• Marcin (10/5): - We had such a great time staying in this apartment. It’s honestly a really lovely place — and the best part is how incredibly clean it was. Seriously, spotless. It’s also very quiet, because the balcony faces a small inner courtyard instead of a busy street. We slept like logs, no light, no noise, just real comfort. When we arrived, Ece welcomed us into a warm, cozy apartment. It was a chilly day, so this felt amazing. You don’t get this kind of thoughtful welcome very often, and it made us feel at home right away. The bathroom is modern and fully stocked with everything you might need — lots of bath products and a big supply of disposable slippers for walking around or using in the shower. You can tell someone really paid attention to the details. Ece was a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and very easy to communicate with. The location is another big plus. There are fantastic local restaurants right on the same street, and honestly, they’re much better than many of the touristy spots. Shops are also just around the corner. All in all, it’s a place we’d happily recommend to anyone.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer inklusive einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer sowie einen Balkon.Was uns besonders gefallen hat:Sauberkeit: Alles war super gepflegt, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren tadellos sauber.Ausstattung: Die große Dusche war toll, und dass sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war, hat uns positiv überrascht.Details: Es wurde an alles gedacht – sogar kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Wattestäbchen, Waschmittel Kaffeemaschine waren inklusive. Sicherheit: Wir haben uns als reine Frauengruppe extrem sicher und wohl gefühlt.Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Kleiner Hinweis für andere Gäste:Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Da unser Apartment im zweiten Stock lag, mussten wir die Koffer hoch und runter tragen. Das war zwar etwas anstrengend, aber bei der tollen Unterkunft absolut verschmerzbar. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag:Da wir zu fünft waren, hätten wir uns über einen Spiegel in jedem Zimmer gefreut, damit man sich morgens nicht in die Quere kommt.

• Aziza (7/5): Отличный вариант для семьи. - Хорошая, чистая квартира. есть все необходимое. Фотографии соответствуют квартире. Мы приезжали двумя семьями. Каждой семье по комнате, плюс была своя общая зона. Расположение квартиры тоже отличное, район не шумный, есть магазины. Все рядом. Напротив детская площадка. Квартира находиться буквально на чердаке. И вид из окна, его не было - это крыша. То есть днем в квартире темно. Свет не проходит. Этого указано не было. Пару раз в квартире отключалось отопление. А мы приезжали в феврале, было не прям комфортно. Но все разрешилось. Спасибо

Buena ubicación, a menos de 10 minutos de la mezquita azul No tenía salón, era una cocina abierta y solo tenía dos butacas por lo que no había un espacio común para estar las 6 personas

• Daria (8/5): Buena experiencia - El apartamento recién renovado con la cocina cómoda y bien equipada, con el cuarto de baño muy amplio, limpio y cómodo, con el salón amplio. En la cocina y en el baño no faltaba nada. Repetiríamos. La zona muy cómoda y segura, con un supermercado justo al lado, con parquecitos. Se puede llegar fácilmente a todas partes (a Sultanahmet andando y a Taksim en tranvía o taxi). Que no estaba claro que ni el segundo dormitorio, ni el salón tenían luz natural, ya que hay una obra. Seguramente, cuando acabe, será un piso espectacular. Pero a nosotros nos faltó este detalle (al menos tenerlo claro).
• Rehana (6/5): My stay in Istanbul was very good apart from that stressful night. - The property was good for family had a park across the road everything is near by, it’s spacious they do give clean towels but extra charge for change of bedding n cleaning which I didn’t like, I would rather stay in a hotel next time as I always do, this was the first time choosing a apartment but it’s good for families We had a problem one night where the gas alarm went off after midnight I told the host she sent her brother to check n he said it was the gas, but she spoke to me on the phone she said as we had the radiators on the smoke alarm went off, which I told her there are no radiators on we turned them off that day in the morning, and the smoke alarm doesn’t go off if unhave radiators on anyway as I have smoke alarm in my own house n during the winter my house is always kept warm, and I sent her a video which I have of the gas alarm clearly saying on it has alarm she wouldn’t have none of it n was very rude that night huffing n puffing and kept saying ufff ufff n she was getting very angry with her tone of voice and she could of kept calm n reassured us as we had three children with us n my sister in law was pregnant, I did explain there’s no gas smell but it could be carbon monoxide as there is no smell to that n its deadly she wouldn’t listen, n we had to sleep in that property all night stressed as she said she doesn’t t have any other place, for this reason I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because if u have a problem she gets angry n huffs n puffs n all this nonsense with her uffs I wouldn’t recommend recommend any family with children to stay here she wasn’t professional at all. She should have got someone professional to check the gas but she didn’t only her brother came n the cleaner who lives downstairs which they r not certified gas ppl.

• Tino82 (8/5): Very good alternative! - Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Plenty room for a family of 4. Great location, walking distance from main sites. A bit noisy from the street noise, but doable. Recommendation could be to have the basic kitchen stuff provided (salt, napkins).
• Achraf (10/5): An incredible 4-day stay in beautiful Turkey — everything went perfectly and the experience was unforgettable - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, very well-equipped, and exactly as described. Everything was perfectly clean and organized, which made us feel comfortable right away. You can tell a lot of care has been put into the place. Honestly, nothing to complain about — it was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!
• Paul (10/5): Clean, safe and five minutes to everywhere - The beds were super comfy. The apartment was on the ground floor and felt clean and safe. Windows have bars and the door has good locks. The neighbourhood doesn‘t feel like you need the extra security though. There‘s a washing machine, a hairdryer and a fully working kitchen. Communication with our host was done through WhatsApp and worked well.

• Ksenija (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is super nice, spacious, clean, everything is new and user friendly... Comfortable beds, nice and quit for sleeping. There is not a lot of furniture but this is how I actually prefer (no carpets etc). Wifi excellent. The area is not fancy but it is super close to main touristic attractions, therefore if you come for tourist reasons, it is much more convenient than modern and fancier areas such as Besiktas etc. The owners were exceptionally nice, gave us instructions where to go, and during check out let us stay longer due to later airplane departure. All in all, highly reccomended. Thank you very much! This is not critic, more a suggestion to the owner - I would reccomend you add a bit of the kitchen utensils such as coffee cups, kitchen cloth to wipe the dishes, small amount of hand/dishwashing liquid and a sponge, knife for bread etc. Everything is super nice but with these few additions you can make it perfect.

Suitable for groups and family with no movement restriction o - Apartment was big, include the extra bed it can accommodate 7 persons, facility was complete (kitchen, oven, refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils). Interior was modern, new and clean. Located in front of park, near restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarket. Safe area, police station in walking distance. Traditional hamam nearby and walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff (Ece) was very helpful. There are 3 apartments in 3 different floors, the higher floors are not suitable for elderly as there’s no elevator. There is only 1 bathroom. Tram stations are nearby but the road from the apartment to the tram station is steep.
• S. (10/5): Very comfortable and pleasant. - I really enjoyed my stay at this property! It was very clean and comfortable, appliances provided, in a very good location, and the host was very accommodating to everything. There was a housekeeper available and the owner as well who was very nice and polite. I came with my family and we all enjoyed a comfortable stay - the area around is very good with amazing food places and shopping locations too. It’s also close to the main city centre and the transport around is brilliant to get around places. I would rate it 10/10 I have no complaints at all. Would definitely book it again.
