• Benavente (10/5): Hermoso departamento en Roma. - Hermoso departamento en Roma. Ubicado en un barrio super tranquilo, con veredas anchas y casas con muchos jazmines florecidos que daban un perfume hermoso. A 20 minutos a pie del Coliseo o una estación de subte. Tiene dos líneas de subte cercanas: una a tres cuadras y la otra a 8 aprox. Es muy cómodo llegar. El departamento en sí nos encantó. Es super grande y cómodo. Está muy completo, con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios y más! Parece realmente como si un amigo nos hubiese prestado su casa donde vive. Usamos el lavarropas lo más bien y fue muy útil. Hay libros por todas partes, la decoración de estilo y la calidad de las cosas es impecable. Realmente lo recomiendo y volvería allí. Nada, estuvo todo perfecto

• Antonio maria (7/5): Consigliata, con alcune cose da migliorare. - L'appartamento si trova, a mio parere, in una buona posizione, la descrizione combacia con ciò che abbiamo trovato in loco. Lo staff è disponibile ad ogni richiesta, puntuali nelle risposte attraverso la chat di booking. Non do il massimo del punteggio perché alcune cose sono da rivedere, come ad esempio la cabina doccia ed il lavello sono otturati, l'acqua ristagna e scorre lentamente tale da dover aspettare tra una doccia e l'altra ed inoltre le camere (materassi e cuscini) sono scomodi.

• Malgorzata (9/5): Very nice atmosphere - Very nice atmosphere in the apartment. We liked the history of the place that is told in the items and at the pictures in the house. It is quiet well accessible by bus or metro. Internet was very good, the washing machine is a nice addition... It was a lot of dust under the beds... We struggled a bit with opening the door with the key (the moment you need to unlock and press is a bit tricky), but not too complicated :) Could be more than 2 toilet rolls left.

Brak worków na śmieci, musiałysmy dokupić. Kurz na bibelotach i pod łóżkami.

• IULIIA (10/5): Атмосферная квартира в тихом районе Рима - Замечательная квартира в винтажном итальянском стиле. Очень атмосферно. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Удобное понятное заселение и регистрация в объекте недвижимости. Рядом есть все необходимое. В центр легко добраться на автобусе - остановка недалеко. До Колизея и Форума мы легко доходили пешком. Крайне рекомендую эти апартаменты и хозяйку. Один раз была проблема с горячей водой. Но видимо было популярное время, и всю воду использовали.

• Petra (8/5): 8 Tage in Rom - Zum Personal kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir niemanden kennengelernt haben. Als wir eingecheckt haben war noch eine Reinigungskraft vor Ort, die nur italienisch sprach, aber sehr freundlich war. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist schon etwas älter, jedoch sehr gemütlich. Küche und Bad sind sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden, und alles funktioniert. Toaster, Herd, Spülmaschine, Gläser, Besteck sowie alle notwendigen Reinigungsutensilien stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Bushaltestellen in alle Richtungen sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Bäcker und ein Penny Supermarkt sowie mehrere Restaurants sind ebenfalls in kurzen Wegen erreichbar. Wir würden das Apartment erneut buchen. Das online check in ist ebenfalls gut erklärt. Der Weg vom und zum Flughafen war leicht zurückzulegen. Wir sind mit einem Busshuttle sowie dem öffentlichen Bus Linie 360 in 1 1/4 Std. vor Ort. 8,50 € pro Person und Strecke. Da wir 8Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht haben wären 2 weitere Geschirrtücher gut gewesen. Wir hatten nur eins.

• Diana (9/5): Good. Could be better. - Easy automated check-in and check-out. Cozy and comfortable. Very spacious. Impersonal and somewhat rude. Sneaky 120€ cleaning fee. Bulbs missing. Poor public transport connections - half an hour walk to the nearest central spots, but it was OK for me.

• Paweł (9/5): Our stay was beautiful! - Bus stop just at the doorstep, underground 3-bus stop distance. Neighborhood is nice and we felt safe there. I recommend small cafe I Vecchi Sapori nearby. Apartment was clean and well equipped. We liked its retro climate. After reading comments we were concerned about the bathroom, but it was not bad and water was always hot. It's not a major drawback, but key collection point could be a bit closer to the apartment; we had taxi service included, but I can imagine than it can be an issue for people arriving late by public transport.

• Marcel (1/5): Avoid at all cost. Critical services may not be available!! - Plenty of space We vacated the premises early because CleanBnB could not rectify the faults. We had no hot water in the bathroom and a working fridge for 5 days from when we arrived. It was intolerable, so we moved to other accommodation in Rome. We were not happy that CleanBnB kept referring us to Booking dot com to solve the problems and did not offer us compensation. Eventually Booking dot com refunded 20% of the property cost - far less than what we expected to cover our losses.
