• Jacqueline (6/5): Prima maar met gebreken, zou hier niet meer terug gaan - Fijn balkon Had gebreken, kapotte airco’s, rolluik kapot wat wel is opgelost later. De keuken is slecht uitgerust. Geen goed koffiezet apparaat. Een nespresso kun je al voor 100 euro neerzetten toch? Incheck ging zeer moeizaam.

• Sonia (8/5): - La struttura era molto spaziosa e adatta al soggiorno di 6 persone. Comoda ai servizi. Purtroppo i climatizzatori nelle stanze matrimoniali non erano funzionanti, tuttavia gli altri due presenti nell'alloggio con le ventole hanno sopperito al disagio.
• Paula (1/5): I would not use Sunstay rentals for any future bookings. - The location of the property is the only positive. During our stay the dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and air-conditioning were not working. None of these issues were resolved during our stay. For the duration of our stay or 14 nights we had no change of bedding or towel towels, having only been given six bath towels, five hand towels and two shower mats for five guests. We were required to empty the air-conditioning water collection container to prevent flooding onto the corridor below. The hallway light didn’t work and this was never resolved. We did contact the management must we were there, but none of the issues were resolved. The photographs of the apartments have clearly been taken a long time ago prior to it being used repeatedly. The bathrooms are in quite poor condition. The veranda shades could not be used as many of the fixings were broken. We were also hounded at the pool by security because we did not have the correct pass to be there.

• Gabriela (8/5): Great, would come back - Great space, big rooms and spacious for a family of 5 Great location, with a park as back yard, with 3 pools, bar, toiles, everything you could want and a really chill vibe (you can bring your own chairs or rent for 2 eur) Close to the beach and a lot of restaurant, nice area Parking space underground, no extra cost The kitchen could use more cleaning, the dishwasher was not working Cleaning in general could be better, the toweles seemed a bit used Overall we did not mind that much 2 AC units were not working properly, however we managed because the rooms also had a ceiling fan
• Elizabeth (1/5): No lights, no A/C, no hot water = poor review - The property was clean, easily accessible & in a good location We had no electricity when we arrived, contacted the host who responded quickly but did not come until the following day. Therefore for our first night we had no power, no lights & no air conditioning. Something in the apartment kept tripping out the electricity. When the host arrived the next day it became apparent that the hot water boiler was tripping out the electricity. So the host plugged out the boiler leaving us for 2 days with no hot water. When advised nothing was done except tell me not to touch it. When I asked for compensation for our stay I was ignored.
