• Sarah (10/5): Doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the city - Just stayed one night while passing through the city but it was a great place. Standard hotel room but with a great view of the trees outside. Easy walking to restaurants and a great local brewery just a few blocks away.

• Brian (5/5): B minus - Night guy a sweetheart. Daytime lady cranky. The rooftop lounge and ladies up there —awesome. But the room furniture broken was gross… a window was completely loose…. HOT SHOWER WATER SCALDING… **** NO COLD WATER!!!….But the bed was comfortable. Great location. Overall B minus. But again night reception man very kind. See above. Terrible furniture shelving BROKEN LOOSE WINDO WITONE INCH GAP BETWEEN WINDOW AND FRAME

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent hotel - Customer service was excellent. We always felt safe. The area where the hotel is located is very nice, calm and safe. The AC is not too strong but the weather helped and keeping the windows open though the night helps as well. Every day we left them clean our room and it was an excellent service. They are working on offering breakfast in house.
• Vishal (10/5): - This is an excellent hotel with the friendliest and most accommodating staff ..It’s also very cost effective based on the amenities they offer ..place is very clean , beds are super comfortable, water is nice and hot. The Ac works great too. There are lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance. This hotel also has its own rooftop restaurant if you don’t feel like going out. You can just relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Medellin. If you have questions about tours the staff will always assist you or recommend you nice places. This place is in Belen and just borders laureles, so it’s safe part of city away from all the loud noises and parties .. one thing I do recommend is if you do take a taxi , always Uber ! The local yellow cabs are the worst and many times they don’t know the addresses.. I will definitely be staying at this place again ..

• Roberta Leigh (10/5): - The room was great, cozy and affordable. Wish there had been a mini fridge but no big deal. The girls at the front desk were all so kind and helpful with everything I needed. The staff and the food at the restaurant were amazing!!! And room service was the bomb! 😁 I didnt find it super walkable though. Anywhere I needed to go, seemed really far away.....not sure if this is just Medellín or a "me problem" lol The AC worked great and always had hot water in the shower 😁

• Thushara (5/5): Good enough for a place to sleep and shower. - The room was not expensive and the hotel is in a calm neighborhood. There are a lot of small restaurants down the street. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The breakfast and coffee wasn't great (I recommend going out for breakfast). We often did not have hot water in the evening. Our room did not have a window to the outside, only a window that shows an interior staircase.

The only issue we had was our window wouldn’t lock and the door to our room had an issue, so you had to lift it almost when you wanted to close it. The shower curtain also wasn’t long enough so water came out of it. Also at checkout they go up and check your room as you give your key in, not a big issue but just something to bare in mind if you have a car or taxi waiting. The shower was lovely and nice and warm, just bare in mind toward the end of the day the hot water starts to run out if they have a full hotel. The view from the roof is beyond stunning and the staff are very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely overall.

• Adam (5/5): overall it was a pleasant stay, would be excellent if fixed the TV sound and changed sheets everyday - the location, the room and bed size this was my second stay, 1- the rate was higher than 3 months before 2- the changed sheets only every other day (new policy i was not aware) 3- the cleaning ladies ignored the sign requesting "do not disturb" hung on the doorknob 4- the TV speakers were not working well and their sound was bad. i complained several times but they never fixed the problem during our 40 days stay there

• Kyle (8/5): Great value, have us a nice, cool place to sleep - Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was nice. The restaurant on the rooftop looked nice, but we never tried it. Room and bathroom were clean. Not much to it, not really a lobby. Just the rooms.

• K (10/5): Great location, great value, great staff - The location is excellent and the staff, knowing my Spanish is limited, checked on me every time I saw them. Anything I needed, they have helped with. The room is sparse but very clean, bathroom is nice, plenty of hot water. There is one odd window in my room and the first night it was left open and mosquitos joined me. I left a little, please leave this closed note, and they have ever since.

• Justin (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or stay here again. - nothing they are doing construction and remodeling from 7am - on. impossible to sleep in with the noise. Most of the staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing, if you’re looking for costumer service this isn’t the place.
• Julian (10/5): Frustrating because of language problems. Not the fault of the staff in any way. Booking.com is. - the people were excellent Most people could not handle English. We could and did get by but discussing technical issues such as why does the TV keep dropping the signal (never did solve that one). They said they called a technician but I never saw one and the service didn't improve. For the last few days they booked a school to use the rest area which had a \tv that did work. SO that kiboshed that solution.

• Julian (7/5): I will stay there again despite the problems. Information about current situations should be updated - Good location. Good price the picture on booking .com showed a nice room with large picture window. The actual room had no outside window; the window that existed was to the stairwell. There was no restaurant or bar at the hotel. There was little secuity, no safe either in the room or at the front desk. The secuity lock from inside the room didn't work. The wireless remote didn't work unless you were right beside the TV (the receiving unit was badly placed). You could not turn the TV off so at night you had to disable the entire power (room card). This doesn't make any sense.
• Sbrandy (7/5): Good - The staff was nice! We even got another night lamp when we asked so we didn't have to deal with the cold room light. Nice view from the terrace. The communication was weird. Even though I booked via booking, I got a text that I had to pay via a strange payment system (which I didn't do). No response after that to find out if my room was still available or not so I had to contact booking. restaurant is not open which is a shame because it has a nice rooftop. The room was a little cold-hearted in design and the lights gave the impression of being in a hospital.
