• JOSÉ JUAN (4/5): Buena ubicación, silencioso y tranquilo. Necesita un cambio de mobiliario en uno de los dormitorios - La ubicación muy buena, a menos de un cuarto de la estación y céntrico. Al no dar a la calle no había vistas, pero en cambio bastante silencioso. La escalera de la entrada al edificio estaba muy deteriorada. Y un tramo de la escalera echaba para atrás, no sabíamos si era viejo o sucio. Muchas escaleras para gente de nuestra edad, 70 años . Después de todo el día andando , demasiadas escaleras. El depósito de la escoba aspirador estaba lleno y daba repelús usarlo. No había escoba manual. La tostadora era antigua y difícil de manejar. Uno de los baños estaba como metido dentro de la segunda habitación, y al usarlo , molestaba al huésped que dormía en él. Creo que para gente más joven , con menos experiencia de viajes, muy bien .

• Araújo (8/5): Great sta at Firenze - We liked the location, it's very close to all the monuments and the station. The appartment has air conditioning and all that we needed. The bedrooms have a nice size and are in good conditions. We liked the decorations. One of the bathrooms had a problema with the smell from the plumbing but with the door closed was ok. There weren't any sheets for the sofa or an extra set of towels for the fifth person but we ended up only being four due to personal reasons so it wasn't a problem.

• Yan (6/5): Pleasant - Good location in the center. Very long stairs from ground to the room. Bedroom and bathrooms are quite small, especially the bathroom with a strange smell of the water. Very Old facilities.

• Daria (1/5): Never again - Location Bed sheets and towels dirty. Horrible smell in the whole apartment. Broken bed. Broken door handle. Amenities only for one person. No shower gel, empty bottle. Dirty walls everywhere. Old and broken windows. Very bag smell again. Coffee was already open, not hygienic and safe. Not worth the money. Picture did mislead us.
• Manuel (3/5): Poor - The only good thing I can say about this place is that it is close to Santa Maria Novella and close enough of main attractions in Florence. The place had not been cleaned as we arrived, I had to tell Giulia it was all dirty, beds undone, lots of waste, used towels on the steps. She sent someone who did a "fast" cleaning the best the guy could in a couple hours. We rented the place for 5 people but had towels for 4 only and they did not send the towel early as requested. I think we have been more than patient, but at 9:55 they came to tell us to empty the place. The owners were not really taking care of the place. The shower shows fungi from poor cleaning. I will not return and cannot recommend the place.
• Eric (10/5): Great experience exploring Florence from this location. Very comfortable. Highky recommended. - Perfect location in Florence Center, walking distance to most of what needs to be seen in Florence. Be aware of ZTL areas in Florence where you can’t drive. fines can be high. This location is only 0.7 miles away from safe parking structure outside of ZTL making it easy to get in and out.

• Phong (7/5): Good - an appartment which was good for a group of friend. the heater system was ussually turned off. We could not turn on it by oursleves.
• Anna (7/5): amazing - everything except the last floor without elevator the building has not elevator , the property is on the last floor and very difficult to take it upstairs
• Richard (5/5): Great location but customer service and some standards were below expected level. - Great location although stairs are very steep Beds were made up with just sheets, duvets were in the cupboards with no available covers for them. One of the duvets was dirty with dried blood. We asked for duvet covers on the morning of our second day of 2 night stay but they weren’t provided. The upstairs seating area on the photographs is not accessible, there is a sign stating do not use.
• Silvana (9/5): The apartment itself was extremely clean, comfy beds, location was good. 10 min easy walk from the station and 5 min to - Everything The 4 flights of stairs, no lift, that was not mentioned
• Angelica (9/5): Comfortable and clean apartment in the heart of Florence. - The apartment was very nice and seemed newly renovated. It was very clean and much bigger than expected! The beds were very comfortable. Such a plus to have air conditioning during a very hot end of September weekend. The hosts provided all the necessary information. The location was unbeatable; close to the train station and all the best sights and restaurants. We would definitely suggest as a great place to stay in Florence! We only had one small issue but it is not something I believe is in the hosts’ control and that was that there was a strong sewage smell in the bathrooms. To be fair though there were a few apartments under construction in the building so it’s possible that could be a reason. We opened the windows in the evening though and it helped.
• Claire (10/5): Extremely clean, great location and the hostess is absolutely lovely. - The apartment is in an amazing location and a short walk to everything you would want to do in florence! The river and bridges are literally on your doorstep. The apartment itself is very clean and modern with huge mirrors and air con. Also not to mention the owner is so kind and helpful and even gave us some fresh flowers! The only fault i would have for the property is that it is up a very steep flight of stairs, so I only wouldn’t recommend if you have a disability or children with buggy’s ect.
