• Andrej (9/5): Dobrý poměr ceny a toho co byt i lokalita nabízí. - Perfektní lokalita na pěší zóně, s výbornou dostupností MHD (zastávka Circular a další spoje cca 100-200m od bytu). Tiché a malebné místo. Dobrá dostupnost kaváren, restaurací, obchodů. V bytě je patio, kde jsou l dispozici 2 kola. Kola jsou starší a mají už něco za sebou, přesto nám velmi usnadnili pohyb po Seville. Dobré a funkční vybavení - pračka, myčka, mikrovlnná trouba, kávovar na kapsle, rychlovarná konev, toustovač, žehlička, prkno na žehlení, v patiu jsou šňůry na prádlo. Byli jsme celkem 2 týdny a místo jsme si užívali čím dál víc. Do bytu se vchází přímo z ulice, ale to bylo spíše překvapení prvního dne. Během pobytu jsme to jako nevýhodu nevnímali. Byt je od ulice dobře odstíněn žaluziemi.

• Elena (1/5): No proporcionan factura. - He solicitado en reiteradas ocasiones la factura sin recibir respuesta.
• Justyna (10/5): - Lokalizacja ok 1,5 km od centrum. łatwy dojazd do centrum. Dodatkowym udogodnieniem były do dyspozycji dwa rowery. Dla nas była to bardzo duża wartość dodana.
• Ylenia (9/5): - Appartamento molto bello, splendido patio esterno (date da bere alle piante se soggiornate qui 😂). Zona molto sicura e circondata da tutti i servizi. La porta d'ingresso da sulla strada ma essendo pedonale non è per nulla rumorosa. Inoltre l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort: internet, smart TV, stoviglie, biancheria, bollitore, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e macchinetta del caffè. Se dobbiamo fare degli appunti, sicuramente l'asciugacapelli non è adatto e il boiler per l'acqua calda (doccia) non supporta più di una doccia consecutiva con acqua calda. Un altro piccolo appunto sarebbe di inserire le capsule del caffè espresso anziché di caffè cortado.
• Elizabeta (7/5): - Its okay for short stays, but location is a bit bothersome. You are exiting right on the street and it feels a bit unsafe and sometimes it gets loud from people on the street. Location mostly, otherwise its good.
• brid (10/5): Lovely historic neighbourhood. - This is a beautiful property in a wonderful old neighbourhood. There are cafés and bars nearby and it felt very safe. The kitchen is well equipped, with high ceilings. Everything worked well and the place was exceptionally clean. The spacious, studio apartment is 1 km from the railway station and close to shops. The C1 and C 3.bus routes bring you close to the city. They leave from the Ronda.
• Riona (9/5): Ideal location, value for money and apartment was spotless - Ideal location for me, as I didn’t drive or cycle. I didn’t need public transport as I walked into the city every day. Aldi only a 2 minute walk away. It had everything I needed and the tv had Netflix etc! Great that it swivelled from living room to bedroom. The outdoor area was a little dusty, had to wipe everything down.
• Josefina (8/5): Very good - nice appartment with 360 TV so you can watch in the bed and in the sofa, clean, comfortable bed, easy check in. very cold, only heating as we could find was a small electric portable radiator, the sink in the bathroom was leaking, warm water capasity fininsh after one shower, no given "standard" cooking ingredients like cooking oil.
