• Nikki (8/5): - The property is in an excellent location for everything you need, restaurant, supermarket museums. Train station is about 15 mi walk away and the marina about 20. The apartment had really comfortable beds and was mostly clean. As 2 female travelers on our own we Felt very safe as the apartment is located within a gated complex . Unfortunately this apartment could do with some TLC in a few areas which would take it from good to amazing. sofa was stained , lumpy and very uncomfortable and bathroom tap was loose from the sink. Tv is not a smart TV so be prepared for Spanish TV only. Kitchenette was suitable for the 3 days we were there but if staying longer (or travelling as a family) facilities were minimal , microwave hot plate but no cooker/oven.

• Lola (4/5): Tegenvaller - De locatie, zag er schoon uit, ruim. 2 slaapkamers en nog een extra kamertje. Inchecken: kregen rond 15.30 uur instructies terwijl we daar voor de deur wachtten vanaf 15.00 uur. Er werd niet gereageerd op onze berichtjes, pas nadat we booking hadden gebeld. Toen moesten we nog ergens sleutels gaan halen. Er mankeerde heel wat aan het appartement. Bank is doorgezakt, onmogelijk om hier op te zitten. Er staan hier reviews van een jaar geleden waarin al word gezegd dat de bank is doorgezakt. Waarom wordt hier niks aan gedaan? Heel jammer want je kan nergens lekker zitten behalve op de houten eetkamerstoelen. Kraan wasbak badkamer zit los (ook al heel lang). Kraan/douchekoppen gaan alle kanten op. Weinig warm water, in bad kan niet want er is niet genoeg warm water, 2 mensen haar wassen ook niet, tenzij koud. Kraan keuken gaat alle kanten op. Appartement is heel koud, er komt geen zon en stenen vloer. Alleen airco in de slaapkamers. Niet alle lampen doen het. Stoppen waren telkens als wij thuiskwamen doorgeslagen! Bestek en glazen waren niet goed afgewassen. Weinig keukenspullen. Geen goede instructies betreft buitenhek.
• Nicky (1/5): Spoilt by the lack of care, freezing and hardly any hot water. - Spotlessly clean and near everything It was March so not very warm. We were really cold in the apartment and asked 3 times if we could have an extra blanket and a heater to plug in. The answer was basically no. We were so cold. There is a very small boiler so only two very short showers until the water goes cold and don’t wash your hair or the second person is not getting a hot shower. The lack of help and how cold we were spoilt our whole stay.

• Inmaculada (8/5): Piso recomendable céntrico - La localización de la urbanización y lo tranquila que era. Y que todas las habitaciones tengan aire acondicionado o ventilación. La hora de entrada me pareció excesivamente tarde. Entrar a partir de las 15 encima en Málaga es una locura.

A mio parere ci vorrebbe il condizionatore anche nel soggiorno Per il resto tutto bene Lo consiglierei sicuramente perche nel complesso e per il costo l appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative

• Ales (4/5): Struttura da sistemare e host poco presente - La posizione La struttura non è curata, i letti sono scomodi con piccolissimi cuscini, c’è stata fornita solo una asciugamano viso per 4 persone per 4 notti, non c’erano coperte. C’era una tapparella rotta, prese scoperte, portafinestra della cucina rotta da cui entrava freddo (unica cosa che è stata riparata dopo nostra segnalazione).

Also perfect if you’re doing the marathon as a short walk to the start. Clean property, good beds, plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Safe neighbourhood. Really fantastic. Nothing!
• Darren (6/5): - Excellent location. Problem with obtaining the key to the property(only 1 set of keys) but it was dealt with quickly. Very very basic facilities in the property. Balcony door leading out to the laundry was broken so couldn't be closed or locked which made the kitchen feel like an ice box at night. I noticed in previous reviews that this has been an ongoing problem for many many months along with the broken window in the living area. Both still not repaired. No spare pillows which were needed as the beds were very uncomfortable.

• Tina (7/5): Good value for money - Apartment is located very close to the centre - walkable distance. It was cean and safe aera. In the living room there is a hole in the window and the apartment was pretty cold, especially in the winter season, but I am sure that the owner will take care of it.

• Sergey (8/5): Nice apartment right in the center of Malaga - The location is perfect - just in the center of Malaga. Spacious rooms. Very easy check-in. Very clean. Great value for money. Easy to reach hosts. Supermarket Dia nearby. Nothing in the kitchen - even basic necessities were missing. No shower gel. Not enough toilet paper (for 4 people, 6 nights we were given half a role). No oven or herd in the kitchen. When we arrived the first night there was a very strong smell of an anti-cockroach spray. It went away after day 3. Furniture is outdated and the beds are not very comfortable. Definitely needs refurbishing.

Apartment was shining, very clean with all household equipment, very good contact with personnel. I recommend this apartment because my family really enjoyed staying in there. Can't say anything wrong about it

• Danae (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing, right by a beautiful square with lots of great restaurants. Check-in and out was contactless and quick. Lots of space in this apartment, also it was very nice to have not only a washing machine but also a dryer. It is 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There were only 5 towels in the whole apartment, for 4 people (4 large towels and one floor towel). More towels were needed, such as a hand towel, face towels, etc. Also, the hot water tank is fairly small, so make sure your showers aren’t too long / don’t have two people shower back-to-back if you take a while to wash your hair like I do. This was not a big deal though, as Spain is in a drought so shorter showers are ideal anyways!

• Cherise (9/5): The location is great, a short walk to most attractions. - The keys were located down the street in a lock box, we were sent lots of pictures and good instructions to make them easy to find. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great, just a short walk to the major attractions. We would of appreciated some more pillows on the beds even with the spares out the cupboards there weren't enough for the 4 people staying to be comfortable.

• Stefano (4/5): Not ideal for families - Central location, spacious house. 1. The place where we had to collect keys from was 50/100 meters away and we were only told about it when we got off from the taxi and 5 mins before our supposed check in time. It's not ideal when you have luggage, kids, and are tired from a long journey. 2. The apartment was not ready and we were asked to wait outside; 3. The door separating the kitchen and the balcony had the handle missing. Therefore the door was permanently open. Therefore the house in the mornings and evenings was a bit cold; 4. The heating in the lounge was not working; 5. We had only two batteries to be shared across all the remotes of TV, air-conditioners, fan. 6. Basics facilities such as washing up liquid, soaps and toilet rolls/kitchen, some bed covers or extra linen for extra pillows were scarce or missing. I had to make frequent trips to the supermarkets to buy things. I find shocking that the owner left 3 mini toilet paper rolls for 3 people staying there for 5 days. I repeat mini. Overall, draw your conclusions.

• Christine (5/5): I would not recommend this apartment to anyone older that 30years due to 24/7 hour traffic noise . - The location was the only thing that I liked. Easy access to shops, chemist, restaurants and sights. Kitchen utensils below par. Heat plate unclean. no place for rubbish to be disposed outside the apartment. One of the keys didn't work and needed to be replaced. A Power breakdown, where I had to all for electricity to be restored. Very little natural light. Day and night traffic and during the night loud shouting on the street. I didn't feel safe going out in the evening.
