The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.

- Dany (6/5): Milan Central Station - Location It was a bit dirty and one of the key from counter room was wrong.
- Staforelli (1/5): Terrible. A week later and still dealing with the mosquito bites. It was like entering a shed. Not near anything for us. - The bathroom was up to date. Other than that, nothing. It was like a shed to get in, barely any space. They give you two rolls of toilet paper so plan to buy your own. We stayed for a week and had 1 big towel, 1 small each. It was musty the minute we entered so we opened up the windows for a little. Mosquitos just non stop, ants too and other bugs. We never opened the windows again as there were just too many mosquitoes so you couldn’t breathe in the place because of how humid it got. So the mosquitos also stayed since they thrive in humidity. It was a lose-lose situation. It said AC, nope. They had it but took the remote. They told us some false law about no AC being used per Italian government. That is for public places this is private property they just didn’t want to pay. We were miserable here. Waking up to different bugs buzzing in your ears. No goods night rest in the slightest. We walked away with soooo many mosquito bites all over the face and body. It was terrible. I’d get my money back if I could. I never want to return to Milan in general now.

Close to amenities It was hard to get into the room initially instructions didn’t meet what was needed. The hot water didn’t work the whole time try to trouble shoot the issue using instruction provided still didn’t work.
