• Aurelia (9/5): - Micul dejun a fost satisfăcător, cu o cafea bună și un fresh de portocale proaspăt. Totuși, a lipsit pâinea prăjită sau măcar un prăjitor de pâine Geamurile și plasa de insecte erau pline de praf, ceea ce a distorsionat confortul camerei. Când am deschis geamul pentru a admira orașul, am fost foarte dezamăgită să văd cât de murdare erau geamurile.

• Mihai (10/5): Outstanding experience - Not only that was I pleasantly surprised, but the entire experience at Park Hotel Novel exceeded my expectations. Even before my arrival, they replied promptly to all my questions. Initially, the underground parking was fully booked, but as soon as a space became available, they kindly contacted me to check if I was still interested. The arrival experience was excellent. The lady at the reception was very kind and offered us the room even though we arrived quite early. The room itself was modern, cozy and very well equipped, providing a comfortable stay and a great night sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and freshly made coffee prepared by the barista upon request. They also allowed us to keep the car in the garage for a little longer after check-out, and when we returned to collect it, they were kind enough to return an item we had forgotten in the room. A truly outstanding experience!

• Alexandru (10/5): Excellent experience, I would give it a 10 out of 10 - The hotel and service are excellent! Located in the city center, it’s close to everything. We were greeted by a young lady at the reception, super friendly and helpful. The next day a gentleman was behind the reception, same attitude, very friendly and very helpful! The property itself is great, the rooms are fantastic and everything is new. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect

• Marvin Pereira (10/5): Ótimo, novo e elegante hotel. - O hotel é novo, tem ótimas e elegantes instalações. Oferece um bom café da manhã com tudo que é necessário. O atendimento é ótimo. Ele não está na parte onde ficam a maioria dos hotéis, mas está muito bem localizado a uma curta distância caminhando de tudo que há para visitar, inclusive a Fortaleza. Além disso, está a 5 min caminhando na estação de ônibus. Definitivamente voltaria a ficar neste hotel. O chuveiro poderia ter porta para evitar molhar o banheiro quando se toma banho. Uma tolha de piso ajuda também.

Персоналът е мил и отзивчив, закуската също беше чудесна. Подземният паркинг на хотела също е много голямо удобство. Срещу хотела е разположен красив парк за отдих и разходки а наоколо е пълно с ресторанти и заведения. Съвсем наблизо, на пешеходно разстояние е крепостта “Царевец”. Много ни хареса нашият престой, ще посетим отново задължително този страхотен хотел! Имахме 4 бр. възглавници за спане, но 3 от тях бяха много твърди и високи, имахме оставена на разположение само 1 по-мека. Ще бъде чудесно ако има в стаите поне по 2 бр. по-меки възглавници за спане.

Everything was tight and clean Breakfast was very nice Very nice and secure parking for the car in the underground garage Just a suggestion. There were not any hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels.

From the moment you check in, you can feel the high level of service: friendly and attentive staff, quick check-in, and a genuine desire to help with any questions. The room was clean and cozy. We were very pleased with the convenient location: close to everything you need, yet quiet and comfortable for relaxation. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, and the quality of the food was excellent. The hotel atmosphere is conducive to relaxation and a truly enjoyable stay. Thanks to the entire team for the warm welcome and wonderful experience. I definitely recommend this hotel! Everything was great.

• Giorgio Andrea (10/5): la struttura più moderna in città - Albergo nuovo e molto pulito. Buona la colazione e camera grande. Considerato che si trova in una cittadina in Bulgaria, questa struttura si classifica decisamente sopra la media. Parcheggio in garage comodissimo ed utilissimo. Non esiterò a sceglierlo nuovamente la prossima volta ed a consigliarlo ad amici. Ok che è tipico dell'est europa, ma non capisco perchè abbiano scelto dei colori così scuri nelle camere. Con delle tonalità più chiare cambierebbe tutto. Le camere sarebbero molto più luminose, accoglienti e gli spazi più ariosi e spaziosi. Spero prendano in considerazione questo aspetto se dovessero progettare una seconda struttura!
