• Jorge (7/5): Alojamiento bien remodelado y con excelente ubicación. Muchos problemas electricos y de ventilación - La ubicación. Edificio y apartamento remodelados El apartamento 5 solo contaba con una ventana hacia un patio interior. Tiene muchos problemas eléctricos. No se puede abrir la claraboya del techo, lo que deficultaba ventilar el ambiente. El edificio tiene problemas de cloacas, por lo que si se abría demasiado la ventana, ingresaban olores nauseabundos. Lavamano del baño: el agua no corría bien. Algunos tomacorrientes no funcionaban. Tostadora y microondas usadas al mismo tiempo, hacen accionar el disyuntor. WI-FI casi inexistente. Llave de ingreso encadenada al buzón (el mismo ha sido violentado). Escasa sensación de seguridad

Mantenimiento pésimo.Nos ubicaron en un apartamento de planta baja con goteras y un olor a humedad insoportable. Eran dos habitaciones separadas con un tabique que no llega al techo y puertas que no cierran.

Très bruyant car mal insonorisé et pourtant il y avait peu de monde. Aucune piscine (comme mentionné), seulement un petit trou d'eau au milieu des logements. Lit très petit et mauvaise literie.

• Visalter (4/5): Décevant - L'emplacement. C'est un logement en plein centre ville. Le lit. Le lit n'est pas du tout confortable. Nous étions dans l'appartement 5 et le matelas pour 2 personnes n'est pas du tout adapté.
• Ana (4/5): Visita a jerez en semana santa. - La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, sábanas limpias y cama cómoda El problema es el fuerte olor a humedad, era un bajo y a pesar de los ambientadores la humedad era muy desagradable, de hecho hablé para ver si nos podían dar otro en planta superior pero estaba todo completo, por lo tanto y sintiéndolo mucho la experiencia ha sido muy desagradable, al llegar a casa he tenido que lavar toda la ropa impregnada de ese desagradable olor.

• Peter (2/5): Katastrophale Unterkunft und ich rate Jeden von einer Buchung ab. - Die Unterkunft als Suite zu bezeichnen entspricht in keinster Weise der Realität dieses Loches. Der Raum hatte keine Fenster und die Dachluke lies sich nicht öffnen da defekt und demontiert. Die elektrische Öffnung der Haustür war defekt und die Alternative eines verbeulten Briefkasten mit Nummernschloss in dem dann der Schlüssel für die Haustür lag, war wenig vertrauenswürdig. Im innenliegenden Badezimmer gab es keine Abluft und es lies sich auch nicht verschließen. Lediglich eine Schiebetür, bestehend aus einem billigen Holzrahmen auf den eine halbdurchsichtige Plastikplatte genagelt worden ist, war davorzuschieben. Es wären noch viele weitere Punkte ( Hellhörigkeit, Küchenzeile) zu ergänzen, die ich mir hier erspare. Das WLAN funktionierte nur wenn man an der Zugangstür stand, sobald man in das Loch hineinging, ließ der Empfang nach bzw. brach ab.

• Pablo (1/5): Nadie debería quedarse en un sitio asi - Que está en el centro de la ciudad El apartamento está inundado de olor a humedad. Se puede comprobar en el estado de las instalaciones, con paredes que se les cae la pintura y llenas de desconchones. El baño tiene un fuerte olor a tubería. En la vivienda colindante había una fiesta con la música a todo volumen hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Los ruidos de los apartamentos superiores hacen imposible el descanso de los apartamentos inferiores. Jamás he visto un a estancia tan pésima como está. Nunca se le recomendaría a nadie. La decoración solo esconde y distrae al cliente de lo insalubre de las instalaciones.

