• Jane (1/5): This property should no longer be available on Bookings.com - Location It was very sparcely setup in the kitchen. The shower didn't drain properly so constantly smelled bad and it took 3 days to get the shower to work properly. But worst of all, the apartment owners came the night before we were leaving to repossess the apartment and change the locks because Londwell Group had not paid the rent for 3 months. So if you are reading this, you will be about to be ripped off.
• Mary (10/5): Perfect location for a short getaway in London. - The location is very convenient, in a quiet, safe, and private area. The surrounding view is stunning, with a beautiful canal and swans. Very close to the bus station (3 minutes) and the metro (10 minutes), with easy access to central London. The apartment is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable (probably some improvements after previous guest comments). The kitchen is very clean and well-equipped, allowing you to easily prepare simple meals daily. The hosts are very responsive.
• Lorraine (6/5): Good space, nice and quiet but some of the facilities (lack of and not working) let it down - Area was quiet and was convenient for where we wanted to be in London. Instructions to access property good. Staff responded to queries quickly and they were able to provide a late check out for our convenience which was really appreciated. Bed was comfy (previous bad reviews about this) which appears to have been resolved with a mattress pad. No air con (advertised) and property was very hot due to hot weather do sue com would have been really helpful. Property was clean and in good condition save for bath which had a problem with drainage. No hot water and couldn’t find any instructions to rectify it and as we were leaving properly within an hour of becoming aware of it couldn’t resolve it. Could benefit from more utensils eg no cork screw/bottle opener. Couldn’t get over to work but again couldn’t resolve this with staff as we were going out for evening and didn’t need to use oven the following morning.
• Ernest (4/5): Nice view but very poor property management - The property overlooked Thames River and is close to bus stop to Canary Wharf. The property is clean. The washing machine is not working after check in. The property manager was informed and the response was slow. A man came and checked. It was said sparse part was needed to be ordered. Then there was no further response despite repeated message for contingency plan till check out. Disappointing management! Nearly nothing in the kitchen.
• Anne (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and host, decent price. The bath tub hasn't been cleaned properly, it smells. And as mentioned but all others who provided feedback, the mattress is very uncomfortable.

• Craig (3/5): A lovely property which is badly let down by poor standards! - The flat is located in a good area on the banks of Millwall Outer Dock, which offer a nice view of Canary Wharf in the distance. The flat is modern and has a lot of potential, BUT it is badly let down by poor standards and a willingness to address serious shortfalls! The property is also mis-sold as it does not feature advertised items - especially air con which is why I chose this property in the first place. There is also no dishwasher and a serious lack of kitchenware - e.g. placemats, tea towels, dishrack for crockery, ovenware and the list goes on..... My wife cleans holiday cottages weekly so we know what a property should contain and how it should be presented. I also travel throughout the U.K. on business, so I also know what guest accommodation should be like from a 2 star hotel, all the way up to 5 star facilities. ALL properties should provide clean and comfortable facilities! Of the hundreds of beds I have slept on, this truly was the worst ever! It was like sleeping on a bed of nails and I'm not joking! I got zero sleep on my first night and ended up messaging Londwell through the app at 2am in the morning, as I was so tired & uncomfortable. Needless to say I got no satisfactory response even though they messaged me earlier in the evening with the following: "Should there be any aspect of your stay that requires our attention, or if there's something additional you need, if you haven’t already, kindly let us know. Our ethos is simple: if we can do it, we will. Your comfort and satisfaction are our utmost priorities. Please rest assured, no request is too small or too large for us to consider. We are here to make your stay memorable. Wishing you a serene evening and a restful night ahead." I mentioned that I was not the first to review the uncomfortable bed, as this is mentioned on the 08.03.25, 04.04.25, 19.04.25, 11.05.25 & 31.05.25 yet they have failed to address this critical problem within their property. I can't believe previous guests reviewed the property with a high marks - They must have very low standards! The second night I had to try and get some sleep on the hard sofa bed, but this was more favourable than the main bed. A decent mattress would only cost £150-£200, so this is totally unacceptable and unforgivable. Secondly the bath/shower is a disgrace (again highlighted by previous users). I stood ankle deep in my own shower wastewater because the plug is so badly blocked up.
• Ana (8/5): Very good - The neighbourhood is really nice! Waking up and seeing the swans is beautiful. Also, the house has everything that is necessary (including hairdryer, coffe machine, a big TV) and the water pressure from the shower is really good! There are just a couple things I believe needs improvement: the mattress is not very comfortable and the bathtub is a bit clogged.
