• Mak (10/5): Excellent property close to all the attractions! - Excellent property, beautifully decorated and maintained. Excellent breakfast with freshly made scrambled eggs and cappuccino. Location is ideal! 5-6 min walk from Ospedale ferry stop, no stairs on the way so easy to bring bags. It is about 10-15 min walking distance from all major attractions in Venice so we walked everywhere. Staff is just superb! Highly recommend it! No complaints from us. Everything was excellent!

It’s Away from the busiest part of town which I LOVED and just a short walk away to all main spots in Venice . Room was so luxurious and clean . It was truly breathtaking. The way we were greeted by Sabrina at check in was so nice words can’t describe her kindness and hospitality . I can’t say enough good things about the staff . Amazing house keeper as well . The staff was exceptional, very welcoming, knowledgeable, with excellent customer service skills. They talked to us about the property, thdd ed history, and showed us locations on the map where to go. The room was stunning, large, clean, with beautiful decorative touches and bed was amazing. They have a beautiful complementary breakfast and even provided a box breakfast for our early departure. They went above and beyond even by giving my husband a birthday card and donut for his birthday in our room. I absolutely recommend 1000% Palazzo dei Mori for an authentic and amazing Venetian stay ♥️ Nothing to add here - everything was amazing!

The location is so close to all of the popular things to do but far enough away that it is incredibly quiet and you are not surrounded by tourists the moment you step outside. The rooms were incredibly well decorated and so so silent, we slept better than we had our entire trip! The breakfast was the best we had on our trip with amazing pastries, coffee, juices, cereal and even real scrambled eggs!!! Finally, the staff at Palazzo dei Mori really make the stay 10/10, they are incredibly welcoming, nice and more than happy to help with anything you could possibly need. Muy interesante la historia del Palazzo y de todo lo que hay en la habitación. La atención fue excelente por parte de todo el personal. Por decir algo, la entrada está en un callejón estrecho y no es muy evidente al llegar al mismo.

• Sara (10/5): Como en un palacio - Las instalaciones de fácil acceso y seguras. La amabilidad y educación del personal, en todo momento nos facilitaron el chekin. La limpieza de la habitación era realmente increíble. El desayuno más que suficiente! Tostadas, bollería, fruta, yogures, zumos, tortitas, embutidos, tartas, verduras, café, huevos revueltos y todo tipo de salsas y siropes! Un hotel muy tranquilo, cama muy grandes y cómoda. La habitación con una decoración digna de un palacio. A 10 minutos de la plaza de San Marcos. Cerca de todo. Cafeterías al rededor. Muy fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto. Solo hay que bajar en la parada de “Ospedale” y caminar 5’ sin tener que subir ni bajar puentes. Si volvemos a Venecia sin dudarlo será a este hotel. Nada, todo excelente!

Relatively recent restoration that honors its amazing history with elegance and charm. Seven rooms, one floor, paintings and chandeliers that could be in a museum, and a great courtyard… much more. Sabrina was amazing, so sweet and helped us with several logistical plans. Very nice breakfast in the morning. The bed, linens, and shower were all top-notch. Highly recommend. Nothing comes to mind

Værelserne var overdådige, der var god plads til kufferter, og havde alle faciliteter vi havde brug for. Der var gratis drikkevarer i køleskabet, og fantastisk morgenmad, samt te og kaffe og snacks frit tilgængelige i løbet af dagen. Ingenting. Det var en fantastisk tur til Venedig og et fantastiske sted at bo.

• Ειρήνη (10/5): - Ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα, αξίζει να μείνετε εκεί αν πάτε στη Βενετία. Πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο, σε εξαιρετική περιοχή, ήσυχη, πολύ κοντά στα αξιοθέατα. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Αξίζει αναμφίβολα τα χρήματα που δαπανά κανείς για τη διαμονή του σε αυτό. Το δωμάτιο άνετο, απίστευτη διακόσμηση, και το πρωινό πολύ όμορφο! Όλα τέλεια, θα το επέλεγα σίγουρα ξανά. Το μόνο που θα ανέφερα ως αρνητικό ειναι ότι οι εξωτερικές όψεις του κτιρίου χρήζουν μερικής επισκευής κατά την προσωπική μου άποψη, για να συνάδει απόλυτα με τον υπέροχο εσωτερικό του χώρο. Περάσαμε υπέροχα, οι κοπέλες στη ρεσεψιόν και ειδικά η Αναστασία ήταν εξαιρετικές. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!
