Guest Reviews
- ANGEL (9/5): Muy bien situado y atendido - Bien situado y bien atendido.
- Anna (10/5): Jak będę kolejny raz w Rzymie, na pewno ponownie wybiorę ten apartament. Serdecznie polecam!
- Mishayla (9/5): We had a comfortable and fun stay at the Trevi house! - The location was great and the place was comfortable and spacious. Could have used extra towels and toilet paper.
- Mukesh (8/5): -
- Anthony (10/5): - Great location, fantastic amenities
- Margarida (6/5): - A localização O apartamento estava mal limpo
- Hasan (8/5): - Clean, organized Small hallway, fourth floor no elevator
To be fair, typical place in rome
- Robert (9/5): -
- Yasmine (10/5): - Amazing location, and a very helpful and considerate host. My family and I enjoyed out trip so much and your home was the star of our trip :)
- Piotr (10/5): Szczerze polecam ten obiekt.
- Pete (9/5): A lovely apartment and excellent base for our Rome adventures! - Great location, nicely furnished and decorated. Hosts were very responsive if we had questions. Surprisingly quiet given the busyness of the area. Many, many restaurants nearby. Lots of stairs. Worked for us but would be hard for anyone with mobility challenges.
- Aparajita (9/5): A centrally located, spacious apartment which made us feel at home. Perfect for a family of four. -
- markku (10/5): - Very clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable apartment for a family of four. Location is great, right in the heart of Rome close to all main attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. Should you need public transportation, bus stops and Barberini metro station nearby.
Excellent communication with the owner, thank you Tiziana.
- Brian (4/5): Great place, but make sure you know what you are renting. - Location, amazing. Access amazing. The apartment is HUGE, clean and very well kept. Kitchen and the rest of the apartment has everything that you could need. The owners accomodated us by letting us check in early which was much appreciated because I didn't want to sit outside the door and wait for a check-in time, especially with older people in our group. Ok... usually I don't write up anything negative, but there are a couple of things that really didn't make me happy. I knew there were steps to an elevator (which is on the first floor), but that is European first floor, which means second floor. I had to lug 5 suitcases up I think 25+ steps to get to the elevator. Once you get out of the elevator you have another 5+ steps. Lugging suitcases is twice... once up, and once down, but I had mobility challenged old people walking up and down those steps multiple times a day to get to the elevator and they weren't too happy about that. Second, shower drains extremely slow so you are standing in about 1-2 inches of water during a shower. Probably the drain is clogged. I tried to take off the hair guard but it is firmly in place. I think the thing that irked me the worst was commodities. The host provided two roles of toilet paper. I had 3 women and myself for 3 1/2 days. Toilet paper didn't last that long. I asked the host for additional toilet paper and was told I can get it from the cleaning people, but would be charged for it. I went out and bought it myself. I was really shocked about that answer and was pretty irritated with it. The last thing. The booking says two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (which was comfortable) and the second bedroom with two twin size beds. They are twin size, but its a bunkbed. I had a 41 year old woman climbing into the top of a bunkbed. Difficult and very embarrassing.

- Emma (10/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment for families near Trevi Fountain - The apartment was big and spacious, there was heaps of room for a family of four, and it had all the amenities we required. The snacks when we arrived were lovely!
We stayed there for four nights with our two children (ages 12 and 9) and were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds! We liked sitting on the little balcony off the master bedroom.
We had great communication from the hosts and they responded quickly when we had a question.
The location was convenient for the Trevi Fountain (200m), Spanish Steps (500m) and Barberini Metro Station (300m) on the last day there was a train strike so we even walked to Termini train station (1.5km). There were many restaurants in the area and a lovely little supermarket at the end of the street.
- Maria Elena (10/5): Para volver - El dpto era amplio y cómodo y estaba muy limpio La ubicación excelente. Sin dudas volveríamos
- Susanna (10/5): -
- Volodymyr (10/5): -
- Sameer (9/5): -
- OGATA (10/5): Great! - Very very comfortable for family stay.
There are washing machine and wade kitchen, so we could stay like our home.
