• EmmaThomsonGlasgow (2/5): Loud drilling above my room gave me a migraine - The staff are very friendly. However I was given a room (which was nice and cosy inside) in a building site location with major repairs ongoing. The noise of drilling directly above me woke me up just after 8am with a terrible migraine and was so loud it set off my phone warning system for loud noise. The staff said they would move me but then didn’t due to lack of availability. I think it’s dishonest to rent out rooms that are not habitable just to make money from unsuspecting guests.

• Heinz (6/5): - Zimmer 118 scheint über der Küche zu liegen. Jedenfalls wurde die Nachtruhe durch brummen, vermutlich durch ein Kühlagregat, erheblich gestört.

I called and spoke with a receptionist who was immediately helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with all my needs. I had been driving all night and was exhausted, looking for a place to rest. Unlike other hotels where I was put on hold and faced delays, the staff here secured my reservation in less than a 5 min I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for making this process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

• Arnaud (8/5): Good - Comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but functional. The room was quiet, even on the street side. Breakfast was ok, all the essentials were there. Big minus is the lack of EV chargers on the otherwise quite large (but pricey) parking lot.

We felt cheated because the pool is not in that hotel. It is in a hotel next door but you can use it. Though the personal from that hotels restaurant were not that friendly so we felt like intruders. Will not visit again.

• Sérgio (8/5): Good place to stay for visiting the hospital - We went to stay close to the hospital and just for a quick night sleep. It's a good location for that purpose and was adjusted to what we were expecting. Bathroom is good and size of the room is also good.

• The (8/5): Very good - The swimming pool in the adjacent hotel was a real bonus and the restaurant was also great. Sharing facilities was a fantastic use of space. The team from arrival and for breakfast were of an impeccably high standard. Breakfast was fairly basic and very little hot food
