- Samantha (8/5): Je reviendrai avec plaisir. - Le petit déjeuner ! La vue ! Le personnel ! Que la piscine soit fermée alors qu’il faisait 26 degrés. Que le dernier jour nous ne puissions pas attendre notre véhicule qui devait nous reconduire à l’aéroport au bar sur le toit au motif que nous avions fait notre chekout.

- Louis (8/5): Would definitely stay here again. - It was a fabulous historic building. Check in and out was easy, staff very helpful and well trained. Buffet breakfast was all I could hope for. Can't wait to stay here again. The room was kind of small for the money. Price was high. Place was very crowded, had to wait several cycles sometimes for the elevator.

Super godt med snacks og drinks og god service. Fantastisk udsigt. Rengøring var virkelig god. Meget venligt personale alle steder. En idé med tidlig adgang til pool så den kunne nydes fra kl. 8 til en morgensvømmetur. Der stod den ikke åbnede før 1.6. men der sad en ansat der hele dagen.

- JOSE LUIS (10/5): Fue como estar "cerca del cielo". - La ubicación del hotel y, sobre todo, ya que estuve en la planta 24, las vistas de Madrid . La planta 27 con su terraza y sus vistas es inigualable. Fue todo estupendo. Muchas gracias. Todo fue muy bien.

- Galán Calderón (10/5): Estadia increíble - El hospedaje del hotel ha sido gratificante. El personal de la portería súper atento a todo. Muy amables en la llegada de los huéspedes. Excelente ubicación en la Gran Vía. La habitación súper cómoda y limpio. El bufete libre de desayuno junto con el personal ha sido excepcional. Hay gran variedad de comida y bebidas. La terraza súper limpio y ordenado. Además de sus increíbles vistas de todo Madrid es incomparable. No tengo nada que me desguste pero estoy agradecida con la buena acogida.

- ELISA (10/5): MUY AGRADABLE - Me encantó la ubicación, la limpieza y amabilidad del personal. El cuarto muy cómodo, el baño y los demás servicios muy cuidados. Es remarcable la cantidad de trabajadores locales que tienen. Fue un poco complicado entrar al bar de arriba, había lluvia y para poder llegar tuvimos que mojarnos.

- Axel (7/5): - Nous avons fortement apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, il est idéale pour découvrir la ville. Le personnel est souriant, accueillant et attentif. Le confort de lit est vraiment là, ce qui n'est pas toujours évident pour une seule nuit. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très qualitatif et quantitatif. Dans la salle de bain de la chambre, la chasse d'eau coulait de temps en temps, il y a énormément de marque de peinture écaillée au niveau des boutons poussoir de cette dernière. Le pommeau de la douche est dans un piteux état, il serait bon d'être changé. Je pense que quand on vous fait payer un certain tarif, vous vous devez de ne pas avoir ce genre de souci dans la chambre. pour mon séjour le rapport qualité / prix n'y était pas, rien ne le justifiait. Le bar rooftop a vraiment un vue incroyable mais il est très bruyant et l'odeur des gens qui fument tout autour de vous n'est vraiment pas top.

Dommage que la température des chambres ait été bloquée à 19 degrés maxi. L arrivée dans notre chambre a été moins agréable que prévue.

- Shai (8/5): - מיקום טוב, ארוחת בוקר, צוות אדיב המעליות נוראיות ברמה שלפעמים מחכים רבע שעה לעלות לחדר. המיטה היא שתי מיטות בודדות וזה היה קצת מבאס. השמיכות לא פוך הן צמר. והחלון בחדר הרגיש כמו חלון של בית כלא.

- Roberto (8/5): Too short the time to enjoy all amenities , roof top was exciting - Excellent location , very good staff. It was very busy because a large group arrived at the same time and the lobby was packed. It has one of the best breakfast I ever tried.
