• Diego (1/5): - La ubicación. El apartamento fue entregado muy muy sucio. Ropas de cama sucias e insuficientes. La cocina con chorretes de suciedad por dentro y fuera de los armarios. Los fogones hacían años que no se limpiaban. Tras reportar todas estas deficiencias al encargado, nos estuvo toreando pero bien para no atendernos. No lo recomiendo en absoluto y mucho menos teniendo que pagar 40€ por día.
• Valentina (5/5): - Bell appartamento con due belle camere da letto e un piccolo salottino. Grandi finestre in tutte e tre le stanze con una vista veramente spettacolare della città. Di sera il panorama ancora più magnifico... Ci tornerei solamente x questo motivo. Due giorni prima dell arrivo mi è arrivato un messaggio dallo staff dicendo che l appartamento prenotato e già pagato non era più disponibile e che ce ne avrebbero dato un altro con una sola camera da letto invece che con due camere da letto. ( Non abbiamo accettato questa cosa e alla fine c è stato dato quello che avevamo prenotato) La TV in camera non funzionava. L appartamento è un po' da ristrutturare , ma di base bello a parte il bagno che sarebbe proprio da rifare un po' tutto. Quando si fa la doccia si allaga dappertutto Non c erano asciugamani. Abbiamo chiesto allo staff e ce ne hanno portato uno da utilizzare in tre persone dicendo che sarebbero tornati immediatamente a portarci gli altri due , ma non sono mai tornati.. Ho mandato più messaggi chiedendo gentilmente di portarne altri due , ma nulla. ..la cosa più triste è che non si sono mai degnati di rispondere a nessuna chiamata e nessuno dei messaggi. Non è stato un bel comportamento.

Tuvimos Internet unas horas. El edificio está en ruinas y la ubicación pésima. Tuvimos que cambiarnos de hospedaje. Fuimos víctimas de un fraude, que se ha denunciado; pagas por un servicio y ubicación que no corresponden. Estoy en espera de que booking asuma su responsabilidad. No es lo que se ofrece

• ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣ ΣΑΓΙΕΝΤ (5/5): - The location was excellent but with a warning that no one will inform you. When renting this apartment, be aware that it is located in a hotel and not in a private apartment as most people would think. Otherwise, if you are quiet and without many searches and curiosities to explore, it is good and if you are a couple, they want you to prove that you are married, otherwise they are disappointed to stay with a woman regardless of whether you booked the room for at least 2 in this apartment, be careful for tourists from Europe and the West in particular!! Now what I didn't like is very much and I will explain it all to you and prevent you from going somewhere where you are deprived of your freedom because quite simply you are being watched by people who are informants of the country's state system, especially in the center in the Western Ballad area, be very careful!! Now my main problems were 2 very important ones with the little one in age but otherwise Mr. Mohamed .... First of all 10 hours before going to the apartment at midnight he informed me that I could not stay in the apartment I rented for 2 days because it has an electrical problem and needs to be fixed and he took me to an apartment in Tahrir Square which had nothing to do with the apartment I rented. Secondly when it was time to change I sent him a message the night before to tell me what time we would change the next day which apartment and he replied with a tone that I will tell you the time you will change which apartment. A bit of bad behavior in my personal opinion and something else very important he forbade me when one night I went to enter the apartment with a woman and he did a very good job to protect me and him as well as the woman while I had rented it for 2 people because as I told you before it is not allowed in the APARTMENT in question I UNDERLINE THIS HOTEL and not a private apartment after all. But why should he inform me after I came with the lady after I had rented the apartment since I was going with her and not before we both reached this unpleasant position? Is it logical that they do not inform tourists about the cultural issues they have in their country and that you can be charged and even imprisoned for something like that?! Where are we living in the Middle Ages??? So let this Mr. Mohammed and the security officials of this state get serious and keep Western tourists informed, especially because they can very easily end up somewhere else from their vacation...

• janet (10/5): Relaxing comfortable stay of 10 days. - The apartment stay of 10 days was excellent. Very comfortable. Fantastic views of sun set and down town Cairo. kitchen well fitted out. Washing machine a plus. Lots of local grocery shop and wine shop. Greek club at the end of the road for Greek an Egyptian food. Good prices. Staff attentive. Had a little problem with cleaning of the apartment, but all was well. I would definitely return to this apartment. Maybe have acess to brush, shovel ,mop and cleaning cloths.