Also there are some snacks and coffee.
Thanks!
Good value for money
- DD_travel (10/5): Great apartment in a great location! - I booked a 5-night stay at the lodging in June 2025. Excellent communications with the host during and after the booking process. The apartment is located within walking distance to Rome must see sites. The apartment is large, clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessities and has a washing machine (needs updated, but worked fine). The apartment has a small patio off the bedroom. The bathroom is large with dual sinks and has a large shower equipped with an area to place shower items on and had consistent strong hot water pressure. The building has designated trash bins area on the ground floor. A supermarket is right across from the building. The Barberini metro stop is a 7 min walk away. The Albert pub is located on the side of the building.
- Michelle (10/5): Highly recommended property - Enormous apartment. Excellent location (very close to Trevi Fountain). Owners very responsive to messages and very helpful. A few stairs to lug baggage up, but that’s normal in Europe!
- OMAR (10/5): - Clean tidy
Location great Nill
- Shalini (6/5): Pleasant - The lift starts from the 1st floor which was not mentioned earlier. We had to take 30 kg 4 suitcases up the stairs with no help. Only 2 toilet rolls were given for 4 people for 3 days. The sofa cum bed did not function and we were asked to pay extra if we wanted to fix it up.
- Nikki (10/5): Perfect Rome getaway - The location was superb. Only a short walk from both Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Close proximity to grocery store and shopping. Good restaurants surrounded the condo. Had a lift to easily get luggage up to condo Nothing
- Natalie (9/5): Great location! Spacious apartment, near lots of great landmarks. Easy to walk everywhere. - Great location! Easy to walk to several different landmarks. Spacious apartments and very clean. Elevator did not work on first day so carrying luggage up was hard, but was fixed by the evening.
- Pamela (10/5): I would recommend this property. - Great central location. Very clean. The owners were quick to respond to my questions with helpful information.
- Alison (9/5): Great family apartment - There was heaps of room for us, the eat in kitchen was a really nice space. Very clean. Good hot water. The bedrooms were located away from the street so were nice and quiet. Great location for the Trevi Fountain and the metro line. Good supermarket down the road. We really enjoyed our stay here. Be aware it's on the 4th floor so lots of stairs. The lift had limited size so really only used it for our bags. The bunk beds were a little tight for our teenage kids, but younger kids would have loved them.
- Jesse (8/5): Very good - Spacious and clean.
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Taylor (8/5): Convenient and spacious, not stroller-friendly - The apartment was spacious, with a well laid out small kids' room that our daughter enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked with food and other items, with a small grocery store just across the street. Conveniently located, with a 15–20 minute walk to most downtown attractions like the coliseum, and about a 15-minute walk from the Termini train station.
The property owners were flexible and helpful, and responded promptly to any communication. The doors to enter the building and the apartment were very narrow, since only one side of the double doors opened. We could barely fit our bags through the apartment door. There is a gate on the ground floor entrance, after you come in through the door, which required a key to enter or exit; I assume it must release if there's a fire, but it was disconcerting to not be able to exit without keys. In order to get to the elevator, you have to go up 1.5 flights of stairs, and then take another half flight of stairs to the apartment.
There was a fair bit of construction noise during our stay from neighboring buildings. Also, the shutters in the kid's room didn't close, so it was difficult to make it dark for our daughter's naps.
- Elisa (10/5): Beautiful spacious and quiet apartment - Location, size, comfort, warmth, facilities, quiet Nothing
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salvatore (9/5): Rasella delight - Great location. Very comfortable with all the facilities of home. Starting to show signs of aging in the bathroom.
- Gautam (10/5): Great stay in Rome! We will be back! - The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Check in process was straightforward and we were able to get access in just a couple of minutes. Given that Rome was super hot during our stay, we were thankful that there is good air conditioning in the apartment. In general, the rooms were clean and comfortable for our family. Given how central this location is, we were able to walk to most of the major sites in Rome. Tiziana is an amazing host and is always super responsive and informative. She even helped us book our car ride back to the airport at the end of our stay! We would highly recommend this apartment for folks with families as you cant go wrong with the location, space, comfort and the great hosts!
