Parfait pour des personnes qui ont l'habitude de marcher pour aller à la plage ou faire les courses car un proche et grand mercadona tout près avec une galerie de divers magasins. Il y a un peu de dénivelé mais en tant que personne active ou sportive, ça ne pose aucun problème à pied. Maintenant parking public accessible vraiment tout près du studio donc pour les personnes qui ont plus de difficultés de circuler, cela reste une belle adresse. Petit studio avec juste ce qu'il faut pour 2 personnes donc pas possible de recevoir des amis ou même la famille qui passe pour juste un apéro en attendant leurs logements. D'ailleurs, la propriétaire Mai est tout de suite venue s'informer de qui c'était et ce qui se passait.... Donc même si nous sommes très respectueux, nous ne sommes pas libres de nos faits et gestes. Pas trop bien agencé en cas de mauvais temps car obliger de rentrer la petite table ronde 2 personnes de la terrasse pour manger à l'intérieur entre le mur et le lit. Pour un meilleur agencement du studio, un divan lit et non un lit 2 personnes 140/200. Cela prend trop de place. Une petite table pliable au mur avec 2 tabourets. Un miroir, hors de la salle de bain serait un plus en tant que femme, pour se maquiller, se coiffer et afin de laisser se préparer l'autre personnes à son aise. Et peut être aussi une TV au mur car quand le temps n'est pas de la partie ou que l'on rentre tôt, c'est un plus afin de pouvoir se divertir un minimum. La machine à laver n'est pas dans le studio alors qu'il y a de la place dans la salle de bain. Il faut demander les clefs à Mai et aller au garage. Donc nous ne sommes pas libre de faire des machines comme on en a envie.

• Sabine (10/5): Sehr gepflegt und sauber! - Ein sehr gepflegtes 1 – Zimmer Apartment mit Kochnische und Badezimmer mit WC. Hat eine kleine Terrasse mit angenehmen Ausblick. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Mai, die das Apartment vermietet, ist sehr nett. Der Aufenthalt in dem Apartement und die Umgebung ist auch für alleinreisende Frauen geeignet. -

• Lorena (9/5): Bella ma attenzione a scale, gisrdino ed aria condizionata! - Posizione abbastanza vicina a tutto se ci si sposta in macchina, ma comunque lontana dalla confusione del centro; struttura pulita e fornita di tutto Dalle immagini non avevo intuito fosse al secondo piano e il giardinetto che si vede non fosse per gli ospiti, inoltre non c'è aria condizionata ma solo una palazzina dul soffitto....che va bene se si va a ottobre....ma forse ad agosto la stanza potrebbe risultare un po soffocante

• D (9/5): Great host - kind and caring! Welcomed us on arrival, checked in during our stay & came to say bye. - This place was perfect for a stay. Mai came to meet us and settled us in - she is so friendly!. We had everything we needed and the location was great for where we wanted to be. We were so lucky to find this amazing apartment last minute due to a change in our holiday stay. We were visiting friends at Bar Tasca which which was a few minutes walk around the corner. We could have cut through the pool area however we only had the back gate key from the apartment so couldn't get out the front entrance from the pool to Bar Tasca and the shop that ate over the road. Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming. Sports and great food. Shame we had to walk round but it was only a few minutes walk from the pool to the apartment and then 5 mins walk from the apartment to the bar/shop/pizza place - made in sud. This apartment has what you need to have a good time - bed, microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, hairdryer and everything you need to cook. Sheets and towels are provided. Quiet and peaceful and not far from the town - 20 min walk or 5 min in taxi. Thank you Mia - you ate such a lovely host! We will back :) xx Although the ceiling fan was great, a big stand up fan would have been appreciated as it was really hot. Luckily I had brought a powerful handheld fan with me that worked for us.

• Stephanie (8/5): Nice studio apartment - Nice little studio apartment with a balcony, which was more than adequate for a long weekend. There's on street parking outside and X-Sur shopping centre is within walking distance. The host lives nearby which is useful for checking in and out.

• Katy (1/5): Prison life - The property in itself was nice but it was like staying in a prison with the lady pestering you all the time to do things Wasn’t any tv wasn’t allowed on phone after 10pm I was travelling alone so like to stay in contact with people. She would wake you up every morning banging I only lasted 2 night then I left to find another place if you enjoy prison you would definitely love this place