• Quiroz Soto (8/5): Good value for money and lovely staff - Great location in downtown. The staff was very kind and attentive. There were two staff members called Mahmoud. One contacted me ahead of the visit to confirm arrival time, etc. The other Mahmoud lives next door was very attentive with all our needs and requests!! A very kind and nice person. 1. BOOKING.com will list this as "hotel," but BEWARE, this is not a hotel. It's more like an airbnb.... it's basically a fully equipped independent flat/apartment. Not a hotel. We wanted a hotel and booking.com listed as a hotel. It worked out in the end, but it was awkward with my friends who wanted a hotel and trusted me to have booked a hotel! 2. The bedding was not clean. The duvets were stacked inside a wardrobe and smelled and looked like they had been used and never washed!!! The beds had nothing to cover yourself with. We slept with the AC on, so we definitely needed something to cover ourselves with!! I asked Mahmoud to provide flat sheets for all of us and he gave us fresh and clean ones.

• Christina (9/5): Superb - The studio is so beautiful! Comfortable beds with high quality linen. The wooden floors are very clean. We love wooden floors. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious. The view from the 8th floor is great and you can keep the windows open at night. Do not be surprised when you enter the building, because the rest of the building is not very clean (especially the courtyard within the building.) The studio itself is very clean. The staff was very helpful (via WhatsApp and in person). The directions to the building and the elevator were clear. The location is very close to the Egyptian museum (the old museum. The new GEM is in Giza.) The only thing we could not figure out was the bathroom (We kept flooding the floor. But there is a drainage in the floor. So no problem.)
• Lyndsay (6/5): owner need to take more account into what people say ie me telling him I am deaf but no regard made for this as the staf - had a washing machine which sadly I didnt get to use. what was very good is they let me store some luggage while I was away for 5 days I am deaf and I had told the owner this but his helpers had not been given this information and knock quietly so I did not hear them caused afew time wasted hours

• Daniel (5/5): Passable - The positive things here are the location, that there is a balcony where you can sit comfortably in the evening and very important. a liquor store is 50 m away and the beer there is half cheaper than in Giese practically the same prices as in Germany. there are now two separate rooms so my sleep-disturbed and sensitive buddy could sleep in peace far away from my snoring. the staff are not very friendly. you have to ask for everything individually, for towels, bed linen or for the soap to be refilled in the bathroom. We were also not allowed to receive visitors, not even for 5 minutes, but it seems to be common practice here that you are not allowed to receive anyone in the hotel or apartment. they remain hard and inflexible. It was also not easy when showering because the button did not click into place and you had to constantly hold it and shower with the other hand, otherwise there was only a foot shower. and the elevator is also life-threatening but as we discovered apparently standard in Cairo. and if it stops you just have to press the second floor several times.
• Jessica (8/5): Central location and friendly manager make up for apartment shortfalls - Mahmoud contacted me before our stay and offered tours and airport transfers. We accepted the transfers which worked well. He met us at apartment on arrival and accompanied us down the road helping us get take-away food plus drinks from a supermarket. Definitely above and beyond. There are I think 3 apartments in total. We had the 2 bedroom one without balcony. The other two had balconies which we got to see, they were marvellous. Our beds were comfy. Washing machine was used gratefully. Location is excellent, very central. Great TV. Bathroom needs TLC. We were offered to switch to another apartment but it was only 1 bedrooms (ours had 2) and our teenage daughter wanted to have her own room. No pots supplied so we didn’t cook. Only one set of keys which was tricky. Only one towel supplied for three people but more were brought when requested.
• Marion (9/5): Very big apartment, good value for money. - The location was good, close to main centre. Big rooms, big tv, nice balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. The lift is terrifying and it broke down for a couple of minutes between floors twice in two days. Wifi didn’t work and there were no towels provided.