- Jack (10/5): Great location. - Fantastic location, host very easy to deal with and helpful, appartment has fantastic AC for summer, a lift from the second floor to fourth floor was helpful to further lift up suitcases. Very large apartment
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monica (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Hosts were very responsive when messaged. The air conditioner worked great. Nothing.
- Bridget (8/5): Very good - Place was clean and spacious, there was a couple and one single person.
The situation and closeness to all the main attractions was the best facility with most things within walking distance and coffee just on the corner A slightly musty smell but we put that down to lack of air. Also we didn't air it as we were out most of the day.. shower room was a bit crazy and tired but very functional
- Anna (9/5): Superb - Localisation, contact with host , a lot of space No
- Monica (8/5): Excellent location to stay in for first time visitors to Rome. - The location was amazing and the apartment was quite large. We liked the small balcony off the master bedroom. The beds were on the harder side, the washing machine was very old.
- Nicole (10/5): We loved our stay at Trevi Rome Central House! - Our host was great at communicating and was very quick and accommodating when we had trouble with the key. They also helped us arrange transport to and from the airport. Location was perfectly located, and also quiet, the snacks/breakfast provided were nice too. Our favourite local restaurant was Trattoria Della Stampa and the Supermercato Tigre across the road was convenient. The elevator was a big bonus for us as my Dad is getting older and also for transporting our big suitcases up and down. We'd recommend this stay!
- Andrea (10/5): It felt like being home, really nice place in a great location. - The property’s location is excellent, and the layout is very comfortable.
A spacious apartment with tons of natural light and well decorated. The fridge is old and smells but other than that everything is Perfect!
I recommend it 100%
- Joseph (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent.
The hosts were attentive to my concerns listed below but it doesnt solve the problem. There are a couple of problems with this accomodation. For me the most significant is that you are unable to control the heating or cooling in the apartment. This is done remotely on request.I only found this out when I couldnt find any remotes and contacted the property.I think this should have been clearly stated as I have never experienced this before. If I knew I would not have stayed at the property.
Secondly the washing machine has no drying function. The reason I book an apartment is to have a washer and dryer either separate or in the one unit.It defeats the purpose of staying in apartment if you rely on the weather to dry your clothes.
- Erin (8/5): Really great apartment in a great location with most things you need for a memorable stay. Rome is just beautiful and it - The apartment was lovely and bright. It was very clean with most things you need for a stay of 5 nights for a family of 4 in our case. I found the communication with the host a little tense at times. We found the lever to the toaster was broken. It’s a cheap plastic toaster so not surprised. It became an accusation of us breaking the toaster though! First morning I reported it. Needless to say we had no breakfast preparations of toast whilst there. Also we only got 5 coffee pods for 4 people x 5 nights. I was told to buy my own… they don’t supple more. Unfortunately we couldn’t find them. Maybe they were having a bad week as these are silly problems to argue over…
- Shawn (9/5): A nice oasis to stay while visiting central Rome. - The property was nice and spacious. It had all the amenities though we didn’t use them all. The unit was very close to Trevi fountain. The area is busy but the accommodation was nice and quiet. I liked that we could walk to all the sites and was reasonably close to a subway station. Nothing
- Jovana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was simply perfect, place is very big, well equipped, perfect location, communication with the hosts was exceptional.
- Penny (9/5): Excellent! - Perfect stay in the heart of Rome for a family of 4, thank you!
- Jennifer (10/5): Thank you for the lovely stay - This property was outstanding in every way possible.
Fantastic location
Superb apartment .
Quiet and comfortable .
In a fantastic location.
Perfect for families to stay in .
If you are thinking of booking here do it !!!! Nothing
Everything was perfect
- Susan (9/5): Trevi and Pantheon easy walk - Terrific location, close to Trevi and great restaurants. The apartment was nice and light, kitchen was great and multiple air-conditioners. Nothing!
- Darren (9/5): Superb -
- Alex (9/5): Great place in the center of Rome - Great big appartment in the middle of everything. Quiet and well equiped. Very spacious place. 2 bedrooms, in the "master" there is a double bed with a closet and a cute balcony. Kids room with 2 bunk beds and a little closed space.
