• Helen (10/5): Excellent Accomodation, in a central fabulous location - We are a family of 4 (teenage children), and were greeted by the owner and he was so lovely, but also helpful with hints and advice when asked. The location is central, near restaurants, supermarkets, and literally 15 minutes walk from Rome Termini and 4 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. The restaurant round the corner was amazing (Restaurant Boccaccio) in case you need a dinner suggestion. The room itself is basic but comfortable, the beds comfy and the kitchen area is a bonus. The place was very safe and secure as well. Overall, we had a really great stay here and would certainly recommend it to other families. We loved our stay and didn’t have a bad word to say about it.

The man who checked us in, I can’t remember his name, but he was so nice and so helpful giving us tips and map of the area and making sure we knew all that would help us while we were visiting Rome. Awesome. Also I loved the windows and the street… just a great apartment while we were there. Thank you!!

Precisei de alguns utensílios de cozinha e no dia seguinte já os tinha à minha porta! Perto de supermercados, cafés, restaurantes, e a 5 minutos da Fontana de trevi. Bairro calmo Colchões desconfortáveis. Barulho da rua à noite. É um prédio antigo e como tal, as janelas isolam muito pouco ouvindo-se as pessoas a passar e a conversar.

Pan, który przekazywał nam klucze bardzo uśmiechnięty, pomocny, wytłumaczył dokładnie co znajduje się w okolicy, miał przygotowaną mapę, na której wszystko rozrysował, dodatkowo odpowiadał na wszelkie zadawane pytania, nawet te niezwiązane z pokojem. Wynajęliśmy apartament z dwoma osobnymi pokojami i jedną łazienką. Z minusów, które my zauważyliśmy to nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji i jedyne lustro, które znajdowało się w apartamencie było w łazience- jednak przydałoby się dodatkowe umieszczone w pokojach bądź salonie ... Drugi minus kłopotliwy głównie dla Pań, bo chcąc się pomalować blokują całą łazienkę, a przy 5 osobach jednak przy jednej, szczególnie rano i wieczorami robi się tłoczno. Okolica spokojna, wszędzie blisko, dostępne wi-fi. Cena adekwatna do jakości, polecam! Brzydki zapach z kanalizacji, jedno lustro

• Frank van Opijnen (4/5): Perfecte ligging, maar zorg dat je niet te veel aanwezig bent. - Ligging van het appartement is super. Alles op loopafstand, restaurantjes en supermarkt om de hoek. Appartement was zeker niet schoon. Vieze lucht, de lattenbodem van het bed was kapot incl een stapel boeken onder het bed om verder doorzakken te voorkomen. Toiletbril had zijn beste tijd gehad. En badkamer was vies, compleet met schimmel.

• Nathalie (9/5): Fijn knus appartement voor een gezin van max 5 personen in hartje centrum Rome - De super behulpzame en vriendelijke host hielp ons binnen en legde alles uit. Ik hou altijd van extra handdoeken en dat mocht ook. Het appartement zit op een top locatie, vlakbij Trevi fonteinen en iets verder zijn de Spaanse trappen. Mijn dochter en ik hebben veel gelopen maar sommige andere gezinsleden pakte liever de bus of metro en dat was ook prima. Wij vonden alles goed te lopen (Colloseum, Vaticaanstad, etc). Twee slaapkamer en in een kleine woonkamer nog een slaapbank, prima voor 5 personen. Douche was prima en kleine keuken. Wij hebben hier zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt maar het is er. In de aankomsthal (gezamenlijk voor twee appartementen) is de WIFI het beste. Mijn tiener kinderen gingen daar soms zitten op de bank. Er hing een specifieke geur waar mijn man last van had. Toen we wat meer luchtte, werd het iets beter.
• Anne (9/5): Kjempe fornøyde!!! - Topp beliggenhet midt i byen. Vi hadde frokost og kaffe på kjøkkenet om morgenen, noe som passet bra for oss som familie. Kjempefint og ha et felles område med kjøkkenbord som vi ble sittende ved på kveldene også. Vi hadde sovet bedre hvis det ikke var dobbelt laken/teppe i sengene. En godt voksen mor med 3 voksne døtre, men vi skjønner at det er normen så vi gjorde det beste ut av det. Det hadde vært fint om det lå ekstra laken og tepper der.

