• Sameer (7/5): In all, it was a pleasant stay. - Ferma Art has excellent location and their restaurant food was very good. We had free upgrade. Thankyou. The room we stayed in was big and spacious. The hotel is kids friendly with great kids play area. The breakfast is pretty basic. They shall definitely look into it. Also, the timing for serving breakfast is pretty late - 10am onwards.

• Azhar (8/5): Good location. - Location is superb at main tourist center of Baku. Staff are friendly and nice to guest. Hotel main entrance at Level 3 via shared building lift and need to pass through Hotel restaurant main entrance and its dining area. I have an impression from the booking page that the whole building serving as a hotel - not actual one level 3 only.

Odayı sadece uyumak için kullandığımız için büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi. İlla bir şey yazacak olursam; Alt kat aynı zamanda restoran olması nedeniyle yemek kokusu biraz fazla fakat odaya yansımıyor. Wifi yeterince çekmiyor.

• Asad (7/5): Good Hotel but need need to make a separate entrance for hotel guests. - Location and Hotel staff. Hotel Entrance. You have to cross the hotel restaurant to reach the elevator. Especially it looks so awkward at night when live music is going on and the crowd is smoking sheesha and you have to walk in front of all this crowd with family at night to reach the hotel elevator.

Из хорошего: прекрасная локация, вежливые сотрудники, которые стараются помочь, когда есть возможность К сожалению, общее впечатление осталось не самое приятное: все номера выходят на улицу, где до поздней ночи играет громкая музыка — выспаться сложно. Завтрак начинается только с 10 утра, поэтому, несмотря на то что он был оплачен, ни разу не удалось им воспользоваться.

• Margaret (8/5): Location, location, location! - Location was excellent. Right next to Fountain Sq, very close to Old Town and Boulevard. Could not be better located. Large room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was from 9.30 to 12.00. Too late for early risers. Music playing outside till midnight. It was pleasant music but glad I had ear plugs to sleep. Could be a bit tricky to find the place. Taxi phoned ahead so owner new we were coming and met us in the street.

• Saleh Al Breiki (3/5): Overrated Hotel - The hotel location is the best thing about it. You will easily be able to access Nizami St. Next to it, there is a very nice coffee shop that you can enjoy your coffee with a dessert (not sure if they serve food). In general, the hotel is three stars, but I would maximum give it two stars. I would request you to carefully read through for the following reasons before making your booking. 1. The hotel entrance is shared with the restaurant and bar which might not be convenient for families. At night, people drink, smoke, and date. Music is a bit loud and can be heard. 2. The housekeeping lady is doing an amazing job, but the hotel needs radical renovation. I couldn't lock the door of my room because the door lock was not functional. whether you swipe the card or lock it from inside, the door will still be opened from outside. 3. Value for money, as a person who travels a lot and I've been in many boutique hotels, different stars hotels, resorts, apartments, and villas; this hotel does not deserve more than $20 a night for the double, triple same price because it has no view and the same size of the double, and the quadruple room no more than $30. 4. Staff, they have a lot to learn about hospitality. One reception guy (Vusal) pretended to be the manager of the hotel. He gave me fake promises about transportation discounts and early morning breakfast. However, that turned to be a big lie. At the breakfast area, the staff stood next to each other and started making jokes about my family. I'm sure no one would like to be in this situation. 5. Breakfast is fine, it's a pre-decided set that only the omelette would change every day from plain to mixed with vegetables (honestly it was ok). Tea is served with the breakfast, but they will charge on anything else that you order.

• tomaso (10/5): Hotel in pieno centro - Piccolo hotel in posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla città vecchia. Personale gentile, ottima prima colazione in stile azero e possibilità di cenare. Arredamento funzionale e moderno. Può esserci rumore dalla piazza e non si può fare colazione prima delle 9.30.

The hotel manager, Orchan, was super nice and did everything he could to help us. As a result, we stayed at the hotel for another two weeks. Which we don't regret! The location is superb 👌 close to everything, so the majority of the time, we didn't even need a taxi. The bed sheets were new and cleen And of course, the stuff, they were very friendly and helpful.
