właścicielem, Kamilem, był bardzo dobry i pomocny. Sam proces zameldowania był jednak trochę skomplikowany – w lobby nikt nie potrafił wskazać, gdzie dokładnie znajdują się apartamenty i dopiero kontakt przez WhatsApp z właścicielem pomógł nam wszystko odnaleźć. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja. Stąd jest blisko do Chinatown oraz do Jalan Alor w dzielnicy Bukit Bintang, gdzie znajduje się mnóstwo restauracji, street foodów i miejsc, w których można dobrze i tanio zjeść. W okolicy jest też sklep typu 7-Eleven, gdzie można kupić wszystko, co potrzebne. Cena jest adekwatna do standardu i zdecydowanie zachęca do wyboru tego miejsca. To dobre rozwiązanie dla osób, którym bardziej zależy na rozsądnej cenie i dobrej lokalizacji niż na typowym hotelowym standardzie. Czystość trochę słaba.

• Pakize Ozlem (4/5): - Merkezi konumunu sevdim. Yatak rahattı. Fotoğraflardaki lüks hissi veren bir yer değil. Herhangi eşyalı apartdan farkı sadece yatak odasındaki manzara. Onu da ya ayakta durup ya da koltuğa oturup izlersin yataktan görünmüyor. Sehpanın, tv dolabının üstü seffaf naylon ile kaplıydi. Koltuk örtü ile kapliydi. Tv dolabının üzerindeki naylon toz içindeydi . Bu örtüler insana öğrenci evine gelmiş gibi bir his veriyor. Zaten kullanmadim ama beyaz esyalar çok eskiydi . Yakınında tren istasyonu var ve gürültüsü insanı uyandırıyor. Bir daha asla tercih edeceğim bir yer değil. Havuzu küçücük ve bakımsız girip kuala lumpur manzarasını tadını çıkartayımlik bir yer değil. Benim için hayal kırıklığıydı. Ev sahibini görmüyorsunuz zaten kilitli dolaptan anahtar alıp parayı da kilitli bir bölmeye koyuyorsunuz.
• Amy (10/5): Perfect stay in KL - We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The check in process was very easy and the host was really responsive. The building is in a good location and has great amenities, especially the pool which is very large compared to another complex we have stayed at in Bukit Bintang. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Kuala Lumpur.
• Istvan (4/5): - The two swimming pools were good, the view is spectacular and the size of the porperty is good. Easy to get in, easy to leave. The flat was dirty, food on the chairs, curly body hair on the bedsheets, unwanted items on the shelves, all towels were stinky, not vacuumed properly, really bad impression abour cleanliness. Payment would have been simpler, should the host had accepted credit card on my first day there. He did not, so I spent 3 days to try exchange money, after which he suddenly accepted credit card but charged more for the property as advertised. The cooker did not warm up enough in the kitchen to be able to boil eggs, the safety box was locked and the host confirmed they cannot open it. Only one key card was given to us, one more would have been better.

Leider waren die Liegen am Pool schon etwas defekt, was echt schade ist. Die Aufzüge sind öfters mal ausgefallen. Das ist wenn man im 22. Stock ist, echt etwas schwierig.

• Andrej (10/5): Nice and clean apartment on 24th floor - OK clean. Responsive host. One of the better Robertson apartments. Best view of the Merdeka tower. Location is great for people who like to walk to places. Not good for taking a taxi. Yummy restaurant downstairs. 24/7 supermarkets and atms nearby. Nothing really, we stayed here many times (in other apartments) and this apartment was cleaner and more comfy than most.

