• Juan (7/5): - Las habitaciones, con un aseo excelente, la atención del personal, muy buena restaurante, ubicado en primer piso, excelente delicioso Hice la reserva por Booking y no tenía conocimiento en el momento en que hice la reserva que me exponía una habitación pequeña diferente, a las que ya había hospedado antes la aplicación no me mostró la diferencia en cuanto a comodidad

The price is great so I'm not really complaining There's a support beam in the middle of the room and it's difficult to get by. The doorway to the bathroom is extremely narrow I'm a skinny guy but anyone that was heavy would have to turn sideways and hope they can squeeze through. The support beam is in a place where if you open the closet you won't be able to walk through the room.They have coffee it's instant coffee so..

There were many stores, drugstores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. One can take a walk as well and visit the town. The hotel doesn´t have its own restaurant, but there is a big one downstairs.

• Felipe (7/5): I would return because of my experience at check-in, but the hotel is good and in a good location - The location is awesome. Just in the city centre, you can walk everywhere. I had a lot of problems at check-in: 1. The reservation said the arrival time was after noon. I arrived at 1pm and was informed I couldn’t check-in until 3pm, even after showing the confirmation details. 2. I booked 2 rooms and at checkin they informed there was an error and they had just 1 room available at that price. They asked me to pay the difference. After a long conversation (more than 1 hour), the manager solved the problem.