• Kelly (8/5): Wonderful and would definitely recommend thank you - Host was lovely, provided lots of detail and checked we were ok during stay, sorted transfers. Minor issue would have utilised a bread knife as we got locally made bread which needed slicing and the butter knife wasn’t up to it. But not many people would require this.
• Susanne (1/5): Laut, klamm und feucht. - Gute Lage. Zwar laut aber sehr zentral. Die Pumpe im Bad hat Tag und Nacht einen Höllenlärm gemacht. Schimmeliger Geruch überall und Schimmel im Bad. Kein Fenster im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Abwasser lief aus. Unverschämter Vermieter, der uns zunächst keine weiteren Laken und Handtücher rausrücken wollte. Abzocke!
• ELENA (7/5): Muy buena ubiación - La ubicación es perfecta, en 5 min estas en la fontana de trevi y muy cerca de metro y autobuses para recorrer la ciudad. Las camas y las almohadas perfectas para descansar despues de un dia largo. Vasco el anfitrion, super amable y nos explico con detalle lo mas importante que visitar y que transporte utilizar. El olor del baño, había que cerrar la puerta para que no saliese a las habitaciones.
• Aziz (7/5): - I really liked the way the owner of the apartment followed up with us... to make sure we arrived... and that we knew how to take the right train from the airport to him... he was with us every step of the way... and waited for us despite our delays... and his excellent reception, he was very, very kind... and he talked with us about his previous visit to Egypt. The place is right in the center of Rome, close to everything without exception. The apartment is excellent... clean, and has everything you would expect in my own home... two bedrooms, a bathroom, and air conditioning & heater..... My personality does not like crowds and noise... It was surrounding the place... but its sound did not reach me inside the apartment... and as is known, places like this are famous for thieves.

La strada è poco trafficata quindi non impatta ma l attività di pulizia strada e carico scarico merci dei locali vicini in alcuni giorni si fa sentire

The access to the apartment was unusual and only one key allowed. They could add mirrors to each bedroom would make it more efficient than waiting on the bathroom to be available.

• Julie (8/5): Good location, Very helpful host. - Our flight was delayed by 1hr which meant we would be arriving at the apartment after 9pm. I text Loris who was meeting us there. He was extremely helpful. He waited for us to give us the keys. He also gave us a map and absolutely loads of information on where to go and eat. His recommendation for our first meal turned out to be the very best while we were there. Proper home cooked roman food. Having given us his whattsapp number he left. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our dhort dtay. It was just out of the way of the noisy busy road but a good location for walking out and about and a lovely breakfast restaurant just at the bottom of the road on the corner. Also very nice for a pre cocktail before venturing further afield in the evenings. That we had to walk up yet another hill !!!!

Dirty dishes not cleaned properly on rack, dust on floor in bedrooms, sticky floor - not mopped! Hair in drain of shower!

Trevi Fountain was a short walk as was one of the free water spigots to refill water bottles. The apartment had only a small cot in the main sitting room. It worked out fine as our youngest used it as a bed, but a sofa would have sufficed as bedding and a better place for others to sit.

• Michelle (9/5): Perfect location for a stay in Rome - highly recommend - Brilliant location, just a quick walk to the Trevi fountain and central walkable distance to other key sights. 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable and accommodated us well for our stay and air conditioning was very welcome in the hot weather. The host is very helpful and took us through the places to see on our trip. Kitchen is compact but was all we needed, the apartment is very well located with a supermarket and many restaurants near by.

