Oleh (5/5): Good apartment. Poor service - Good furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. High ceilings and plenty of space. Quiet location, about 30 minutes by public transport to reach the city center. We were not met upon arrival, as stated in the conditions. We had to call the host because no check-in instructions had been provided. He answered on the second attempt. The apartment was not clean. When we finally entered, there were used towels in the bathroom and dirty linens in the bedroom. The host said that the cleaning company had apparently not come. We kindly asked him to have the apartment ready before our child went to sleep. When we came back, everything was in good condition. Breakfast was included in the price on Booking.com. However, when I inquired about it, the host unexpectedly suggested that we go to a nearby café and mention his name to the staff. He explained that we would be given breakfast there as an apology for the earlier inconvenience. We chose not to take advantage of this offer. Still, it felt unusual, as breakfast was already part of the booking and should not have been presented as a compensatory gesture.