• sven (1/5): doppel plus ungut - Gebucht war ein Appartemet ARENAL für 208 €. Dieses war dann nach Angaben des Vermieters wegen eines Schadens kurzfristig nicht verfügbar. Es wurde eine andere Unterkunft RIANAL angeboten. Preis bei booking.com 130€. Die Anfrage nach einem Kostenausgleich wurde vom Vermieter nicht beantwortet. Die zugewiesene Unterkunft lag zentral, an einer stark frequentierten Straße und Nahe am Platz, was sehr viel Lärm bedeutete-Tag und Nacht. Das Appartement war in vielen Punkten mangelhaft, was auch von anderen Nutzern bereits beschrieben wurde. Lauter Warmwasserboiler in der Küche (Vibrationen) wegen unsachgemäßer Aufhängung-Tag und Nacht-. Defekte Duschabtrennung-nasser Boden-Rutschgefährdung. Ausgeprägter Schimmel im Bad. Herunterfallen des gesamten Vorhangs wegen unsachgemäßer Befestigung-Nicht das erste Mal, wie die zahlreichen Dübellöcher belegen. Kein Bettzeug, nur eine ranzige Decke in Laken gehüllt. Küchenausstattung minimal (Haben wir eh nicht genutzt) Wir haben nur eine der beiden bezahlten Nächte dort verbracht und sind abgereist. Eine Beschwerde bei Booking.com läuft seit Tagen in Leere. Danke dafür.

• Alexandra (3/5): Iedere was er een nieuw mankement aan het appartement - Locatie was centraal gelegen voor het bezoeken van het Festival de Jerez Het appartement wat ik had gehuurd voor 6 nachten was bij aankomst niet beschikbaar wegens reparatie werkzaamheden aan de electra. Ik werd voor 2 nachten in ander appartement geplaatst. Zaterdagavond rond 00.30 uur stond ik voor de buitendeur en kon niet naarbinnen. Code werkte niet. Daarvan was ik niet op de hoogte gebracht. Ik stond als vrouw alleen 20 minuten op straat, zocht contact met de verhuurder, met Booking, bonkte op de deur tot uiteindelijk een medehuurder open deed. Zondagochtend (volgens afspraak) mijn bagage bijelkaar gepakt en buiten de deur geplaatst omdat ik afspraken had in Jerez en de contactpersoon zelf mijn koffer naar het nieuwe appartement zou brengen. Zondagavond 1ste nacht in mijn nieuwe appartement. Alles leek inorde, maar helaas. Dakraam sloot niet om 22.30 uur. Om 23.00 uur kwam iemand het dakraam sluiten. In de daarop volgende dagen ontstonden problemen met de electra en uiteindelijk had ik de laatste 2 dagen geen warm water en functioneerde geen enkel stopcontact. Ik kookte water op het halletje waar wel stroom was. Ik snap dat er soms bij het opstarten van nieuwe appartementen zaken kunnen misgaan, maar in mijn geval ging echt alles mis. Ik voelde mij een soort proefpersoon (waren pas een maand open) De contactpersoon zat ook duidelijk met de handen in het haar. Ik adviseer de verhuurders eerst zelf een paar nachten te verblijven in het appartent alvorens dit te verhuren. Ik zou een compensatie in mijn geval wel terecht vinden.
• Sophie (3/5): Logement inconfortable, mal équipé - L'emplacement L’appartement numéro 2 n’est pas du tout adapté pour 4 personnes. Nous étions deux couples. Aucune intimité n’est possible : - les deux « chambres » sont en fait une seule pièce séparée par une cloison n’allant pas jusqu’au plafond. On entend le moindre bruit, et impossible d’allumer une pièce sans éclairer aussi l’autre. - Portes des toilettes et des chambres en plexiglas transparentes - L’équipement de la cuisine est réduit au strict nécessaire (4 fourchettes, 4 couteaux… pas de passoire, ni de torchon) De plus, un gros problème d’humidité est à souligner (traces sur tous les murs, odeur. Le froid s’installe rapidement) Le logement se ferme à l’aide d’un code qui ne fonctionne que très rarement.