• Dleb1 (4/5): Horribly small and dirty apartment in a good location - The host was very pleasant and accomodating and the accomodation is in a good location for accessing Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and shopping precinct and there is a good mercato at the bottom of the road The apartment is extremely small, the images are taken at deceptive angles and with wide angle lens. The living/kitchen area is a joke. The kitchen is minute, with limited cooking utensils and it is dirty. They could not even bother putting in new dish clothes, instead preferring to leave manky used ones that had been used many times. The bedrooms are tiny and there is barely room for a case. The bathroom smelt foul the whole time. For the price, it is not worth is

• Amanda (10/5): Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. - The location was great. It is within walking distance of anything you could wish for. Also, the ability to shut out noise and light was amazing for sleep. And, I must say the staff, Loris, was exceptional and full of knowledge. He took the time to orient us and help us feel a part of his beautiful city. The street noise was a bit loud when the windows were open, but it became a wonderful part of the experience and culture.

• Sharon (4/5): This property is over priced, not clean and not safe. - The location was good Where to start. It has a youth hostel vibe. The beds are old and uncomfortable and the bedding smells. The stove did not work and had to wait for property manager to get in the next day to fix. It is very loud next to street. The bathroom was NOT clean as evidenced by someone else’s bathroom products left in the rusty shower caddy. Keys are needed to lock door on both sides meaning if my friend locked me in for safety when she went on morning runs there was no way for me to get out in case of emergency. I was literally locked in. Would I stay again? No. For half the price? Still no.

In easy reach of a number of nice restaurants and bars. Apartment was well appointed and great for location. Great to be met by Loris on arrival and to hear his recommendations. Kitchen space was a bit restricted.

He assisted with details regarding our accommodation and access, but also arranged private transfers from and to the airport, as well as providing valuable local knowledge for our stay! Brilliant location too, so easy to walk to all the major sites from here.

• Gerta (5/5): Passable - the location is excellent, the rooms for that price was good, it is a little small for 4 adults but manageable. bathroom is good. the biggest problem is the kitchen area set up. not enough coffee cups only i small and 1 larger wine glass. coffee maker not expectable for even 2 adults. all in all 2 adults and children would be ok. the manager lorian? is extremely friendly and help full. gerta m KITCHEN SETUP!!!

• Graham (4/5): Aida - The position to the Trevi Fountain was great. It was also walking distance to the Colosseum, Trastevere, the Pantheon. Our host Lori's was very good to us and kind. He allowed us to keep our luggage there after checkout as our flights were in the later part of the day. The Place was too small for 5 people. We had to open our suitcases in the hallway as there wasn't enough space in the bedroom, and keep them there. The bathroom was spacious but there was mold on the walls, in particular, in the shower and above. The toilet system required an electric pump, which would go off during the night. The kitchen was very small, not for cooking and was in a cupboard. The neighbors were loud and argued through the night. Would I stay there again...no

Close to the metro (we walked to and from the property with our luggage—not too bad of a walk considering we had 5 suitcases and 4 backpacks) and easy walking to nearby restaurants, shopping, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. There are also a few restaurants just a few steps from the property if you’re looking for a nice dinner after a long day of sightseeing that’s close by. Loris was a perfect host—very friendly, explained how to get to the popular places and marked them on the map. He also provided us with an extra bed at the last minute! It was a great start to our stay in Rome!

Within walking distance of main attractions The apartment was superficially clean but can do with thorough cleaning of specifically the 'kitchen' space and bathroom. While searching for an item under the bed, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned for months. The kitchen is poorly equipped.

• Fiona (9/5): Wonderful stay in Rome, Aida was so very helpful in booking taxis, telling us where to go - It was ideally located to shopping and restaurants and a few minutes to the beautiful Trevi fountain ❤️ Air conditioning can not be left on to keep it cool and would like the towels changed during our stay

It was very hot and the air conditioning was amazing. Very quiet at night which was also a bonus if you have children. The cooking facilities were a little lacking but we didn't need them as ate out.

He met us at the property, showed us everything and gave us a lot of tips on what to see, how to get there and where we can get groceries. Loris really went out of his way to assist us. The property was in a perfect location. We could walk to every sight we wanted to visit - Colosseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain and much more. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We can really recommend this place. We will definitely be back for another visit.
