• Rachel (8/5): Comfortable. Clean. Convenient. - It was spot on for a family of four. The kitchen was equipped to cook anything we needed. The terrace was big enough to eat outside or just lie in the sunshine ☀️ The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. It’s super close to the strip and beach, the pool was quiet and fun! Not a negative more something that I hadn’t realised- the bedrooms only natural light is from the large ceiling window/ sliding roof so when it was closed due to rain they felt a bit dark.
• Nadine (10/5): Super schönes Apartment, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Super zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zu den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der schöne Strand liegt direkt daneben. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und das jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat, ist sehr angenehm und praktisch! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen☺️ Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

• Owen (9/5): Fantastic - Fantastic stay We met Ivona (friend of Viviana) at the property we were shown around the facility and house. Everything was explained how to use the sun top roof and how to lock up. If we needed anything we could text the owner, however it was not necessary everything was explained. The view from balcony overlooks the beach and in the distance you can see Fuerteventure. All thought 2 minute walk to the strip near SOCO shopping center It's very quiet location. Highly recommend and we be definitely booking again We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers So safe for all of us to come and go when we wanted Booked for 9 days last weeks October

• Camille (10/5): Perfect home from home in the sunshine - This holiday apartment really does have everything you need to feel home from home. We received a wonderful welcome & great communication throughout our 10 day break. We didn’t really use the pool as the location is close to the beach. We are already looking to book again for next year Personal choice but the pool wasn’t to our liking.
• Kimberley (9/5): Perfect central location. - Very close to the beach and main strip (access via stairs or a slightly longer walk, down a hill). Lovely and clean. Towels and beach towels. Full kitted kitchen. Extremely spacious. AC. Wi-Fi Secure complex. The communal pool would benefit from parasols/shade. You could hear the neighbours through the walls so if you have trouble sleeping with noise it may not be ideal.

Apartment spacious, big rooms, close to amenities and sploess and well maintained - Spotless and owner provided a lot of the essentials that you wouldn’t normally get. It was close to amenities, spacious and had everything we needed for out stsy Lots of steps down to the beach. Made aware by owner before going and not their fault I had an 80 year old to get up and down.

The owner was very helpful and easy to contact, sorted out a minor problem we had straight away. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. No umbrellas/ shade at the pool.
• Lorraine (9/5): Relaxing - The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Viviana had all the equipment we needed in the apartment for a perfect stay for the week. She was the perfect host and ensured we had a lovely week by checking in :) There was alot of steps you need to climb, but this was not an issue. It would be have been handy to have umbrellas for shade by the pool
• Kim (10/5): Loved our stay - Spacious appartement for 4 adults and 1 child. One extra bed was placed in the master bedroom for us. Location could not have been better. In a few steps on the boulevard with beach restaurants and shops. Loved the sea view. The appartement was really complete with sufficient towels, soap, hairdryer, disney+. The pool was okay, quiet, sufficient beds. Only thing to take into consideration was the safety in the living room with small children (open railing they can fall through). And the beds were a little to hard for us.
• Mark (10/5): Brilliant for families.Very well kitted out house. - We stayed here with three teenage children and it was brilliant.Very clean and spacious plus three bathrooms with fantastic.The place is a lot bigger than photos show.Beautiful sea view and we had bbq’s on a few evenings as the place was so nice.We have been to lanzarote a good few times and this is our favourite.We will definitely return.Host was so nice and attentive too.

The house is lovely, spacious, spotless and in a fantastic location, 5 mins from the beach and all the shops, restaurants and bars. Wonderful view from the spacious balcony. Simply perfect 👌 There was nothing we didn't like.
• Joshua (10/5): Hands down one of the best places to stay in Puerto Del Carmen - The accommodation is more than brilliant, more than a substantial amount of space with a nice view of the sea. The opening sky light was by far one of my favourite features of the property, the TV even had netflix and Disney and there were games/cards to play so even indoors there's plenty to do still. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding and you can tell Viviana takes great pride in her property she was more than welcoming and kept checking on me throughout the week to check if I needed anything at all, very friendly and welcoming and IIona showed me all around the property on arrival even informing me activities etc I can do whilst in PDC. I would rate this property 20/10 and I urge people to come stay at this lovely home for your holiday this is my 5th time in PDC and is by far the most outstanding place I've stopped!! Viviana even bought my partner a birthday gift with a card, you couldn't find more welcoming and caring people and I was sad to leave but I cannot wait to be back here again!! Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality ☺️ There is nothing to not like, it's fantastic!!
• Ciaran (10/5): A beautiful, spacious, high quality two bedroom apartment very close to the beach and restaurant. - Casa Oda is a fabulous and very spacious two bedroom apartment in a great location so close to the beach and restaurants. Casa Oda has a large terrace with great sea views, both bedrooms have en-suites, with the master bedroom and its en-suite being very spacious. The whole apartment is finished and equipped to a very high standard and with great taste and everything we wanted was there. Viviana the owner was very helpful. Made contact with us to arrange for us to be met on our arrival and shown around the apartment and messaged during stay to check if there was anything we needed. Even arranged our taxi pick up from the apartment when going home. Nothing not to like

The location was superb, very easy to access the beach road. Rooms had comfy beds which helped us to relax after the tiring day. Overall it was the best holiday and experience staying in Casa Oda apartment. Nothing everything exceeded our expectations.
• Fiona (10/5): Amazing Family Holiday in a Beautiful Location - what an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Oda Seaview it was everything we wanted and More!! Viviana was an an amazing host and couldn't have done any more or being any more helpful she was just wonderful! The information upon booking and all the follow up questions we had were answered without any issue or delay it really put our minds at rest. Upon arrival Viviana was there to meet us and give us the keys. Viviana showed us around the apartment and it was so helpful and then we were left to our own devices. The apartment itself is home from home you couldn't ask for anything more it had everything you needed, a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV and Air con and everything else you would need!! The bedrooms were a lovely size both en-suite and you also had a WC upstairs which was amazing. The roof opened upstairs but we usually kept that closed during the day as it got very hot and just kept all the windows and doors opened and kept the place cool. The view from the balcony was amazing you could see right down to the beach front just beautiful. The complex itself is very very quiet and the pool area is lovely. There are sunbeds available however there is little shade at peak times of the day but there is some shade in the morning and afternoons so that was lovely. The location is amazing just off the strip the only thing there are steps so it wouldn't really suit anyone with mobility issues. You can walk around and that is on the flat but up hills and come around the long way. Also you could get taxis too but remember there are steps in the complex and steps on the apartment up and down to the bedrooms and living area. However for us it was just amazing we lovely it all and we will definitely be back. Just super all round and we would highly recommend! nothing we had a wonderful stay
• Tom (9/5): Will return again. - Beautiful apartment, well layed out , very spacious. Equipped with everything, washing machine, iron, air conand satelite TV. Extremely clean. We were made feel very welcome on arrival. There was nothing we did not like about Casa Oda. Unfortunately not available for our return week in September.