• Gbenga (9/5): Nice Stay - I stayed for 4 nights at midnight Nile view suites , I made a reservation on booking for this property because of the location of that place. At first , when I booked this studio on booking , Mr Mahmoud contacted with me directly and he helped me Alot. Mr . Mahmoud offered me his program to make my stay in Egypt so cool , at first he offered me a shuttle to pick up me from the airport to the studio. The driver was so good , he was holding a sign with my name and studio's name , his hospitality was so cool. And while I was talking with Mr.mahmoud , I decided to book Giza pyramids tour + dinner cruise tour ( offers were amazing ) .and he booked the driver+ the guide and everything. When I arrived to the studio, the hospitality was great too . The place was so cool , outside is a big and safe area , a lot of restaurants downstairs , pharmacy , mobile shop , supermarkets ..etc . What I discovered inside the studio was really awesome. Inside the studio: The bathroom is very big and you will be enjoying by having a shower everyday. Everything you need in the kitchen you can find , kitchen with stove , microwave , air fryer, plates , big and small cups , spoons and forks, kettle, tea and nescafe , fridge.. etc. and they also have washing machine at the bathroom. For the bedroom: Good mattress with clean sheets , with a huge screen to watch movies and series. Then we have 2 conceted balcony , it is very huge one with a big table , you can eat inside the balcony and enjoy by the view and the fresh air. Thanks alot to mahmoud for using his sim card to use data . My stay was amazing and I would to thank Mahmoud again for his efforts , tours , tour guide and driver. I will be back again. Nothing

• Georgina (8/5): Super convenient location and slept very well. - The location is great close to Talaat Harb Square with many shops and restaurants to explore. An easy walk to Go Bus Tahrir Station too. The apartment had two bedrooms and a small TV room. Great views over the Egyptian Museum and towards the River Nile, especially with all the lights in the evening. The apartment is clean and the bed is super comfortable is duvets available. Downtown Cairo is full of very old buildings so don't be put off by the outside, stairwell and lifts.

It was quiet and a nice size. The bedroom had a good air conditioner. The toilet tap was leaking badly, and the lift got stuck. There was no ice in the deep freeze, and not enough coffee was supplied.

• Stefano (5/5): Look elsewhere - Location: very close to Tahrir Square and main shopping avenue Management: Eslam, the apartment manager, was extremely attentive and responsive at any time of the day The building is completely rundown The elevator, when it works, is a tragedy waiting to happen The kitchen is dingy The bathroom is dated and there is a water leak from the shower onto the bathroom floor We lost power one day and as such we had no AC and no running water that triggered us to forfeit the last night of our stay and move to a different hotel
• Orlandor (10/5): Excellent - The apartment is conveniently located near the metro and lively streets, making it easy to find. Inside, it's beautifully kept and very spacious: working air conditioning, modern kitchen and bathroom appliances, reliable Wi-Fi, etc. Above all, hosts Mahmoud and Eslam are exceptional. Communication with them was seamless, and they quickly resolved any questions or issues we had during our stay. Their genuine hospitality made our visit to Cairo both comfortable and enjoyable.
• Mushtaque (10/5): Great holiday apartment and location with many organised tours. - Great location, right near restaurants, cafes and shops that open until the early hours of the morning. The apartment was excellent for our family party of 4 adults, the rooms were air-conditioned especially needed in June. One of the host Eslam was living in the next flat and was very helpful, always asking if we needed anything or get groceries for us. We were out most of the time and using the apartment as a base for our tours. Mahmoud, the manager organised the tours to Alexandria and the Pyramid complex with a driver and an english speaking tour guide Ramy. Ramy had an excellent knowledge of the sites that we visited and especially Egyptian history. Nothing really, enjoyed our trip very much.
• Stefkundig (6/5): Nice location and helpful host but several issues with the apartment - Mahmood and Islam were very eager to help and quick to answer our every question. Mahmood was also kind enough to let us check in early. The studio is very spacious, has good AC, and the fact that is on the 8th floor gives you some nice views and also some protection from the street noise. The location is also excellent, walking distance to many restaurants and places of interest. The mattress was completely flat on one side so the two of us we had to squeeze on the other one. The elevator was not working half of the time and we had to use the stairs (which were a lot..). Overall the apartment was not very clean, and if you plan on cooking, be aware that the stove can be dangerous (we almost set ourselves on fire before figuring out it was deffective..) and the kitchen lacks even basic ingredients such as salt and pepper. The price is really on the high side comparing to what you can find in Cairo, not value for money.

• Stanislas (10/5): Perfect place in dowtown Cairo! - - Great place to stay in vibrant downtown Cairo - Mahmoud the manager of the place made everything so easy. Great communication with him. He helped with two airport transfers and the driver was right on time both times. Mahmoud also offers visit and tours which I didn't have the time during this but I'll be sure to book them with him the next time I'll be in Cairo. -The place is very clean and spatious. - The bed was super comfy! - Everything was perfect - The only downside might be the slow elevator ride :) but it didn't take anything away from the lovely stay.

