Hope to return s - Impeccable attention to detail, high standard of cleaning, well appointed and with an attic view over the square. Light filled, with 3 balconies and a well provided galley kitchen, what more can one ask for. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect, a credit to the hosts.

• Helen (10/5): Fabulous stay in Caldas De Reis - We stayed at a few accommodations as we walked the Camino and this was our favourite one. We found the apartment quite easily as a photograph of the building was provided at the same time as the key details. The apartment itself is lovely, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge and kitchen. Some provisions were left for us, tea, coffee, buns and water and we made use of the washing machine aswell. A great place and we would stay here again. We used Luis Mochilas for luggage transportation, they didn't drop off directly at the apartment but they did drop off at a local Albergue where I could collect my bag. There was nothing we didn't like, the only improvement that could have helped us was instructions for the washing machine aswell as the user manual which didn't make much sense to us.

• Susana (10/5): Viaje a Galicia con centro en Caldas de Reis - Alojamiento limpio, cómodo y tal como se ve en las imágenes. La estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. El contacto con la propietaria ha sido fluido en todo momento pese a no conocernos en persona. En el apartamento encontramos detalles a nuestra llegada, un plus el café y la leche para el deayuno. Sin duda repetiríamos en EL ATICO 😃 Quizás podría mencionar la falta de un enchufe al lado de la cama en una de las habitaciones, cosa que subsanamos con un alargador y, para nada resta satisfacción del alojamiento. 😉

Able to wash our clothes and enjoy a nice evening in the town. The host was so accommodating to us and we were able to use Pilbeo for our luggage transfer. Gorgeous stay, splendid night sleep on the Camino.

This apartment has some lovely views, and the hosts had left some bits for us on arrival like milk, water, snacks, tea and coffee. It has some lovely decor and everything needed to enjoy breakfast/dinner there. I’d recommend this to my family and friends as a great place to stay.

• Kirsty (10/5): Central location, comfortable, clean with everything we needed and thoughtful extras. - Marie was very helpful when one of our group needed to access the room a little earlier than expected. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining table, two bathrooms and a comfortable double bed in one room and bunks in the second room, with thoughtful extras like wine, a candle in the bathroom and a practical medical kit. It was also centrally located and right on the Camino trail which was handy for us. The living areas are quite small so probably better suited to two adults with two children. However, it was fine for us (four adults) for just a night and all the thoughtful extras more than made up for the small two person couch in the lounge.
• Monica (8/5): Apart from double bed everything else was great. - The double bed is small for 2 adults so my husband slept in one of the bunkbeds to ensure we would get a good night's sleep.

• Pilar (10/5): The best place to stay in Caldas. - Everything! The apartment is comfortable, full of charming details (from sleepers to breakfast essentials). Everything makes you feel at home. The bedrooms are quiet and the beds comfortable. The location is super central. Literally below there are three charming terraces, across the street is the bus station (for Santiago, Vigo, Pontevedra…). The termal centre Dávila is two minutes walk, as is the botanic garden and the riverside walk We had a little health problem and Marie helped us with an early checking. Thank you! There is no better place to stay in Caldas! Nothing. The apartment is great in all senses
• Sheila (10/5): Perfect little apartment in a great location - The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, with many personal touches, and centrally located. The combination of all these made it my favorite place we’ve stayed on the Camino. We didn’t really need the second bedroom but we actually used the two bathrooms! And having a washing machine (and soap!) was wonderful! Here’s a tip: when you wash clothes place them on the dryer on the balcony. Before going to sleep at night, bring the clothes dryer inside so the humidity of the night doesn’t keep your clothes damp and your clothes can finish drying! (Ask me how I learned this trick!) Absolutely nothing. We loved it all!
• Timothy (9/5): When I take my wife and kids back to Calda de Reis, we will definitely book El Atico again! - My wife said, "Every piece of furniture and decoration was chosen to make this space work really well for guests!" The pull out sofa bed looked brand new and was very comfortable. One of the bathrooms had a large bathtub. The views from the windows were pretty, and the plaza on which the hotel was located is gorgeous. Even more, the hosts were extremely helpful! I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay in Calda de Reis. My wife, three kids, and I were very pleased! The halls outside the apartment (in a residential building) were a little dark. The motion sensor lights were not very sensitive. With that said, it was also a nice and quiet residential building. We didn't spend much time in the halls.
