• Donna (3/5): We would never stay there again. The best thing about the stay was having dinner at the Cin Cin Restaurant a short walk - It was clean. Almost nothing. It was hot - the air conditioner was inadequate. There is a step down out of the bathroom to the “kitchen” that is an accident waiting to happen. We both tripped down that step. IT IS NOT MARKED IN ANY WAY! This is a very small room in an apartment building we could not enter. We stood on the sidewalk waiting for texts back from the owner with entry instructions. “Nati” wrote asking for payment of the room tax before allowing us in, and when we sent the payment information, we received notification it wasn’t accepted by the company she uses because she had exceeded their use agreement! A kind neighbor allowed us into the building, and eventually, Nati gave us the links to get in the apartment, and then re-entry into the main door from the street. We were not happy spending our first very long travel day standing outside the building on the street in extremely hot weather waiting to have access to an apartment we had already paid for. Another thing: We are elderly people. We had just traveled from the U.S. and took the Express Train from Malpensa to Milan Centrale in order to catch our train to Poland the next day. We were so HOT and sweaty coming out of the train station to get to the apartment. They advertised a shuttle, but didn’t tell us we had to reserve it in advance, which left us standing in the heat for over an hour in the taxi line at the station. It cost $10 for the taxi. When we finally got into the room and called Nati, she apologized and said she would send the shuttle driver to us for transport at 7:30 a.m. Nope! She wrote to say she couldn’t get her driver there that early. It appears to us this is a business run by someone who has nothing to do with the unit. She just runs it from a distance, offering nothing but a good cleaning lady.
• Luke (9/5): Amazing place!! - Excellent location, amazing studio apartment with loads of character. Loved the ring light mirror with the speaker! Literally right next to the metro with great links. 10 min walk from Milan central station Would’ve liked a safe and maybe an iron?

• Anna (9/5): Very satisfied! - It looks exactly the same as in the pictures. Very clean and hygienic. There’s also a lot of space. The apartment has a lot of smart tools you can use. It is perfectly located right on the big shopping street. I would definitely recommend this one!
• Dijana (9/5): Great location, close to metro - Excellent location, very close to metro and only four stations from Duomo. Apartment was very clean and nice, on the 4th floor, great communication with the owner. One small thing - the water pressure in a bathroom was very poor and the bathroom is a little bit small, but everything else has been okay.

The owner of the house was really kind and allowed us to check out late very spacious shower even for those with a bit of flesh super recommended! Nothing
