• Humberto (8/5): buena - un poco lejos de lo turistico 30' en bus,no muchos lugares para comer cerca el apto todo muy bien amplio mucha amplitud para dos personas muy buena la ducha y el baño en gral
• Thayrini (9/5): - O apartamento fica há 15 minutos a pé da estação de trem de Campo di Marte, o que é muito interessante pra quem quer se deslocar. A área também é fora da ZTL, o que facilita o aluguel de carros. Falando das instalações, tudo excelente. Local totalmente equipado em questão de eletros, lavamos todas as nossas roupas nos dias em que estivemos por lá, há 2 mercados bons por perto, que pode ir a pé. Estava tudo muito limpo e organizado. Precisei de linha e agulha para costurar um botão de uma calça que soltou, o responsável pela hospedagem foi muito gentil e levou até o local da hospedagem. Tudo realmente muito bom. Única questão é que, no banheiro, o ralo estava entupido por cabelos, na área do chuveiro. Mas há um tablado higiênico por cima, o que pode ter dificultado a visualização do responsável pela limpeza. Mas resolvemos nós mesmos facilmente.

• Jean-Benoit (9/5): De belles vacances à Florence grâce aussi au logement! - Bel appartement propre avec toutes commodités, cuisine avec de nombreux ustensiles, poubelles de tri, air conditionné, etc. Un joli petit jardin est également un plus. Petit souci avec la machine à laver qui n'essore pas. Les chiens des voisins qui aboient dès qu'on pointe le nez dehors. Il faut être diffcile pour se plaindre autrement, à conseiller de toute évidence.

Недолгое ожидание ответов от управляющей компании Код wi-fi из 100500 символов.Из четверых только один ввел с первой попытки. Ключ к двери подьезда не подходит, открывал с помощью ссылки в телефоне. Из сада залетают комары, фумигаторы справляются не со всеми, наличие сеток на окнах точно не помешело бы. Непонятный алгоритм включения кондиционеров, как буд-то хозяин по интернету контролирует их работу, хотя по приезду кондиционеры работали и в доме было комфортно и прохладно. Пружины кровати поскрипывают...
• Wesley (1/5): Horrible, would not recommend - Nothing Everything - 6d5n stay owner was very uncontactable and house had a lot of issues - electric door stopped working one day, and we were locked out. the key they provided did not work for the door, and we called them for 3 hours until they replied with "we will bring someone over in 30 mins" "we couldnt find the key, the person isnt coming over" and offered us no alternatives such as getting a locksmith or at least booking another hotel for the night. we had to find creative ways to enter the place - aircon not working, informed them on the first day and told them to get someone to fix it on the second day but they only got the technician to come on the last day and we were informed it can't be fixed - washing machine locked itself when we were washing, only got it open the next day when someone came to help - the place was dusty when we entered (floor wasn't cleaned properly), salmon and used a bottle of water found in the fridge - toilet door knob kept falling off, generally the house feels like it would fall apart any time

• Châu (10/5): Exceptional - Best place to stay out of my whole Europe trip. Totally suitable for a small group of friends/ family. My parents keep showing this apartment off to others, and that's how much they love it here. There's a restaurant nearby, called Piazza del Vino, best steak in town at an insanely reasonable price. If you arrive late, you can come here to enjoy, they open until 2 AM.

• Eliza (6/5): Perfect for families - This place is wonderful for families or groups of friends. It’s well equipped, spacious, and quite unique all in all. As a female solo traveler on a business trip, I didn’t feel safe in this place. The entrance door is a simple glass door that doesn’t feel secure at all, on the ground floor of a building in which I was told that people don’t lock the front door, and the bedrooms didn’t have a lock. I may or may not have slept with a furniture in front of the bedroom door :)
• Naomi (6/5): Pleasant flat, good value, convenient for buses - A pleasant flat in a convenient location (easy bus ride into town) and good value. Plenty of space, comfy beds, and a good shower. Quirky in its furnishings - rather charming, and not your idenitkit tourist flat at all. Convenient little bakery on the corner and very close to the bus stop but away from the main road. Flat was not as clean as I would have liked - the bathroom and sheets and so on were clean, but the fridge wasn't (and smelled) and shelves and things hadn't been cleaned in a while, neither had the blankets (which we needed, as it was February). Also, we couldn't work out how to open the outer shutters in the living room or the door/shutters in the bedroom that lead to the back terrace - perhaps they just needed more force, but we were reluctant to push them too hard especially as one looked like it already had a broken catch. That meant that the flat was very dark the whole time - definitely not a room with a view! Since we weren't there much in the daytime anyway this wasn't really a problem, but did get a bit sad - if we'd been staying longer I would have asked the management company to come and sort it. The check-in experience wasn't seamless though it worked fine in the end - no information on how to access the flat until the day before (I was getting anxious by then!) and even then it wasn't entirely correct, though it was correct enough to get us in. So all fine, but we wouldn't necessarily choose to stay there again.