• Ali (1/5): I would not recommend this property until Booking.com safety team has given it clearance. - nothing Health and safety issues! 1- absolutely dangerous cooker hob with ignition wire next to gas burner and gas cynlinder underneath ( as shown in pictures attached) 2) Exposed live wires next to headboard. 3) No curtain in sleeping area.Bitten by mosquitos or bed bugs. Outside balcony curtain torn and blown down from the wind. Very very squeaky floors so loud would disturb the person who was staying with you. We have video footage and pictures. Currently Booking.com safety team are looking into it.

The comfort of our stay was exceptional, with cozy rooms and all the necessary amenities provided. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the city with ease. I must highlight the impeccable service provided by the caretaker, Mr. Islam, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Similarly, the owner, Mr. Mahmood, was very accommodating and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. Moreover, I would like to commend the pickup driver, Mr. Badra, for his safe and reliable transportation services. He ensured that my family arrived at the apartment securely and in a timely manner, adding an extra layer of convenience to our trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I won't say that I didn't like anything. • Khalifa (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed one night at the midtown Nile view suites for one night. At the beginning , before arrival to the place , Mahmoud contacted with me to make everything easy for me. And I arrived well to the studio. And I really noticed that this place is really matching with the pictures on booking. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. All things you need you will get inside the apartment such as wifi , kitchen with it's specs ( stove + kettle+ microwave+air fryer+ refrigerator..etc) , iron machine and table for ironing. The balcony is consisting of 2 balconies but they connected to each other. I loved to take my tea inside the balcony. And the location admired me so much , it is too close to the Egyptian museum , restaurants , Nile river , and a lot of supermarkets down . By the Day, I met Mahmoud , and he has a great itinerary for visiting Egypt , so he can let you visit Giza pyramids , old Cairo , Alexandria , Luxor and sawn , white desert..etc I really extended my stay for more nights because I liked the place too much.

For my apartment : it is very spacious , great balcony with a great location with a beautiful flowers 🌹 inside the balcony. You feel like you are at your home , private bathroom, kitchen., all specs you need you will find inside the kitchen , they have Also fridge , washing machine , microwave, air fryer. Hair dryer...etc I will come again to this place. • Cristian (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very nice and helped me out with all the details i wanted. In the first night it was a little cold in the room but it got resolved the next day. I traveled for work for two weeks in Cairo and if I'll have to travel again, this is definitely the place I would stay

• Mahdi (10/5): Central location with handy convenience stores within walking distance from hotel. - Mr. Mahmoud was approachable, friendly, always communicative. Mr. Islam was always onsite to provide us help in any way. Location of hotel was superb, near to Nile River, Tahrir Square and National Museum (within 10 mins walking distance). Nothing.
• Rahul (10/5): Exceptional - Clean. Newly renovated. Great location. Large bedroom.
• Rafal (10/5): Exceptional - I recommend it, for someone who wants a quiet and clean place , It was great place to stay, The internet is great and stable and I absolutely loved the amazing view (The view of the Nile River ) from the balcony , and they provide all the tools that may be used to prepare food, The place is in the center of the city and close to the Egyptian Museum and Go-bus station and Tahrir Square just 3 minutes walk It was a great experience, and I hope it will be repeated again. Nothing
• Hani (10/5): Incredible and comfortable - VERY clean, great location, and amazing host and other staff The elevator, but its not a property thing, most elevators in egypt have that same design
• Kperwaiz (10/5): Exceptional - We were the first guest at this property, so it was sparkling clean and all the appliances, as mentioned in the listing, were brand new. This eighth floor apartment is located near Tahreer Square with great views of The Nile from the terrace. Both elevators worked well during our stay. There is no concierge service but yet the best part was the customer service. Property manager, Mahmoud received us on our arrival and also assisted us in the middle of the night as our departure flight was early in the morning. In between he was very prompt to answer all our queries. He also arranged the City and Alexandria tours. Airport pickup and drop-off was complementary. So thanks a lot Br Mahmoud and staff, we shall return. It is understandable that the property is still under construction but the noise levels were kept to minimum. Minor issues have been notified and hopefully will be fixed for the next guests.