• Alberto (4/5): Le sobra la palabra SUITES. - La ubicación cerca del centro, aunque la calle donde se encuentra deja mucho que desear. Román, la persona de contacto telefónico, muy atento a la hora de resolver los problemas de acceso. Varias cosas, no tiene ninguna identificación en la calle, el primer día falló el código de acceso al portal y el segundo día falló el código de acceso a la habitación. Cierto es que la persona de contacto enseguida respondió vía telefónica. Aunque esto no es fallo de ellos, es del sistema que tienen de apertura de puertas, la segunda noche hemos tenido que soportar a otra persona dando empujones a nuestra puerta porque no le abría SU código, (estaba equivocado de puerta), pienso que con una llave física esto no nos hubiera sucedido. En general, al apartamento le sobra la palabra "SUITE". En el baño no hay donde colgar la toalla del lavabo, la habitación era un zulo, no tiene ventanas salvo una claraboya en el techo que no tenemos ni idea de como se abre ni se cierra. En fin, no volveremos aquí.

La cama estaba hundida, el grifo escacharrao y mi ventana daba al techo. Lo peor alguien programo la alarma de la Alexa a las 9 la mañana 😭 y me tire un rato hasta que entendí que era la Alexa jaja.

Son láminas de plástico enmarcadas por madera. Alojamiento de dos habitaciones , tabique central no llega al techo. 0 intimidad en habitaciones y baño. Se escucha hasta el respirar.

• Carolina (8/5): Correcto con limitaciones - La ubicación. Instalaciones correctas. Nuevas y confortables. Que las habitaciones estaban separadas por un muro que no llegaba al techo, por lo que se oís hasta el respirar de las personas de la habitación contigua. Por lo que no había intimidad.

• Jan (4/5): Jerez is prachtige stad maar appartement zou ik niet meer boeken. - De locatie was dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden in het centrum. Accommodatie was schoon. Prima douche. Vrijwel onmogelijk om contact te krijgen met host. Apps werden niet beantwoord. Telefoon wel opgenomen, maar host sprak alleen Spaans en verbrak na een paar zinnen de verbinding. Meermalen voorgekomen. Er kwam vrijwel geen daglicht het appartement binnen. Het bed was slecht.
• Ana Belén (8/5): Para un finde está bien - La ubicación. Todo el mobiliario es nuevo, el interior del apartamento estaba reformado, estaba muy limpio. Tiene una Alexa que aparte de poner música enciende las luces. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle, que es bastante tranquila porque es peatonal pero cuando pasa gente o hay ruido se escucha todo. La puerta de entrada al propio apartamento es de aluminio y cristal. Para ir al baño hay un escalón. Dentro de las zonas comunes del edificio hay olor a humedad. Mala insonorización tanto con las zonas comunes como con el exterior. La entrada del edificio es por una calle peatonal muy estrecha y las ventanas que dan a la calle están muy cerca del edificio de enfrente.

And it wasn’t clean so we didn’t even wade our feet in it. And the pool Was the reason I booked this place

• Pablo (9/5): UN REMANSO EN EL CENTRO DE JEREZ - Ubicación, limpieza, tranquilidad, confort. La piscina es una charca no una piscina
• mnevemr (8/5): - Todo, muy amplio, en pleno centro y cerca de todo, muy limpio, agradable, equipada con todo lo necesario... La cama un poco dura, y alexa no iba o no estaba bien configurada, te ponían mensajes para hablarle y no lo hacia...
• Maria del Carmen (6/5): - La ubicación cerca del centro El aparcamiento todo lo del alrededor es zona azul y sino parking de pago, que al final te sale la estancia por un dinero contando ese extra. Al apartamento le faltan algunos detalles (papelera en el baño por ejemplo), el sofá se hace un poco incómodo si vas en familia por no ser de más capacidad y eso si sigue sin arreglar la gotera que tenían en el techo. Las puertas dan poca intimidad. Las camas están sin almohadas, son cojines. Nada más entrar te choca el olor a humedad. El cartel de los precios de todos los complementos del estudio da mala imagen, entiendo que exista un deterioro en ellos por el uso o la conservación pero está en las personas el tratar bien lo que no es tuyo sino aplicar una fianza.