• Paul (6/5): OK accomodation in Kuala Lumpur - The hosts (Kamil) are helpful and respond quickly. We had a good size room with a nice view of Petronas towers. WiFi was also good. The location is OK and close to Jin Alor street. There are several cafes and bakeries just downstairs so you can have a breakfast or a lunch down there. The building seems secure and the guards are always visible. The building and the rooms have visible wear and tear. The room supplies and cleanliness lack quite a bit. There are no napkins or paper towels of any kind, no detergent for the washing machine. Kamil provided some detergent on our request but it sounded more like a favor for us. There is no white sheet under a light blanket on the bed (first time we saw that). So, if this blanket is not washed between the guests, I'm not sure about the hygiene. We didn't like the area of Jin Alor and Changkat streets. It looked not clean and felt too pushy. We'd rather stay closer to the Pavilion mall or even Petronas towers. I have no idea how this building gets an 8.7 score in reviews. If you are looking for a cheap, more like a dorm type accomodation, then you will be fine.

• Tobias (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage - Tolle Anlage bestehend aus zwei Türmen, die mit einem tollen Pool und schönen Gärten verbunden sind. Hier findet sich auch das Angebot an Spielplatz und Gym. Gelegen in einer ruhigen Sackgasse in der man zusätzlich noch einige gute Essensmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsläden hat. Sehr gute Lage in der nähe von Chinatown und dem zweit höchsten Gebäude der Welt. Sehr viele Leute unterwegs in dem kompletten Komplex. Am Pool war zwar wenig los, jedoch gab es zu wenig Liegefläche.

• Alex M (9/5): Great location and a very nice swimming pool - Location is 10/10, you are in Bukit Bintang the most interesting part of KL, and everything is in walking distance. Swimming Pool 10/10 we went there when there were not many people, great and clean pool. Communiucation with the host 10/10, always available over WhatsApp, answers quickly. Beds were comfortable enough and apartment has nice terrace and view. Price was good for this location and this type of apartment. Overall good experience. Cleanliness is 5/10 at best. The apartment needs general cleaning from floors to curtains and furniture as well. As I heard this is a general problem with apartments in KL. Linen was unused, but it didn't smell fresh and it looked like it was maybe stored in a dusty place. ACs also need to be cleaned once in a while. Towels were clean. I am still giving 9 to this apartment because of the good communication with host and location/price/swimming pool. But apartment deserves better cleaning and better linen. Apartment was on 39th floor, for me this was OK, but just to mention for other people.

• Wizzle_M (8/5): Onvergetelijke vakantie in KL met verblijf in The Robertson Residence - Wij verbleven in het Robertson Residence appartement in Kuala Lumpur en het was een geweldige ervaring. Het appartement was schoon, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Van gebruikersartikelen tot keukenapparatuur, alles was aanwezig. De slaapkamer, douche en het toilet waren goed onderhouden en comfortabel, wat essentieel was voor een langer verblijf. De ligging is perfect: centraal gelegen vlakbij Jalan Bukit Bintang en de foodkraampjes van Jalan Alor Food Street. Je bent altijd dicht bij restaurants, winkels en entertainment. Beneden het complex vind je supermarkten en eetgelegenheden die tot laat open zijn – ideaal voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. De 7-Eleven en andere winkels bieden ook de mogelijkheid om te pinnen. Taxi’s zijn volop beschikbaar in de buurt. Wat betreft de veiligheid van het complex: er zijn altijd beveiligingsmedewerkers aanwezig en toegang is alleen mogelijk met een pas, wat een extra gevoel van veiligheid biedt. De buurt is schoon, rustig en je voelt je er op je gemak. Ook tot laat in de nacht. Ons uitzicht was geweldig! We zaten halverwege het gebouw en hadden een prachtig uitzicht over de stad en de drukke buurt beneden. Het complex biedt extra faciliteiten, zoals zwembaden, een tuin en een golfbaantje. In de lobby vind je een snack- en drankautomaat en een geldautomaat (ATM) die gangbare betaalpassen (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) accepteert, behalve American Express. Let hier op als je gebruiker bent van AmEx. De beheerder, dhr. Kamil, verdient speciale vermelding. Hij is vriendelijk, geduldig en altijd bereid om te helpen. We hadden vooral contact via WhatsApp en hij reageerde snel. Bij aankomst was hij aanwezig om alles uit te leggen en ervoor te zorgen dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. Hij bood ook de mogelijkheid om de schoonmaak voor ons te doen tegen een kleine vergoeding. Omdat we dit zelf geen moeite vonden, deden we het zelf. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement voor de dagelijks schoonmaak. Wij komen hier zeker terug! Verbeterpunten zijn er nauwelijks. De schoonmaak deden we zelf, maar dhr. Kamil zou dit voor ons geregeld hebben als we dat wilden. De liften kunnen druk zijn tijdens piekmomenten, zoals bij ontbijt, lunch en diner, of wanneer grotere groepen vakantiegangers aankomen of vertrekken. Hoewel het appartement kindvriendelijk is, is het belangrijk voorzichtig te zijn op het balkon, vooral met (kleinere) kinderen.

