• FERNANDEZ RODRIGUEZ (5/5): Solo si fuera mi última opción. - El baño. Escribo esta opinión para que futuros huéspedes sepan realmente lo que se van a encontrar, ya que las fotos del anuncio no corresponden con la realidad. El apartamento no es luminoso ni moderno como aparenta. Es un bajo oscuro, con muy poca luz natural y un estado general bastante descuidado. El sofá está viejo, las paredes tienen manchas, los cubiertos son antiguos y la ropa de cama está en mal estado. Mención especial a la almohada, que es directamente un desastre: incómoda, deteriorada y nada adecuada para descansar. El ruido es constante. Al estar a nivel de calle, se escuchan los coches pasar, además de ruidos de fontanería de los pisos superiores. Si abres las ventanas, entra suciedad del exterior, por lo que ni siquiera es una buena opción para ventilar. Te facilitan un código pero no explican correctamente el número piso. La puerta de acceso está en mal estado y hay que hacer bastante fuerza para abrirla. En general, el apartamento está descuidado y no justifica en absoluto el precio, que es elevado para lo que ofrece. Todo es viejo, aunque en las fotos parezca lo contrario. Como único punto positivo, el baño sí está reformado y en buenas condiciones. Siento comentar todo esto... Pero para el precio que tiene deberían de cuidarlo más o tener un mínimo para futuros huésped independientemente de que sea un bajo etc.

Bucatarie utilata cu ce ai nevoie pentru a pregati o mica gustare, fierbator de apa, cuptor cu microunde Foarte aproape de plaja si in centrul statiunii. A fost curat, check -inul usor de facut si comunicarea eficienta. Pentru noi a fost o sedere foarte placuta si pentru pretul platit. Am reveni cu drag aici. Pot o mica sugestie doar pernele pentru dormit sa fie inlocuite cu alte noi mai confortabile. In rest mult succes.

• Irina (5/5): Disappointed - It was close to the beach and restaurants The bed linen were stinky and we couldn't sleep in the bed. I sent a message to the owner of the location on the first day and he did not even respond to messages. We had to sleep on the couch in the living room. I think the bed linen has not been changed because I found many strands of hair.

• Pablo27 (9/5): Good pllace for our short trip - Clean basement apartment. Great communication with the host. Washing machine was useful, though there was no outdoor space to dry things. Kitchen was good for simple meals (no oven) and there was a kettle. Soft bed. Located a minutes walk from the promenade. Lovely quiet resort with a few shops and eateries. You can walk the 5+ miles along the coast to Los Gigantes, though it is rough underfoot for short stretches. There was some noise as other residents left the building as the apartment was located close to the buildings main door. There is major building work close by, and during the day from 8am it was noisy. Some of the electrical sockets were very loose.
• Ilaria (9/5): Superb - Helpful staff, cleen environment, has everything u may need, is about of the very busy part of costa adeje but still close and central, so you can enjoy your stay without the stress of los cristianos et similar.