Living room and a big kitchen. The building has an elevator - you only need to go up 2 flights of stairs. Has a nespresso machine and all the kitchen apliances we needed. The electic kettle was a little old but working.
I would have liked to have spare sheets and towels since we stayed for a week - but I beleive that if we asked we would have gotten them.
- Justin (10/5): Outstanding stay. Wonderful price, communication, host, location, and amenities! - We stayed at the Trevi House for three days end of July 2023 before a cruise out of Rome. Got reference from my sister who stayed there the year earlier. I have to say it was overall a wonderful experience from start to finish! Great price, communication smooth, check in easy. We arrived 8am and they were terrific at making arrangements for us to get into the room early after a long flight. Location was great - central to wonderful sights and restaurants. AC was terrific, especially as it was nearly 100 degrees everyday! Clean and comfortable beds. Ability to do laundry on site was such a godsend! Great bathroom. Such a great find and I highly recommended. Would not hesitate to stay there again next time in Rome. 5 Stars all the way! Only minor issue is having to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to apartment. There is small one person elevator that starts on 2nd floor, but if you have issues with walking up narrow stairs keep this in mind especially with heavy luggage.
- Russell (10/5): Great, comfortable, spacious place to start while visiting Rome. - Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nothing
- Allison (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect. You can walk everywhere you need to go. Tons of food options. After staying other places in Rome this was the best option for our family of 4. 2 bedrooms, bunkbeds in one which was perfect for the kids. Lots of room, even in the bathroom. Elevator broken.
- Jitka (9/5): Superb -
- Nataliia (10/5): Greate place to stay! - Very big and nice apartment in the centrum! You have everything you need in the apartment including coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder. Makes you feel very welcome. TV has Netflix on.
We have enjoyed our stay a lot!
Host is very nice an let us check in earlier. you need to walk couple op stairs to reach the elevator, just keep it in mind if you have heavy luggage.
- Milena (8/5): Very good - Location, host Tiziana we have a problem a few days with temperature in the apartment. It was a little bit cold. But we have a good communication with Tiziana, and she fixed it very fast ❤️
- Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Boaz (9/5): Superb - Best location, lots of space. Clean and very quite Lots of stairs, elevator starts on second floor. Apartment is on 4th floor. Not possible to control the heating by yourself although the owner adjusted the temp remotly
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious apartment. It was clean and had everything you needed. The host was so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. It is 4 minutes walk to the Trevi fountain and lots of other tourist attractions are close by on foot. Would highly recommend to stay here.
- Osnat (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous location .. minutes walk to trevi fountain and easy reach to all main attractions in Rome. . Lovely and clean apartment and amazing host that was so helpful arranging transfers and giving advice on the local area. Wine, water biscuits and toasts in a welcome pack. Everything you need for a home from home experience in a beautiful city. Nothing to dislike
- Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dominika (9/5): Superb - - very central location, 2 min walk from Trevi fountain, every sight could be reached on foot
- the apartment is huge and clean and very well equipped
- there was a complimentary bottle of red wine waiting for us
- Tiziana was very helpful und easy to contact
- fast wifi - just one pair of keys, which makes it a bit problematic if you are group of 4 with different plans
- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional - The location and space
- Claudia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Atif (10/5): Excellent, Comfortable specially Cleanliness was exceptional - Very nice and at a convenient location for all amenities. Excellent place to stay with a small family. Co-operative store just opposite toaccomodation. I will definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10 The apartment is on the 4th floor and there was one set of keys and there were two entrance doors at the bottom. If I have to go down I have to take the keys with me. But the problem was the card attached with keys and if you remove that card from the slot then half of the electricity cuts off, and importantly AC.
- Ryan (10/5): Short stay in Rome - Ideal location very close to the Trevi fountain, the apartment is very spacious and very clean. The rooms were a very good size and very comfortable. Tiziana was an excellent host who provided bread and water upon arrival. The apartment has everything you could need and air conditioning throughout, would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Rome. Nothing.
