- Aker (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Ula. When we arrived at the location, it turned out that we had accidentally booked the wrong dates. We were lucky enough to run into the amazing host, who quickly helped us resolve the issue. The host is a wonderful lady who made us feel very welcome and is the main reason we would totally recommend a stay here. Additionally, the room was clean, spacious and had a nice set of utilities. There are also some small but very comfortable places outside of your room, like the pool and lounge, which are ideal for a chill afternoon. In general, Casa Ula is an incredible budget-friendly find with top-tier service! We would definitely come again :)
- Emma (5/5): - L’appartement était top, juste il manque une porte de douche car du coup il y avait de l’eau partout Pression inutile de l’hôte, nous avons réserves en dernière minute et sommes arrivés à 14h45 (soit 15min) avant la première heure de Check in et l’hôte a bien insisté que ce n’est pas normal et que normalement elle n’est pas là pour faire l’accueil, alors qu’elle habite littéralement collée aux hébergements, et que c’était juste un pic inutile. Nous n’avons pas aimé son énergie pendant toute la durée de son séjour

- Alison (9/5): Stayed here twice, great value for money, clean and spacious - Spacious room, comfy bed and plenty of clean fluffy towels. Host was very good at keeping informed and the room had a decent sized fridge and microwave with complimentary water. Good location not far from downtown Cancun. Bedroom Doors require a 7 digit code to enter which is rather noisey when punching in. So throughout the night as guests were returning in early hours the loud beeping became annoying especially when most couldn’t get the code right first time.

- Denise (5/5): - De locatie is op zich een prima plek om na landing in Cancun één nacht te overnachten als je niet meteen verder wilt of kunt reizen. Helaas waren wij verder niet erg positief over ons verblijf. De kamer is extreem gehorig. We hadden de pech met zeer luidruchtige, egoïstische buren die van ongeveer 20:00 uur tot midden in de nacht muziek draaiden, hard praatten op de gang, met deuren sloegen en met koffers sleepten. Uiteindelijk hebben we misschien maar twee uur echt rustig kunnen slapen. Rond 07:00 uur begon het lawaai opnieuw door andere gasten die deuren dichtgooiden en luid praatten op de gang. Daarnaast lagen er bij aankomst haren in de douche die duidelijk niet van ons waren, wat we erg vies vonden. Personeel hebben we tijdens ons verblijf niet gezien; het contact verliep alleen via chat met instructies voor de sloten, dus daar kunnen we verder weinig over zeggen.

Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Host bei Schwierigkeiten - die komplett digitale Abwicklung (digitale Türklinke, App für Klimaanlage, TV) ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, funktioniert aber sehr gut. Ein vor Ort zu findendes Handout mit der Erläuterung des Hosts der 5 Airbnb-Sterne ist etwas merkwürdig, aber auch nicht verwerflich. Ich würde hoffen, dass alle Gäste das auch ohne derartige (sehr eigenwillige) Erläuterung hinbekommen :)

- Ellie (10/5): Peaceful, safe, and comfortable! - This property is very safe and peaceful. The patio and pool area is clean and cute. They decorated for the holidays while I was there! My room had a kitchenette, separate bathroom, and huge bed. FYI there is no elevator and you carry your own bags because it is a rental not a concierge hotel. But it was no issue to reach my room comfortably. For me, this is a very real property. I have stayed multiple times with no issues.

The location is perfect a mall across the street, another big mall right next to it, and a great café just 100 yards away. Only suggestion (for many places in Mexico) would be adding a small bidet sprayer in the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful stay!