• Zoe (9/5): Great location and apartment - The location is excellent, right between food street and China Town. There are a few shops and restaurants at the bottom of the building which are expensive, but useful. We had a 2 bed apartment, v spacious and great shower. Huge pool. The kettle didn't work, the lifts took a while to come, there were no curtains or blinds in one of the bedrooms, people were smoking in the apartment opposite. Pool was huge but was also a little cold. Would def stay here again though.
• Koh (10/5): Pleasant stay with room for improvement - The location was ideal as there was a mini mart and plenty of restaurants just down stairs so filling your tummy wasn't a problem. Along with the good location, security was good so we felt safe staying there. Two bedrooms were provided so the comfort was incredibly nice. The blankets, bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and good to ensure warmth throughout the entire night. There was a nice view of Merdeka 118! Host was very accommodating and ensured that we were able to stay here comfortably. The room was near to the train tracks hence every time the train ran by, the sound of the passing train was quite clear. This makes sleeping difficult (the train services run until 12am and resume at about 5am the next day). On our 2nd stay, it happened to coincide on a weekend where there was an event nearby so traffic at the Jalan Robertson entrance became very congested.

Malik was also accomodating and willing to assist extra mile to accomodate our request. He even upgraded our apartment to 2 bedroom free of charge. Aircon is freezing, pool is cool, the roof top view overlooking the city is awesome especially at night. Will definitely recommend this place.

• Catherine (10/5): 5 star stay - Our stay at the Royal Reside was excellent. We loved the location, just a 10 minute walk to great food markets and vibrant neighborhoods. We loved the swimming pools, especially the smaller one on the north tower where we were able to see a beautiful sunset. The check-in was so easy, and the host answered all our questions quickly and communication was fluid. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was spacious and clean and the VIEWS were incredible! We would definitely repeat!

Under the residence were also small shops and restaurants where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Accommodation was nice. It had all the necessary for our stay. I would also like to thank you to our host as he provided us very good instructions, he was understandable as we were a bit late with our arrival and he gave us also some usfull tips. The only thing which I would point out is that AC is just on the other side of the bed.. so we didn't use it during the night as we really didn't like the cold draft (we use only in the main room, but the cold air didn't reach the bedroom).
• Chan (10/5): Exceptional stay with great host. Highly recommended. - Literally everything. From the booking till check out, I only have praise. We got very lucky to have a surprise upgrade too. The apt is amazing, clean, well taken care off. I love the idea of natural plants decor. There were umbrella provided in our apt in case of rain but we didn't use it as we had our rain coat. Check in is indeed easy. Communication with host, Kamil is nice and prompt. He is so helpful, friendly and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend my friends and others to stay with Kamil. • Shashi (8/5): I suggest to change the TV for the apartment I got - The apartment swimming pool and other facilities was good The apartment I got the TV was not able to function. Had issue to watch movie or play YouTube. Told the management but he could do anything or replace the TV.

• Guo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is huge for 3 people, perfect view and great environment. It's not about the apartment but the management especially the security staff can't communicate well in English nor Bahasa. We been stuck in a lift with no light on for more than 20 minutes, leave us traumatized and spoil our mood of staying. We basically cancel all our planned activities at the night just to recover.
