• Guest (10/5): Quiet, comfy, calming and relaxing - My 22yo daughter and I came to Cairns for her bday and we LOVED that it was quiet, the neighbours were respectful to each other, a stone’s throw from town but also NOT in town, the pool was EXCELLENT, a really comfy bed and pillows, and we had a decent kitchen. There is solid security in and out of the complex and a carpark included. A really responsive host, Hannah was excellent. We will 100 come back to Cairns and recommend this establishment. Bit of a drama trying to get wifi but that was ironed out really swiftly after reaching out to Hannah.

• Anonymous (4/5): Last minute booking, but 2 nights max in this uncleaned room - Secure parking, general areas maintained Unit not clean, including visibly uncleaned toilet, shower and floors. If not provided clean, they could provide cleaning products to at least make the stay more comfortable. Blocked shower drain.
• Adam (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent - easy to book and hosts very responsive re key pick up. Reasonable price Rooms and furnishings were tired and in need of a freshen up coat of paint. Air con units didn't pump cold air. Room smelt stale. No bedside lights

• Adele (8/5): Was a pleasant stay overall. - Location, pool and nice air conditioning. Clean and quiet. No milk, no ice, no water jug, one wine glass, no swim towels. Bed rolled around on tile floor. Our car, a standard commodore, scraped bottom entering and exiting underground carpark.

• Lisa (1/5): Bad - Nothing I booked comfortable unit in Cairns but had water problems got upgraded to Cairns luxury units.nothing luxury about it. I didn't have a way of getting into the premise to get to the mailbox - key. I had to wait for someone to let me in. The unit furnishings,ceiling and balcony including bathroom was stained and felt dirty. The key for the unit jammed in the lock and had trouble opening unit in an unair-conditioning small space, dripping sweat. Rang owner to ask about parking and to notify them that the air-conditioning switch is broken so I can't adjust aircon but air-conditioning not good. He asked me to leave and he would give me refund but I had no where to go. I stayed but will never stay there again 😡

• Toni (10/5): Exceptional - Hannah and her staff went out of their way to correct a small glitch in the booking and to make this up to us in their personal time. We greatly appreciated their help.
• Robert (5/5): great position. - position, position, position. Off street parking was brilliant. Washing machine and dryer. we are both 70years old and climbing up the stairs was a chore. One of us has a bad hip and the arthritis in both feet. Not of a challenge especially carrying out luggage. Also someone was cooking steak and it wafted up into our room. Did not smell good.

• Tarek (8/5): Perfect Location, Clean and helpful staff. - Very central, walking distance to Esplanade and shopping centre. Quiet and clean. Owner/Manager Hannah was very friendly, helpful, and answers queries very quickly. Definitely, I would stay again. The mattress needs changing. Also, I would encourage the owner to install flyscreens to the bedroom window and balcony sliding door to allow fresh air and prevent mosquitoes and flies. The kitchen needs one or two frypans, more cutlery, and utensils.
• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a great locations and within walking distance from grocery stores and Cairns CBD. It also had private and secured parking. The kitchen is well equipped and there are ensuite washer and dryer. Cleanliness can be improved. The kitchen and bathroom are overdue for a good deep cleaned, there was dust build up on many surfaces. Wifi connection was not great, spotty at best.

• Audrey (5/5): Passable - It was close to all facilities in the CBD Couldn't use wardrobe broken. Mismatched crockery and cutlery.. no butter knife eg. The cooker was filthy... the knobs were sticky with fat. The saucepans were dirty and burnt on the bottom. I refused to cook anything in that kitchen

• William (10/5): Locals Approve :) - Clean, well kept unit with everything you need. Full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, Ironing board in the cupboard. A quiet complex of only roughly 20 units, the rear balcony provided a nice touch of privacy within the busy CBD. Nothing absolutely great stay, I am a Cairns local and this was by far better than any Hotel stay, it was like being at home but better.
