Lack of exterior lighting except in front of door Access to suite was rough and poorly maintained, an obstacle course in the dark Even the front walk was not clear of debris Noisy. Shouting and arguing from upstairs at 02:30 made one feel unsafe. Very sterile. Would not stay there again Advertised as a one bedroom house…. It was a cold basement suite with a 12 step stair to access the suite. Didn’t see this in the photos or had it described as a caution.
