• Yesenia Irene (9/5): Overall experience is GREAT!!! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone (first timer in Rome or not). If we eve - The location is very close to the Vatican and other touristic places. It’s the perfect neighborhood where you can find good food, local stores and a very safe area. The bus and metro station is also very walkable (which is very convenient if you don’t like walking or can’t walk for too far/long). There is also a small water fountain right in front of the property where you can refill your water bottle if needed. We do this every time we were about to go out and come back. It is an apartment with 3 bedrooms. But each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only thing you will be sharing is the common area where there is a zink to wash your dishes and a microwave. The bedroom is very tidy and clean. They also provide everything inside the bedroom (mini fridge, extra pillow, extra blanket, water, kettle, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, towels and even coffee and tea). Lastly, the host was super friendly, kind and very responsive. She replied our text in seconds (for every questions that we asked). She was also very helpful. She gave us so many recommendations on where to go, when is the best time to visit the touristic attractions, where to find great foods and always reminding us to be careful with the pickpockets. The bedroom is actually smaller compared to the pictures. But it still fit our 4 suitcases (2 big luggages and 2 cabin size bag)

• Maya (8/5): - Good location, quiet, clean room. The toilet seat was so close to the sink and the sink so big that it was almost impossible to sit on the toilet and I'm thin. They better change the sink with a smaller one. Not enough holders in the bathroom for towels and clothes.

Бронировал номер намного заранее. Получилось хорошее соотношение цены и качество. Внимательная хозяйка. И в номере Все продумано.

Host molto disponibile. Unica pecca, anche se soggettiva, il bagno cieco, dunque senza finestre, seppur dotato di sistema di ventilazione funzionante.

Sehr netter Empfang und super Kommunikation. Wir konnten unser Gepäck auch dort lassen und abholen. Ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Rom
• Georgia (9/5): Perfect location - Amazing location for walking into the centre. Annarita was super helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and exactly what we needed (a comfortable and practical base from which to explore Rome) The bathroom is very small, but this wasn't a problem.
• Ruth (10/5): - Das Zimmer bot alles, was man brauchte. Ein Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher und eine kleine Espressomaschine (mit Kapseln) stehen zur Verfügung. Knappe. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Vatikan und 20 Minuten zur Piazza Navona. Eine Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke und eine Metro Station 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.

Bottiglie d'acqua di benvenuto, thè tisane e caffè in stanza. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La camera era silenziosa e la zona comoda piena di locali e negozi nelle vicinanze. Annarita ci ha anche consigliato dove mangiare e luoghi per fare colazione. Sicuramente torneremo

Annarita, la proprietaria, molto precisa e disponibile nel fornire le istruzioni per l'ingresso. La stanza pulita e fornita di bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè, oltre ad una bottiglietta di acqua fresca in frigo. Il bagno ugualmente pulito e arredato con gusto. La stanza singola è davvero molto piccola e avrebbe avuto bisogno di essere arieggiata.
• Adrian (10/5): Długi weekend w Rzymie - Pokój bardzo czysty, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo pomocny personel. W zasadzie nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Jeśli ktoś szuka pokoju i jest nastawiony na zwiedzanie Rzymu od rana do wieczora to nic więcej nie jest potrzeba.
